Currently Venna is undergoing a cesarean section of her second child who is also a twin. Brian's family has gathered in the waiting room except Calvin and Claire are not there because Calvin's presence is afraid to disturb Brian who is currently waiting for the birth of his twins with anxious feelings.

Brian was not only worried about the baby, but the mother of his twins who made him very nervous.. The problem is that Venna's heart is currently very dangerous to undergo cesarean section. Everything looks awry for Venna's body. Want to give birth normally or cesarean is the same risk experienced by Venna.

After waiting 6 hours, the twins Venna finally managed to be removed from the mother's womb. The baby was male and female again. Brian and his family are so grateful. Brian hugged his mother, Carine expressed her happiness.

"Mommy. My baby survived but, wait...! what about my wife?" brian asks Kayla's doctor, who is still standing in the middle of the family, to tell him about Brian and Venna's twins.

"Your wife is fine, sir. Miss Venna will soon be transferred to the hospital room" Kayla said with a smile on the family.

"Thank God. Thanks doctor!" Brian breathed a sigh of relief. The torment experienced by him seemed to disappear along with the good news he received this morning.

"Mommy, Daddy and mom. Now you guys just go home. You haven't slept since last night. Later you can get sick," said Brian.

"Later. If we've seen our twin grandchildren and Vena," said Ms. Carine.

"Well, it's not good anymore to make out in front of the in-laws," said Brian quipped Mrs Venny who looked agitated.

"Just calm down, Mrs Venny. There was her husband Calvin who accompanied her" said Ms Carine keceplosan calling her son Calvin's name.

"What..? so Calvin's met Claire?" asked Brian with a dark face.

"Yes dear. Why must we meet because Claire is Calvin's responsibility. He's entitled to Claire's not us. Would you like to be separated from Venna if you had a problem with your wife?" lady Carine asked Brian to say nothing more to his family.

"Suppit. What matters is that he didn't show up in front of me.

"Honey. Calvin has changed. Please give him a chance. Claire plans to give birth here. Two months on from his planned operation. After that they will return to Paris France" said Ms Carine.

"We'll see mommy. Brian wants to see Venna and our twins first" Brian said as he passed by in front of his family.

While in the room, Brian kissed Venna's lips deeper. His heart was very happy because Venna looked fine. The treatment of doctors in his country is not the same as doctors in his wife's city, especially in the hospital where his wife gave birth to their twins.

Doctors at the hospital are very patient in handling their patients. Maybe that's why Venna feels comfortable when handled by a team of doctors who perform cesarean section on him. Although they know the risk they will face between the lives of Venna or the twins. That's what makes Brian unsettled when Venna's on the cesarean.

"They look a lot like you Brian" Venna told Brian, who was holding one of the babies.

"I'll give them Austin and Ashley's names" Brian said.

"What a cool name. Where are Shena and Sean? I miss them" said Venna.

"They will come soon. You take it easy, baby" said Brian.

Not long after, the twins had come with Mr. Gray who immediately kissed his daughter's forehead.

"Well! that's our baby sister, mami? what's their name?" ask Seina.

"The girl's name is Ashley and the boy's name is Austin" said Brian.

"Thank you mommy, daddy, I love my sister for us" said Sean, who was so happy to see his twin sister.

"You have to take good care of your twin sister. If you can get to adulthood. Ok!" pinta Venna on the twins.

"Ok mom. Sean will take care of all of you, especially my mom" Sean said, so dear to Venna.

Two months later, Claire gave birth to her twins in a normal Bogor hospital. Happiness enveloped the couple, especially Calvin who saw the beautiful face of his twin daughter was now in front of him. That face was a fusion between her and Claire.

"Honey. They're very pretty. Like a living doll" said Calvin.

"Give them to me! I want to breastfeed them" said Calvin very vigorously.

Both her parents Venna and Calvin were already in the room to see their new granddaughter. Lady Carine smiled at her son.

"They have come to unite your hearts. May you always be happy because of their presence" said Ms. Carine.

Claire gave her daughter names Arabella and Abigail. Two days later Claire was released. Calvin can't wait to bring the twins back to his country.

After a month of waiting, his parents Calvin and Calvin brought his family to France. The farewell was very sad for Claire and Venna.

"Thank you Venna. Thanks to you I can calm my heart in your paradise-like country. I also got a gift from God with the twins and my husband came back to love me" Claire said.

Claire hugged Madame Venny whom she thought was her own birth." Auntie, have you prepared Indonesian cuisine for me? I must have missed Indonesian cuisine so much" Claire said in tears.

"I've wrapped the rendang for you. Until there it is warmed up and the rest is stored in the refrigerator," said Mrs Venny.

Brian and Calvin were talking seriously. I don't know what they said. It seems Calvin seems to be apologizing to his brother.

"Because of Claire's kindness and that of my niece I forgive you. Take good care of them and don't shake my wife Venna. I don't allow it" Brian said firmly.

"Sad. You are still possessive" said Calvin. The two embrace each other.

Not long after the private jet owned by Mr. Muller had taken off leaving Indonesia.

"Thank you, homeland of Indonesia. Your country is beautiful and its people are very friendly. May my daughter find a soul mate in this country" Claire said in her prayer.
