Meaning Compliance
In the quarter of the night, Ling woke up from her sleep with a body that was shaking violently due to the room temperature being too cold. Elsewhere, the Angel and her Apotheosis are also preparing a plan to thwart Silver and his friends.

Then with the combined forces of Vaas, Yeoul, and Frost, they finally created a monitoring system that was all over the Southern kingdom and certainly connected with each other.
So that way, no matter how small the movements made by Silver and his friends will certainly be easily known by them.
But to keep the system running, then Yeoul and Frost will need a lot of soul power. Therefore, Vaas was assigned to drain the water from the golden lake which serves to recharge the power of Yeoul and Frost. So that their soul energy remains fully charged.

Yeoul, who had learned of Silver's hiding place and his friends, immediately reported the matter to Malthael. But unfortunately, Malthael did not give further missions to Caius and Yeoul. He entrusted the task to Frost and Dusk.

Caius and Yeoul certainly felt humiliated by Malthel. Because on a level basis, they were both much higher and much more senior when compared to the two newly appointed Apotheosis.

At the same time, Malthael also sends Caius and his army to finish off Silver and his friends before they leave the Kingdom.
