PS 57: All Are Still the Same

Rows of wreaths of mourning are still lined up in the yard of Saga's house, today exactly 7 days after Mr. Candra's death. Although still feel lost, but all should be able to let go. Mrs Rima has started to smile and has looked strong with the departure of her soulmate. Saga has been working for a few days

and even more busy than usual.

All was still the same, Ganis was still in a different room to Saga. There was no chatter they were doing, as if a dead end had already occurred. Saga seemed to hate him so much that when they met at the dinner table they did not greet each other, Ganis who tried as usual, by taking food for him was rejected by him.

His heart was still frozen, a sense of disappointment still could not be revealed. It should be able to melt, but still he can not reveal, he was actually caught off guard with himself.

Ganis preoccupies herself more with helping the housekeeper arrange the need for the final day of study, preferring to keep her busy while waiting for Saga to be kind enough to listen to the reason.

Tiredness becomes the drug of solace when Saga really menjakkannyan at this time.

“Nona looks very tired, do not come to help Miss.this is my job” Dini said. Ganis smiled, his face a bit pale.

“It's okay mbak Din, I'm happy to be able to help” said Ganis while arranging the carpet on the floor.

“It's already deserved so so” Carolina serobot that suddenly came from behind. Ganis and Dini turned. Dini looked at Ganis pity, not having the heart with what she saw and heard.

With a haughtiness the girl looked at low Ganis, both her hands folded on her chest. Really very haughty looking.

“What do you look at?” caroline snapped at Dini, Dini shrieked, returning her gaze to the carpet she was arranging.

“Let me just Miss, Miss just rest” he said Dini. Ganis stood up.

“Where are you? Your job is not finished, you should be suitable to work this way, not be an employer, pretenders to be Saga's wife, not worth it!” added fiery.

Only the three of them were in the room, Dini felt shudder with Carolina's scolding towards Ganis who was considered uncivilized. Since long ago, the girl had always been rude, she had several times got scolding by the girl while she was at Saga's house.

Ganis stood up, “Sorry if I disturb the peace of your life” he said firmly.

“Hah? Hahaha” Carolina was stupefied, not expecting that Ganis would dare to reply with a remark. Carolina pulled Ganis' wrist and pulled him outside, into the garden near the pool.

“You better leave Saga”.

“On what basis did you say that to me?” Ganis mustered up the courage to debate Carolina.

“How dare you”.

“I am not in a strata like you, it's just that I'm not a trash yelling trash” he said calmly. Carilina growled, glaring when she heard Ganis say that to her.

“You....!” Carolina paused her feet furiously, then left Ganis. Ganis was still standing around, sighing deeply, at least he had to protect himself from always being bullied by the girl.

***

The studies had just ended, Ganis again busied himself with helping the housekeeper, no matter all forbidding it. But this is much better than having to blend in with Carolina.

Saga was sitting on a sofa while playing her HP, secretary Li had just paid her way home after a long discussion with Saga. Ganis noticed everything, and he really missed the man.

Ganis was done with his work, his head was a bit heavy. Mrs Rima had rested in her room, while Budhe Sarah and Carolina had gone home alone.

“One is pale, sick?” ask Dini. Ganis.

“No mbak, I'm fine” Ganis squirted a smile behind her pale lips. “What have you eaten?”

Dini shook her head, “Not yet, Nona”

“Let mbak Marni only, Nona” Early suggest. Indeed, all this time who takes care of the ins and outs of the kitchen is Marni.

“It's okay, let me just”

“Good Nona” Early relented.

Ganis stepped into the kitchen, seeing Saga still sitting on the sofa. It seems that Secretary Li is delivering important news. Ganis finished heating the food, he looked back at Saga. But it's not in place. Ganis glanced towards the top floor, looking at the door of Saga's room.

Ganis took the initiative to deliver food to Saga's room, as he walked up the stairs, feeling doubt running through his mind, even his legs felt heavy stepping. With him at the door, his right hand moved the plate he held to his left hand. His right hand clenched, ready to knock on the door. But the hand was still hanging in the air.

Ganis let out a long sigh before doing so, just knocking on the door alone took this much struggle for him.

Tok.dok….

Ganis waited for a while, there was no answer.

Tok.tok….

Still no answer, Ganis waited for a few minutes.

“Mas...” Ganis ventured to call, but with no answer, he was sure Saga was still awake.

Saga who heard the door being knocked silent, only looked towards the door. Many times the door was locked. He walked slowly towards the door, yet he did not open it.

“Mas..eat first yuk” said Ganis, but still the same, no response.

Saga sat leaning against the door, Ganis placed the plate on the table near the outside of Saga's room, then she sat leaning outside the door.

“Mas..I'm sorry, sorry if I lied to Mas” he started to open the conversation, hoping Saga would listen to him.

“Not I mean Mas, just this matter is too complicated” he added, he lowered his face, he should have been honest from the start, he was sorry.

Saga was silent listening to Ganis' voice from inside the room.

“Regarding the letter of agreement.Mas already know now if my arrival here is to fulfill the agreement letter, Mas may be angry and not forgive me, but I beg you to listen to me explain everything…” Ganis raised her face, as if she was talking to Saga directly. Ganis smiled blandly, in fact he was talking to himself.

“That's why Miss told me to come that night, and..and..I can't turn it down because like what Mas read himself on that paper, I.I need money” he said kelu, Ganis back down.

“I really had no choice back then, I myself do not understand why I should be here and marry you Mas, it feels heavy for me, and of course.

Ganis almost fell down when the door opened, Ganis immediately stood up, how happy he was to see Saga in front of him. The face of the man whom he so longed for his ignorance, though every day they met, in the heart of Ganis was not enough since these days. It felt like she was hugging the man tightly, but her fear overcame her wanting.

Saga's gaze looked cold, Ganis raising a faint smile on her pale-looking lips.

“I need my own space” said Saga flatly, though softly, the sentence was like lightning striking.

Saga again closed the door of her room, something felt heavy on her chest. Likewise with what was felt by Ganis, like something was raining down on him. Her tears melted, but at least she had already told Saga what she wanted to say.

Mungin all this time he was joking, I should have laughed, but in fact I was in love. Ganis sat up as he stepped up the stairs down towards the bottom floor.

It was not you who hurt me, I was hurt by my expectations of you being too high. Saga rubbed her face as she walked towards the balcony.
