Vampire Aedes
60. The Fourth Verse Temple

"I asked for fear of you hating me ...."

The chrysanthemum spirit speech belonging to the Fifth Prince continued to ring in the head. Aster's nose is red, his eyes are puffy. I had a discussion with Chris. He did not understand why the Prince insisted on forcing Aster to answer whether or not he would return to life. The girl hesitated to answer him, so she kept quiet until Kris concluded that Aster did not want to live like that. He said, being a plant spirit alone is better than having to be limited by physical movements.

"I'm grateful you were able to get out unharmed," the First Prince said as soon as Aster appeared at the door.

"He kicked me out" Aster replied.

"Unlike me, at least he kicked you out in a subtle way. By the way, now I see you crying. Your face is funny, too, yes," he continued.

Aster swerving sharply. He wished the First Prince to be buried alive. The man in front of him instantly stopped staring at Aster and put on a serious face. He looked for a source of soul energy that felt strong, but again his gaze was fixed on the girl.

"You ...." Not too long ago did the First Prince ask, the ground below had already collapsed forming a sizable hole that brought the Prince's body in. "Aragh!" his yell.

Dejavu. Events like this once experienced Aster when practicing growing flowers with the Fifth Prince. Spiny stems wrapped around the body so as not to fall. He is Aster's friend, but to the First Prince. The more the First Prince moved his body to detach, the more the plant spines scratched the skin and wrapped around the stronger. The First Prince frowned as the girl up there only stared blankly.

"You fell, and I did nothing. Are you okay?"

"No! Aster, you're just thinking and these shitty plants are growing according to your mind. Your game is very exciting and challenging. But if you intend to kill me, the story will turn into revenge. Quickly release!" first Prince's Order.

He said such an order did not mean his body could not escape without Aster's help. It's just that, if it is forcibly released it needs to try to kill the aster plants. In this case, it can be done by pruning the bar from the side. The First Prince can summon his plant spirit, but attacking Aster's plant will cause the girl pain.

Aster does not know that just by thinking, he is able to grow daisies as desired. But watching the First Prince having trouble moving was fun.

"I don't know how, Prince."

"Come on, don't joke! If you let me go now, I'll tell you the contents of the fourth verse."

Aster widens eyes. It's a good opportunity, but the response shown instead bites the fingertips. How do I get off?

Suddenly, the plants wrapped around the First Prince's body stretched out withered. The man made use of the momentum, leaping nimbly from the earthen pit. Now he stands next to Aster while combing his hair in frustration with one hand. How shocked to find fresh blood flowing from the First Prince's wrist. Looks like it was the thorny rod that held him just now.

Behind his hand, there was a shadow of Aster squatting bitterly. The First Prince sighed while staring around. The daisies that originally bloomed in each corner of the pavilion significantly withered, then became black ash that was blown by the wind. Taman and the plant spirit owner shared feelings with each other. If the artificial plant withers or even becomes ash, then a sign that the owner of the spirit is being wracked with negative feelings.

Aster pensively thought about the lesson during the introductory class. Kris told him to read the books he gave, but not a single book Aster finished reading. Even the history books he only read half of them. Here Aster is a bad student, while people judge his teacher even worse.

"As," called the First Prince, making the girl stunned.

He looked back and immediately screeched as a red liquid flowed from both of the Prince's wrists. "You hurt?!" asked Aster while pulling the young man's arm.

"Who did you do until you were more shocked than the victim?" The First Prince tried to remove Aster's grip, but the girl insisted on seeing his wound. "I'm happy to see your enthusiasm, but I'm fine. It's just a small wound that'll heal overnight."

Ever since the official coronation as the First Prince, the body's regeneration ability had become faster than before. The First Prince did not need to beg any more potions to the envoy of the Physician Country. He thought his ability had already outperformed medicine in the Physician Country or even the entire country. However, Aster's response left the Prince flabbergasted.

"One night was a long time ago. How could one let the body of a prince get hurt like this? If the servants see you hurt, they may report to His Majesty the King and Queen. Can't! I could get in big trouble for hurting you."

Aster's trembling hands touched the wound area, while hoping that all the wounds on the First Prince's body disappeared. The man in front of him was stunned to see Aster's iris turning brighter. Then from the palm of Aster released a golden liquid that managed to resuscitate the Prince. The fluid seeps into the body and reacts quickly.

"What are you doing!" snapped while removing the clutches of Aster. The man checked the condition of the hand because for a moment it felt so painful. But precisely what he saw was white skin without the slightest scratch. "How can ... you treat me?"

Aster nodded clumsily. "Mm, maybe in the process is a bit painful, I'm sorry not to tell you about it before doing it" Aster said, scratching his temple.

"How can you?" repeat the First Prince, astonished. He saw that the ankle that was also wrapped was also completely healed.

Somehow the First Prince's view became a little creepy according to Aster. His gaze reminded him of the way Prince Aedes looked at him at that time.  "Prince, A-you didn't forget about the fourth verse, did you?" ask Aster to change the topic.
