Viana was still standing with her head fixed. Interlocking fingers indicate there is anxiety there.
"Look at me" said Aldric. Viana raised her head slowly and the gazes of the two met. " How do I tell you, can't you avoid it?" Ask Aldric.
"Sorry, but this is just a coincidence sir" Viana replied. Aldric chuckled.
"You're saying this is a coincidence? Could it be her coincidence to have lunch together?" Ask Aldric.
"What's wrong?" Ask Viana. "Miss Sena only met and ate with her little friend, after all I was there" she said
"It's precisely because you're there that everything feels weird" Aldric said. "You arranged this meeting?" Ask Aldric. Viana laughed in disbelief.
"Sir really thinks that?" Ask Viana. "Is this not so selfish? Miss Sena is also an ordinary human being, she is also a social being. What's wrong with meeting a friend? You guys have girlfriends too, right?" Ask Viana.
"I don't have one" replied Aldric.
"Sir kidding?" Ask Viana.
"Are you really tired of working?" Ask Aldric. "Did you think you were sent here to play? Did you get an old man who could finance your life?" Tukas Aldric sneered.
Hearing that Viana simply fell silent. His eyes began to look glassy, for some reason he felt slapped with the words of Aldric just now. The woman sighed then raised her head in restraining the tears that were about to come out.
"You're accusing me without reason?" Ask Viana.
"Do you think this could be called an accusation?" Ask Aldric. Viana could not answer, her tears already dripping down her cheeks. "Go away. You're on duty for a month, do whatever you want as long as it doesn't concern the company" Aldric left after saying that. Viana dropped her body on the floor, sobbing softly while holding her chest that was so painful. Aldric really hurt him, especially he began to feel comfortable with Aldric's attitude that was not cold as before.
No matter how big your problem is, time never stops reminding you that it will keep going. The clock showed at nine o'clock in the evening, Viana still sitting on the floor with her blank look. He gasped when his phone rang, thinking it was Aldric but he was wrong.
"Hello bi" The woman rubbed both of her eyes that had been wet from earlier.
"You're not coming home?"
"Not for the near future bi" replied Viana. "What's the call?" Ask Viana.
"Your father and mother .. they're getting divorced"
Viana fell silent with a surprised look and was also confused. His lips were no longer able to say anything.
"Well, I'll hang up. Aunty wishes you could live well and stay strong"
Her aunt broke off her phone after saying that. The phone in Viana's hands immediately crashed into the floor. He cried without a sound, his chest was so tight and also painful. Viana really feels guilty, because her father and mother relationship becomes tenuous. How not, each of them certainly defended his own biological child. Differences of opinion and also blame each other make the father and mother often quarrel.
Viana squeezed her hair strong, her world shattered for the umpteenth time. Imagine the sadness of the father who again had to feel the loss of the woman he loved, and this time he became one of the causes.
Viana took her phone and contacted her father.
"Hello son" Hearing her father's voice made Viana cry again. "It's okay, it's our destiny" said the father when he heard Isakan from Viana.
"It's my fault, I'm sorry" Viana couldn't stem her grief. He could not even say at length because of his breath.
"Where can you conclude that this is your fault? Look Viana, it's the fault of the adults who used to let you grow up together without thinking that you too would grow up and fall in love with each other" said the father.
Viana could only sob. He could not tell his sadness at this moment. Still as before, his father will always blame him and consider himself unable to take care of his daughter.
"How's your job? If you feel tired, go home" said the father. "It's night, go to sleep. I'll call you tomorrow"
Because Viana never spoke, her father disconnected his phone after saying good night. Viana was crying.
Viana continued to cry until her head hurt, she put her body on the floor. He did not have the energy to walk to the bed, he just let his body ache to compensate for the pain in his heart at this moment.
*****
A week passed, Viana had intended to see her father because today was the day of her parents' divorce trial. Viana with her shirt and cardigan stepped into the hall. She wears a mask and sits next to her aunt.
"You alone?" Ask the middle-aged woman next to him. Viana simply nodded, she then turned to look at her mother who was also staring at her. His mother nodded with a smile as if to say that everything would be fine. Her sister was also there, Viana could not help her sadness and she cried again.
The trial was over and everyone started to go in search of their own way. Viana was still sitting, she turned her head as her mother approached her. Viana stood up and the two hugged each other.
"Mother is not angry with you and your father" The woman stroked the back of her stepdaughter fondly. "Mom doesn't hate you, but I'm afraid we'll continue to hurt if we're together even longer. I'm afraid of increasingly visible differences of opinion" he said.
"I'm sorry" Viana said with her sobs. "It's all my fault" he said.
"It's not your fault, it's our fault that at the time didn't realize that you were growing up" said the mother. The woman let go of her embrace and wiped away the tears on Viana's cheek. With a smile he said "Take care of your father, if you have time come to my mother's house. Mother must leave now" The mother stroked the gentle mane before it finally passed away.
Viana dodged when her sister was about to approach her, she quickly came to her father who was still sitting.
"Dad" Viana crouched down right in front of the father. His eyes are glass.
The father smiled. "Dad sure you're old enough to understand this" he said. "He's still your mother, I won't forbid you from meeting" he said.
Viana nodded her head while sobbing. He also brought his father home.
"Tomorrow Viana will come again here, if anything immediately contact Viana or aunt Yohan" said Viana as she raised the blanket for her father.
"What are you going home with?" Ask the father.
"Taxi ride" Viana replied.
"Bring your car"
"No father, then Viana left first" The woman stood up and left immediately. Viana went to her housekeeper.
"Mang Jo Viana go first, please take care of father and if there is anything immediately contact Viana" said Viana.
"Miss not staying?" Ask mang Jo.
"Tomorrow Viana will come again" replied Viana. Mang Jo nodded in understanding. "Viana left first" Viana stepped on her feet and began walking down the street. Viana stopped on a bridge and there she cried again.
Elsewhere, Aldric was driving his car. On the way he saw someone who was none other than Viana. Aldric initially doesn't care much, but soon after he realizes that it's Viana. Aldric stopped his car and got off.
"Viana" Call Aldric. Viana looked at him with her eyes. The woman was slightly surprised by Aldric's presence.
"Master"
"What are you here for? it's night" Aldric said. "And why didn't you let me know if you were out of the mansion this night?" Ask Aldric. Viana sighed and looked at the ats then blinked her eyes a few times.
"Don't you say I'm off duty in a month?" Ask Viana. "Can you do nothing to me? I'm so tired" Viana exhaled slowly. Tears had gathered in his eyes.
"Do you really want to be free?" Ask Aldric.
Viana nodded. "Is not the world unfair? I wanted to be free but they held me back" said Viana, who began sobbing.
"What do you mean?" Aldric asked with a frown. Viana did not answer, her head suddenly felt dizzy and her eyes began to darken. He fell down and Aldric quickly ran straight towards him.
