While at the residence of Afkar and Ila, Afkar had 3 days working at home because he was sick, repeatedly Ila asked to see a doctor but Afkar always refused on the grounds that he was fine.

" Would we go to the doctor ? it's been 3 days" said Ila worried.

" Mommy same Abi already want to come here, now Mas Afkar eat first yaa" said Ila while sitting on the edge of the mattress.

" If I eat later I'll throw up again, later " said Afkar weakly.

" But your stomach must be filled with Mas" said Ila.
