Today exactly after two weeks out of town, Dean finally returned to his mansion. Before returning home, Dean chose to stop by his office for a while. Today Dean and Aldric will visit several branches of the hospital as well as his university.

"sir, shouldn't we reevaluate the person responsible for your hospital as well as Niagara?" ask Aldric. "I see the awkwardness here" he added.

"Hem. I think there too" Dean said.

"I often open the stay healthy app and find some bad comments there" Aldric said. Dean looked at Aldric.

"What kind of bad comments?" ask Dean.

"Look, as we know and agree from the beginning.the application we build a steady health to make it easier for patients to consult and make an appointment with the doctor of his choice, he said, this application scored a high rating of up to 4.8%" said Aldric. "but at the end of this I saw the rating decreases and also bad comments popping up. Many of those who complain about the slowness of treatment expect patients and the more difficult it is to make appointments with doctors" he added. Dean breathed a rough sigh.

"we're going to the central hospital right now" Dean said, both rushing into the car and speeding it up.

Viana was still silent on the side of the hospital bed. In front of him was Sena who was still lying down. Actually the wound was not too severe, but Arka insistent on taking Sena to the hospital. All three are still silent with their minds still. Arka suddenly got up from her seat and approached Sena.

"i'll be out for a while" he told Sena. Arka then looked at Viana. "Can we talk?" ask Arka who after that directly out of the room.

"Miss, is Miss okay alone?" ask Viana.

"No. I'm fine, go away" Sena said with a smile.

"I will be back soon" said Viana who immediately went after Arka.

The two face each other now.

"How are you?" ask Arka.

"Eung, fine" Viana replied.

"i'm going to the leadership room now, please take care of Sena" Arka said. Arka was about to leave but Viana's hand prevented it.

"just that? After two years of not meeting that's all you said?" ask Viana. "So the girl who made my sister leave me was Miss Sena?" ask Viana again.

"Viana, this is not the right time" replied Arka. "please, please take care of Sena" said Arka while stroking Viana's hair and after that she just left. Viana laughed in disbelief, the man could hurt as well as show his affection at one time. Viana lethargicly returned to the room where Sena was. Looking at Viana's gloomy face, Sena could deduce something. The man Viana told me about was Arka, her best friend.

"Morning ...."

"Sorry lady" said Viana.

"The man you're talking about is Arka?" ask Sena. Viana nodded. Viana doesn't know how, one side she really appreciates her miss, and on the other side she gets hurt knowing her miss is the reason Arka left her. Viana looked up at Sena who was currently also staring at him.

"Does she still love my sister?" ask Viana. Sena was silent, yes. And when Arka left him he was really hurt because of his love. He hoped Arka would return, but the fact is that when Arka returned the love was no longer able to feel Sena. Not because of Dean, but because time changes everything.

"You think I still love her?" ask Sena.

"i thought so" replied Viana.

"You still love him?" asked Sena who turned the question over from Viana. Viana looked back.

"if I say yes, can I do it again?" asked Viana. "i can't ask the lady to stay away from my sister, I can't possibly be angry with the lady for making my sister leave me" he added. "I really appreciate miss, there's no way I'm doing that" Viana said.

"I don't love her anymore" Sena replied, which made Viana look back at her. "time changed everything, and I really didn't feel anything when she came back" Sena said. Viana laughed blandly.

"still, Arka's sister only loves the lady now" said Viana. "I'm sorry miss" he said.

"hey, why are you apologizing? obviously this is not your fault.nothing can beat Viana's feelings" Sena said with a laugh.

"still, I'm so embarrassed now" Viana said.

"what did the lady do?" asked Viana who went straight to Sena. "That could hurt a lady's hand" Viana said in a panic. Seeing that, Sena laughed.

"looking at you like I see Arka, you guys have very similar personalities" Sena said. "Arka treated me like her sister, and you treated me like your sister" he added.

"really?" ask Viana embarrassed.

"yes, right. Now let's go home" Sena asked. Viana tried to help Sena stand up. "Gosh, I'm fine. I was only injured in the face instead of in the legs" said Sena who was shocked as Viana was about to tear her up walking.

"Well then I'll just hold the lady's arm, just to keep watch if the crazy woman comes back" said Viana. Both of them walked out of the room.

"Who do you mean crazy woman?" ask Sena.

"the woman who hit the lady" Viana replied with her upset face.

"She's Yoan, my sister" Sena said. Viana's face stiffened immediately. He looked up and looked at Sena.

"I'm sorry miss, I'm sorry" Viana said.

"It's okay, you're right she's a crazy woman" Sena said with a laugh. But then he grimaced at the corner of his injured lip. Seeing that, Viana immediately laughed as she saw the cute expression of her miss. Both of them walked to the lobby.

Dean and Aldric walked out of the hospital's headroom. The two walked together while discussing some work. Suddenly his second step stopped when he saw someone who was walking towards them. Dean smiled smirk, putting his hand in his pocket.

"How are you, buddy?" ask Dean.

"Who do you mean friend?" ask Arka. Hearing that Dean laughed.

"then what should I call you? a traitor?" ask Dean. Arka raised next to her eyebrows.

"You're still holding on to that misunderstanding?" asked Arka. "had I said, I didn't do anything there" said Arka.

"Who knows?" ask Dean. The two of them threw hateful looks at each other.

"Miss Sena??" said Aldric who saw Sena and Viana walking behind Arka. Arka looked back.

"Why are you here? you're gonna have to be treated?" ask Arka worriedly. Sena realized that there was Dean currently staring at her. Sena fearfully held Viana's hand.

"I-I'm fine, I'm going home now" Sena said nervously.

"Well, wait in the car, I'll drive you" Arka said.

"No sir, our car is waiting outside" Viana said. Not without cause, Viana noticed the sharp gaze from Aldric.

"Hurry and bring Miss Sena home" Aldric told me.

"B-good sir" Viana immediately took Sena away from there and immediately got into the car.

The atmosphere became increasingly gripping among the three handsome men.

"Let go of Sena" said Arka full of emphasis.

"I won't hold it, just take it if you can" Dean said.

"I swear I'll take Sena with all the energy I have. I won't let Sena get hurt by having to live with a man like you" Arka said. Dean tilted his head while smiling smirk.

"I say again, I won't stop you. You can take it. That's also if you can" said Dean who then immediately left Arka.

"Damn it! This time I won't lose to you!" batin Arka who immediately walked towards the parking lot of his car.
