Now Della has been moved to the treatment room accompanied by Akhtar, Fiah, and Gus Fauzan.
" Assalamu'alaikum Mommy's first granddaughter" Fiah said as she carried Akhtar's child.

" Assalamu'alaikum Gibran sa.." said Fiah stopped because suddenly the door of the room opened and displayed the figure of Akhtar and also Ila.
