Chapter 2: Dead Duengon

My body feels cold, this cold it feels piercing to the bone – my bones. I opened my eyes and looked around me.

“Where am I? What happened to me?” I look around me. My body was completely immobile, my body was lying on a rocky floor.

“I think my right leg is broken" I sat down and checked my body. My right leg was full of blood, and the clothes I was wearing were torn. I then tore off the shirt I was wearing to seal the bleeding on my leg. I then tried to stand up, I held on to the rock beside me to help me stand up. When I stood up my legs felt very painful, the cloth shirt I had just tied on my legs was wet again because the blood continued to flow as if it did not want to stop. I adjusted my stance and looked around me. This room is so spacious, I can't even see the boundary of this room. Sky – very high sky. After watching this room for a while, I tried to walk around looking for a safer place moreover I had no idea which part of it was there. I continued to walk to find a place to rest, my right foot was just dragged away.

After walking far enough I stopped in front of a fairly steep derivative, when I wanted to go down I arrived – to hear the sound of the bottom of this derivative. I hid in the rocks near me to see what was going on. I held my breath as soon as I saw what was happening in front of me.

Three wolf-shaped monsters were chasing a rabbit. But it turns out that the rabbit that had been chased began to fight back. The rabbit was similar to the floor boss we were fighting against, but the rabbit had a different aura. The rabbit was stronger than the previous one even he was stronger than the three wolves chasing him.

“What's going on?” I was shocked when I saw that the rabbit could jump in the air. Shortly after the rabbit jumped, he then twisted his body from top to bottom and cut the body of a wolf because of the attack. The other two wolves did not stay still, the wolf then took out electricity from their tails and was shot at the rabbit. But unfortunately the attack they did could be avoided easily by the rabbit, after avoiding the attack the rabbit again jumped into the air but the attack he did this time was different from the one before. The line on the rabbit's body glowed blue and then it opened its mouth, a shock wave came out of its mouth. The attack directly hit the two wolves, they immediately fell to the ground.

After winning the battle the rabbit jumped towards the corpse of one of the wolves earlier. The rabbit then bit the wolf's thigh and ate it, he ate it greedily one by one the wolf's corpse. After he finished eating the corpse of the wolf he walked back through the road he had passed when chased.

While walking arrived – arrived the rabbit's head crashed then fell about 6m away from the rabbit's body. I was stunned to not be able to digest what was going on. Ever since I fell, all I've met has been shocking. I can't even think clearly.

After the rabbit's head fell a black shadow appeared from behind the rabbit's body. Slowly the shadow land grew bigger and then came out a monster. The monster was shaped like a dog. He had three heads, twice the size of the rabbit.

‘Cerberus’ I remember the name of the monster in my mind. A few days ago before we left for the dungeon I saw someone coming to the guild with a body full of wounds. His legs and hands had many scratches, his clothes were full of blood and many bruises all over his body. He then reported to the guild that in an 86th floor dungeon there was a very powerful monster. The body of the monster was shaped like a dog, it had 3 heads and the body size of the monster was huge. That person also reported that the monster had already killed 10 S rank adventurers.

Shit shit shit shit. The word – the word kept buzzing in my head. I feel so desperate after knowing the fact that I won't be able to get out of here. I might be on the 86th floor plus if I take action wrongly then I will be preyed upon by that monster.

I desperately ran before the monster chased me. I forced my right leg to keep running even though it hurt. I tried to find a narrow place to hide to avoid the monster.

After a moment of silence, the monster jumped up and made a shock attack just like the rabbit he ate. I ducked down immediately to avoid the attack.

“What the fuck? This is so unfair. Why did this have to happen to me?” I stood up and ran back. The monster did not get there, and then disappeared into his shadow.

“What else now?” What happened I don't understand. I was just thinking of continuing to run so as not to be killed. I kept running while guessing where the monster would come from. The monster suddenly appeared in front of me and he raised his claws ready to slash my head.

In a split second I dodged the attack but still there was still his attack hitting me. Some of his claws managed to scratch my neck. The attack was very painful.

I kept running without thinking about the pain. Since I stopped for a little bit, I will be the monster's meal.

The monster that was chasing me disappeared. This scares me so much. What I have in my head is only negative thoughts.

“At last I found it" I was so happy when I saw what I was looking for. Found her. From a distance I saw a cave on my left.

But what should I do, I can't just go there. It's not easy. I have to think of a way to go there. But how?.

“He was weak because he had not yet obtained the resurrection seed and he also did not know that he was a descendant of the supreme God. If he gets the seed of resurrection then he will be stronger than anyone”

“Then what is resurrection seed?”

“First I will explain to you the caste of the Gods. The highest positions or the highest Gods are referred to as Solas and Addola. Solas is the God of Light and Addola is the God of Darkness. They were originally one God but for some reason they had to separate due to the difference in elements so they were separated by the way the God of light would live in the upper world and the God of darkness would live in the world bottom. Then the next caste is Kollosia, this caste is the Gods with the most combat power in both worlds for example Me. And this middle caste or Altri is a caste where they are the Gods who have just experienced resurrection and who have long experienced resurrection but their fighting strength is small. “That's why I told you to kill the kid" the guy then sat back down after he finished explaining everything.

I thought maybe the monster was still chasing me. Without a second thought I jumped straight into the mouth of the cave. But what happened when I managed to jump did not match my expectations. The monster that disappeared from earlier suddenly appeared behind me as I jumped and it swung its claws to attack me. The monster's attack hit my right leg, my right leg that was just broken now has broken off. My broken leg distracts the monster. I painstakingly crawled into the cave before the monster finished eating my right leg.

I'm desperate. My struggle felt in vain. My right leg broke off and was eaten by a monster. I don't know the way out. Consciousness disappeared. In my mind these words always resonate. I can't stand all this anymore. If I manage to return alive I will make those who have fallen me to this hell will feel the same as me. I swear to that.
