Chapter 12

Ali immediately chased after someone who was trying to escape the scene.

He lost track of the perpetrator because of his very fast running. When he was about to go down to see the victim Ali saw Ilham not far from the scene.

He grumbled because as usual Ilham never cared about victims of bullying.

"When is there a teacher here, but he never cares about his students at all?"

Ali went down the stairs, all the students gave way to him as he approached the victim.

He checked the victim's pulse to see if the victim was alive or dead.

He was very sad when he found out that the student was dead. He immediately covered the victim's face with his handkerchief.

"If I hadn't gotten caught up in Ranti's acting, maybe I could still have saved her" Ali regretted

Not long after the headmaster and his deputy came to the scene.

Seeing Ali there, the man made the moment to add to Ali's list of mistakes during security.

"You're saying if you become a security here there won't be any violence at this school, but what's the evidence??. A student was killed the day I fired you. Before you worked here nothing like this ever happened at school. You really can't work with Ali's professionals, you can't even protect my students so it's not wrong if I fire you,"

"Give me a chance to investigate who did it" Ali said

"No need, let the police take care of it" replied the principal

Not long after the police came and took the victim to the hospital for a visa.

The incident led the School Committee Chairman to meet the Headmaster.

Assume that Median was not acting as the principal. The accident case that befell Beni and the death of a student in class XII makes them assume that Median is not worthy of being the principal.

Max deliberately used this opportunity to dismiss the Median. He incited the committee members to remove Median from office.

Max who served as chairman of the committee then met with the chairman of the Foundation and reported on the reaction of the guardians and also the school committee after the death of students at the school.

"To maintain the good name of the school, you should replace the principal with a more capable person. Of course, this must be done to gain the trust of the community. Remember the admission of new students in a moment if we don't really take care of the case then don't expect you'll get students in the next school year,"

The chairman of the foundation finally approved Max's proposal.

Meanwhile the Median who did not accept the decision met Max and asked for his help so that he could become the principal again.

"Don't I tell you, never use your power to stab me in the back. Remember if it wasn't for you Darren would never have been suspended!"

"But all that I do for our common good,"

"Keep us together you say??. I know very well that this decision was taken solely to save your good name as principal" Max replied

The man then told his men to expel the Median, as the man continued to rest at his feet.

Ali tried to smile in front of Beni even though his heart was very disappointed.

He gently rubbed his son's face and greeted him.

As usual, he always asked her to speak so that Beni's condition improved. This time Ali was unable to hide his sadness when he told him if he was fired from his job.

"I'm sorry, son, I can't be a protector to your friends anymore!" he said sad

Regina who accidentally heard Ali's words seemed to be in disbelief.

"So now you're unemployed again?"

Ali confirmed his wife's words.

"Basic loser. Trash like you is unreliable. Even in a crucial moment like this you're still doing stupidity that makes you lose your job. Until when are you going to be a loser, until when are you going to make my son miserable!" exclamation Day vented her frustration to Ali

"If you can't make my daughter happy then you better divorce her. Better she be a widow but happy than she have a husband but suffer,"

"Quite dad, can you not talk about this in front of Beni?"

"Indeed why, after all, he's just an undead person who can't listen to anything!"

"Originally I know Beni's not an undead. He hasn't been able to recognize our faces yet, but he can hear our talk, so please don't. speak anything negative in front of him because it could be bad for him. You may insult me, but please don't disturb my son" Ali replied

Ali chose to leave the room.

Aldi approached Ali who looked upset.

"Is Om still disappointed by the dismissal?" ask Aldi

"Not that, I'm just disappointed that I couldn't figure out who the murder was at our school,"

"Then why don't we look for him together. I'm sure you can still find the perpetrator despite not working at our school anymore,"

"You're right, but I need your help,"

Aldi later said that a witness saw the incident. He even invited Ali to meet the witness.

At first the witness was frightened when he met Ali, but after Aldi and his friends convinced him then he also told the incident to Ali.

He handed over a hat found at the scene. Ali asked Aldi if he knew the owner of the hat.

Aldi and his friends had no idea who owned the hat.

Ali then asks Aldi to find out who the hat owner is secretly.

That morning Ali sneaked into the security guard post to view the cctv footage on the day of the incident.

Ali was surprised when he saw some scenes in the cctv already cut.

"I'm sure there's a conspiracy in this case,"

Ali immediately exited the security guard post when he saw Ilham walking towards the school gate.

Failed to get the perpetrator's face from the cctv, but Aldi managed to find out the identity of the hat owner.

Aldi then contacted Ali and told him who the owner of the hat was.

"Justin??" Ali frowned when he found out the owner of the hat was Justin

Aldi then explained that Justin was an accomplice to Darren who always helped him when bully his friends.

Ali went to Justin, it wasn't hard for him to find the boy's house.

Justin was terrified when he saw Ali standing in front of his house.

"I didn't kill him!" justin seemed to know the purpose of Ali's arrival to his house

"If it's not you then who, tell me who did it if you don't want to go to jail,"

"As usual, my job was to scare her. But the executor is still my boss" Justin replied

Hearing the name Boss, Ali immediately thought that Darren was the culprit. Although he is being suspended Ali believes it is entirely possible for Darren to do just that.

After getting information and Justin's confession, Ali rushed to meet Darren.

Despite having to pass several bodyguards guarding Darren's house, Ali managed to get into the house unharmed.

Darren freezes when he sees Ali coming. Seeing dozens of his house guards lying helpless, the teenager grew frightened as Ali approached him.

"Are you the one who pushed the XII students from the second floor?" ask Ali

"No, I haven't been out of the house since I was suspended" Darren replied

"Don't lie, here's the proof,"

Ali showed Justin a video of his confession.

"I swear it wasn't me Om, it was" Darren answered, peeing in his pants.

Ali sees honesty in Darren's eyes, and he believes it wasn't Darren.

The perpetrator claimed to be only a substitute for the crimes of someone he could not name.

Ali thought it was Darren, and found him.

Darren was terrified when he found out Ali was looking for the Perundung.

Although Ali had threatened and frightened Darren, the young man said that he was not the culprit.
