Annisa was already at the dining table, when she saw the grilled fish on the table, Annisa's eyes immediately glazed over.

Daffa who had just walked out of the room immediately approached towards him.

"Ummi sad again huh?" ask Daffa

"Ummi just remembered Syifa, he really likes grilled fish" said Annisa

Reyhan and the twins also came out of the room and heard Annisa speak.

"Ummi hopes that Syifa will be the son of Sholeha now" Annisa said

Reyhan was sad to hear that.

"Let's eat" Reyhan said

"Today we eat with our hands, right?" said Daffa

"Yes, Sister Daffa is smart so everyone wash their hands first, Arka and Dika Ummi help wash their hands" Annisa said

Annisa gets up from her seat, Annisa helps Arka and Dika wash her hands.

They all ate lunch right away, Annisa helped her three sons throw out the fish bones.

"Ummi, Daffa has grown up, Daffa just throw away his fish bones" said Daffa

"Ah yes, Ummi forgot that Daffa is now almost 18 years old" Annisa said

Daffa smiled at Annisa.

Night

Annisa folded her clothes, Reyhan sat down to help her.

"What did Doctor Ummi say there?" ask Reyhan

"That Ummi was fine, Ummi often fainted because Ummi was physically weak after a coma" said Annisa

"I'm sorry Abi did not accompany Ummi during his treatment" Reyhan said

"Nothing, there is already a Mama, Papa, Father and Mother who accompany while there" said Annisa

"It feels like just yesterday Abi left for Cairo to pick up Daffa" Annisa said

"Abi invited Daffa when Daffa was 8 years old, our sadness slowly faded since his arrival, Abi felt very grateful to the family of Habibah Sister who was willing to give Daffa to us" said Reyhan

Annisa smiled

"When Ummi studied there before we got married, Ummi had thought to bring Daffa here to stay with Mom and Dad, but it turns out that Abi made it all happen when Ummi was sick, Abi invited Daffa to accompany Ummi" Annisa said

"Ah yes already Bi, Ummi see the three are still learning or have been in sleep" said Annisa

Annisa came in and kissed the two of them.

"Later if you want to sleep do not forget ablution" said Annisa
