Chapter 13
Ali immediately leaves Max's residence when he sees Max's car stopping at the fence.
Ansel got out of the car when the gate did not open.
He called the head of home security, but his phone was off. Ansel had to open the gate himself.
He was so surprised to see some of his men lying on the ground.
Max immediately got out of the car when he felt that there was an awkwardness happening in his house.
"Who dares to ruffle my palace!" max shouted in a loud voice
When remembering his son is in the house, Max immediately ran into the house.
He immediately approached Darren who was sitting on the floor with a pale face like a corpse.
"Who made you like this?" ask Max
Darren looked frightened and hugged her tightly. Max patted his son's back and calmed him down.
"Don't be afraid, now that father is here so no one will dare to hurt you. So tell dad who's been freaking out my prince like this?"
"Om Ali, he came here because he thought I killed a student who died in school" Darren replied
Max clenched his hand when he heard Ali's name. He's headed straight for the cctv control room. He saw how Ali could get into his house and break into the line of bodyguards in charge of guarding his home.
"He's really a psycho, I have to uncover the real culprit before the dog*n kills my son!"
Max called Ridwan. He asked Ridwan to interpret the students to find out who the Perpetrators of the Conflict that led to death.
In the morning Ridwan was assisted by the homeroom teacher and the BK teacher began to interrogate one by one the students at the scene.
One of the students mentioned that Justin was the last person to be with the victim before the incident.
Ridwan calls Max and tells him about Justin.
Max immediately contacted the police and provided information about the perpetrators of the Contention.
Police who suddenly had complete evidence of the bully immediately arrested Justin.
Ali was shocked to learn of Justin's arrest. Although he had repeatedly convinced the police that he was not the culprit, because he did not have enough evidence Ali could not get Justin out.
"Stay silent and say nothing if you want to get out of this place" Ali said
Justin nodded in understanding.
After convincing Justin Ali to leave.
Meanwhile learning his best friend is in jail Darren asks his father to help Justin and release him.
Darren repeatedly convinces Max that Justin is not the culprit.
"I know very well who Justin is, even though he is a temperamental person but he never dared to kill people" said Darren
"If he wasn't the culprit then the police would suspect you, would you be in jail replacing him?" answer Max cynically
"But dad...Justin is innocent, please help him dad. I'm sure with your father's power you can help him" insisted Darren
But Max does not touch Darren's words and tends to ignore them.
"If you can't release him, at least give Justin legal help. Please tell Om Aryan to be his lawyer,"
He then asked Ansel to prepare all his needs to travel abroad.
Darren looks gloomy when he finds out his father chose to go abroad to handle his business rather than have to comply with his wishes.
Darren can't sleep because he keeps imagining Justin's life in prison.
He tried to contact Aryan's family lawyer. But Aryan did not pick up the phone from him at all.
Because there was no other choice, Darren would not want to see Ali.
He met Ali in the hospital.
He stared at the figure of Beni lying in a cage. Darren cannot hide his guilt when he meets Beni who is still unconscious.
He approached Beni and held her hand.
"I'm sorry Ben, I hope you get well soon" Darren said
He then approached Ali who was sitting in the waiting chair.
"What are you coming to see me?" ask Ali
"Even though I know this I should not ask for your help. But I have no choice but to see you" Darren replied
The young man then told about his grief because his best friend was detained.
"I'm sure it's true that Justin wasn't the culprit Om, all this time I knew his football was, even if he was to be rude but he wouldn't dare to kill people because he aspired to be a doctor. Justin is not the type of person who can destroy his life goals just to satisfy his ego" Darren said
"Do you have any evidence that suggests it wasn't Justin?" answer Ali
Darren shook his head slowly.
"If you don't have any evidence, then I can't help him" Ali said
Hearing Ali's answer makes Darren feel guilty for not being able to help Justin.
He still remembers if all this time Justin was always ready to install the body if Darren had problems.
But now when his best friend needs his help, let alone help him out of prison, even giving lawyers help he can not.
Seeing the sadness on Darren's face made Ali fervent.
"Have not grieved, tomorrow I will try to bring a lawyer to his side,"
At once Darren's face sparkled to hear Ali's reply. He did not expect that the man would help him even though he had bullied his son.
The next day, Ali went to the prison with a lawyer.
This time Ali asked a friend for help to accompany Aldi who did not have lawyers.
But Ali had to be disappointed when he found out Justin's status turned into a suspect because he admitted the allegations he was accused of.
Ali goes to Justin and asks him why he confessed to a deed he never did.
Justin said he was forced to do so because his family was under pressure from Max.
He does not want his father and mother to be hurt so he chooses to admit everything so that Max releases them.
Ali clenched his hands when he heard Justin's confession.
