The next day, Larietta who had made an appointment with Lorca met at the disguise of Eagle Eyes Association Headquarters.

“Mr Lorca, good to see you here!” puji Larietta's.

“I will find a good place near Rinette Academy and I will look for someone to build the cafe according to this concept!”

Master Z who was a little confused by the menu to be made asked Larietta.

“This concept is good and if this works then it will make a big profit but coffee? Is Miss sure you want to make coffee the first sale?” master Z was confused.

“Of course and I have made a design to produce great and fragrant coffee!” larietta said confidently.

Master Z who heard Larietta's words smiled cunningly and then filed for the percentage of profits that would be obtained by him.

“Good. I'll help Miss but I want thirty percent of the patent payment you get, how?” ask Master Z.

Larietta, who saw Master Z make an offer with him, realized the reason Master Z was called a reliable Businessman.

“Thirty percent is too big, Master! I can't give you that!” larietta shook her head.

“I can only give ten percent of the proceeds of patent payment with sixty percent shares of the cafe we made together!” Larietta.

The real Mster Z can still get more than that if he prefers to give up and agree to Larietta's request.

“I agree. I'll do it all!”

Larietta who saw Master Z who wanted to meet with Lorca also gestured for Olivier to let Lorca in.

“Come in!” said Olivier coldly.
