"According to the law we are not divorced, but according to religion we are divorced" said Riana
"I'm sorry for all my mistakes, from now on I will try to make you and Rafa happy, let's start all over again" Dion said as he looked into Riana's eyes

Dion wanted to wipe away her tears but it didn't.

A few days later, Annisa's condition is getting weaker, Reyhan looks resigned when he sees the Doctor and nurse panic.
The doctor uses a defibrillator to go to Annisa.
Reyhan was only silent when he saw everything from the glass door of the room.
Both Reyhan's parents and Annisa's parents also stood up anxiously.
Mr. Pramana holds Reyhan to give him some spirit.
Reyhan's eyes remain fixed on the Doctor who is fighting to save Annisa.

Reyhan walked to his room and immediately opened the drawer containing the photo album.
Reyhan took the photo album and opened it straight from the first sheet, tears spilling over as he looked at the picture with Syifa and Annisa.
Slowly tears flowed down the photo of Syifa and Annisa.
Reyhan wiped his tears slowly.
"Abi.." call Reyhan's twins.
Reyhan turned his head and immediately smiled, both of them hugging Reyhan.
Reyhan looked at the door, and saw another boy wearing a smiling High School uniform also coming towards him.
"Abi.." call the boy.
Reyhan returned the boy's smile.
"Thank you for picking up the twins" Reyhan said
