Dusk and Sky were already sitting in the waiting room chair of one of the health clinics where Aira opened the practice this afternoon. Sky and Sora play in a small playground in the waiting room with several children from other patients.

Sky was still silently staring at the monitor screen.

"It." Aira gave the print out of the results of USG Dusk to Sky.

"Where's the baby? I didn't see it?" Ask Sky.

Aira pointed to a small dot in the print out of the USG results. "The baby's brood is now still as big as a bean seed."

"Well! that small? Is that really going to be a baby?" Sky asked still in disbelief.

"Yes, Honey. Mama should eat healthy food, rest enough and should always be happy so that the baby leaves big spit." Answer Aira.

Sky still silently looked at the print out Ultrasound in his hand.

"Is Sky still unable to accept the baby's presence in Mama's stomach?" Dusk came down from the gurney and approached his son.

Sky looked at his mother, "I will love him, just like Sora. Maybe I'll love him more because he's too small." Speech Sky.

"Smart brother." The sky rubbed the tip of his son's head.

"I'll love him more than you do, Sky." Sora replied to Sky.

"Let's sit there first." Aira directed Sky and Dusk to sit at her consulting desk.

Aira gave the control book and the results of the ultrasound at Dusk. "Just keep on going, Nja. Don't hesitate to call me if there's anything."

"Where's it?" Ask Sky.

Aira chuckled, "Actually I want to give for free, but I just remembered that you are much richer than me. Please make the payment on the front administration, it is permissible if you give me a very large additional fee."

"I'll give you a very big fee so you don't forget how rich I am." The sky chimed in Aira's jokes and immediately got a pinch from Dusk.

After Sky and Sora say goodbye, they leave Aira's room.
