"By, I'm nervous." Arzena muttered while tightly grasping her husband's hand.

They are now in the hospital and are in the examination room to check and confirm Arzenas condition before performing cesarean section.

"Ssttt.all will be fine. Do not think too much because it will interfere with your condition later." Hansen soothed his wife with one hand always stroking her occasionally tidying her hair.

Arzena smiled. He was truly happy to finally get a man who was so sincere in love with him in every way.

"Did my brother not come?" Arzena asked a little sad considering there was no other family in sight other than her husband.

"Maybe in a minute. They're currently probably accompanying Ken and Elviana at their wedding reception." Hansen always tried to calm his wife down in order to help keep Arzenas stable.

Arzena responded with a nod and a smile.

"Doctor Hansen, we've got to get your wife to the operating room." One of the two nurses who entered greeted Hansen.

Those who work at the hospital must know Hansen, because the hospital is still connected to his hospital.

"All right." Hansen stood up and kissed his wife's forehead in love.

He then moved slightly away so that the nurses could move his wife easily to the wheelchair they had brought. Hansen was a little helpful when the two nurses had a little trouble because they had to be careful.

"Thank you Doctor Hansen. You can follow us to wait in front of the operating room door." The nurse bowed briefly and smiled politely.

Hansen responded with a nod.

They came out of the examination room into the operating room. Hansen walked beside his wife with his faithful hand holding Arzena's hand because Arzena grabbed her first hand.

The two nurses were misbehaving the sweet attitude of the couple.

"Spirit! You guys can." Hansen, who had been crouched in front of Arzen, encouraged his wife before she was taken into the operating room.

Hansen's sweet kisses were given to the woman on her forehead and lips. Afterwards Hansen could only wait in front of the room while praying in his heart. He himself was very nervous, only from now on he tried to look calm in order to help his wife more calm.

Moments after Arzena was brought in, the red light above the door of the room was lit.

Hansen, who had been sitting down, finally stood up and walked around to calm his nervous heart. The man really did not expect in the end he could feel that tense moment.

Although Arzenas was born was not his flesh and blood, but he was determined to love the two babies sincerely and fairly if he ever had his own biological child.

Half an hour has passed, but there seems to be no sign of the operation coming to a close.

Hansen could only wait patiently and always pray for the best for his wife and children. No one knew even for a minute later, what would happen. Everything that was originally fine could have been an unwanted calamity in the later minutes, that was what the man was thinking.

"Hans, how?" Ken's voice suddenly sounded greeting the man.

When Hansen raised his head that had lowered, Ken was actually in front of him with Elviana and Dave and Arvina.

"Still inside. The operation is still going on." Hansen's reply showed calmness.

Ken nodded in response.

"How did you guys get here? Shouldn't you still be at your reception?" Hansen asked confusedly to Ken and Elviana.

"We said it first. So Drick's there to handle everything." Ken then sat down next to Hansen.

"Oh, niece. You're all right with your Mommy in there. Come out to meet aunty." Arvina with a mellow feeling instead stuck to the door of the operating room and stared inside while being blocked by a curtain.

"Darling, sit! Don't let you get tired and don't have the energy to carry your niece later." Dave gave the order gently to his wife.

Arvina complied and immediately sat down beside her husband .

"Prophey darling. Before you maybe Raina will be first. Or if you could just go together." Dave chuckles at the thought of his wife giving birth at the same time as Raina. It will be exciting at once stressful.

Elviana simply silently observed the conversation they had there and struggled with her thoughts. The woman suddenly felt worried that Ken would pay more attention to Arzena after the two babies were born than she was who had not even had any signs of getting pregnant.

Oe...Oe..

Suddenly the sound of two crying babies filled the operating room.

"It was born." Arvina excitedly clung back and peered through the glass on the door of the room.

The others also peeked in except Elviana. The woman felt more agitated and not calm.

"Ck..what am I thinking?" Elviana immediately shook her head dismissing her strange thoughts.

Elviana tried to smile even though she did not peek at the four people.

They saw a doctor coming out of the operating room so they got out of the door.

"Doctor Hansen, congratulations. Both babies are healthy and the mother's condition is stable. The baby is a boy and a girl." The doctor who was treating Arzena smiled at Hansen.

"Thank you doctor." Hansen shook the doctor's hand and smiled happily.

You can see Mrs Arzena as soon as she and her two babies are transferred to the hospital room. Then I say goodbye, once again congratulations to everyone." The doctor bowed and then walked away.

A happy hue radiated from the faces of everyone. Elviana was so even though not as enthusiastic as others.

Before long, Arzena was finally taken out along with her two tiny babies who were placed in a large baby box. Arzena was still lying in a gurney and pushed by two nurses while her baby box was pushed by a nurse.

The rest of the family followed from behind.

"Please." A nurse invited everyone in after they positioned Arzena and her two babies well. They then leave too.

"Dear, thank you." Hansen approached his wife first and held her hand. Rewarding a pecking potluck on Arzena's face that still looks pale.

Both of their babies are already in Dave and Arvina's arms. Ken only dared to be a spectator with Elviana. Although he was the father of the baby's second cage, but he was self-conscious enough not to hold the two babies, at least until getting permission from Arzena and Hansen.

"Who's the name you gonna give them?" Tanya Arvina enthusiastically.

"Hana and Kenzie." Reply Arzena is happy.

"The name of his parents?" Hansen asked curiously.

"Eum.." Arzena cleared her throat with her sweet smile.

Hansen nodded in understanding.

"Here, carry!" Arvina wanted to give Hana who had been carrying her to Ken.

Ken seemed hesitant to accept.

"It's okay, Ken. You're their real father." Hansen said allow.

Finally Ken nervously accepted Hana and held her. Very stiff, but he felt happy and grateful. Although at first all was a mistake, but eventually they get happiness that was never expected.

"Thank you, little."
