"No, how could I possibly want to be second while we've been engaged for three years! Better just cancel this wedding plan!" exclaims Amora is angry.
He was at a banquet between the two great families of Candra and Liu. They sat at a long, luxurious table. There were about 30 people surrounding the table. They are talking about the wedding of Amora and Prince which is planned to be held next month.
Amora and Prince have been engaged for three years because of an arranged marriage made by their parents. They were engaged when Amora was not even 18 years old while Prince was 27 years old. The main reason for this matchmaking is so that the shares of the two families in Mounth Corp do not split and become one unit.
During these three years Prince spent more time in London taking care of the business center there. Amora completed her education at home.
However, every few months Prince came to see him. They met and talked for a short time. After that, he will go back again.
Amora's father died a year ago, but their relationship never broke. Amora also tried to remain loyal even though she did not know Prince deeply. For him Prince is the future he will achieve.
However, Prince's return this time brought news that broke Amora's heart. The man brings another woman into their relationship. The embittered Amora could not accept it. His three years of waiting have been in vain.
"Amora, we can't just undo it. Our father made a promise to each other and I promised to take care of you." Prince smirked triumphantly at Amora. He did not expect that the weak and often sick Amora would dare to fight him. No one has dared to interrupt her all this time.
"Keeping doesn't have to be yours. Didn't you say you wanted to marry Luna first? Please, I won't forbid you from marrying her, but let me go! I don't accept the betrayal you've committed, Prince. So don't force me to marry you" Amora said loudly.
Everyone stared at Amora full of ridicule hearing Amora fight the Prince who was full of strength and power. They knew that Amora would be lucky to marry Prince, the prince of the Liu family. Her father and mother are gone, while she lives with a step-grandmother who doesn't care about her.
"Amora calm down," Grandpa Liu told Amora. "Sit back. We're talking about this all right." His charisma that radiates makes people will be reluctant and respectful to him, not least Amora.
"But Grandpa," rejected Amora's objection. However, seeing Grandpa Liu's gaze made Amora's guts growl. The girl sat back in her chair.
Grandfather Liu was the Grandfather of the Prince. The person most respected by the Candra family and the Liu Family.
"Grandfather knows that my marriage to Luna is important for our business cooperation with the Mighty family" Prince said with his justification. "From us competing with his company and not producing anything. We can establish a closer cooperation with them."
Some people seemed to nod their heads, understanding the Prince's plausible reasoning. Their minds only revolved around wealth treasures. Not anything else.
"Are you always going to be married for business. Like we want to do? You want to rule the Mountain so you're willing to marry me. However, you don't feel enough so you find another woman who can be snared so that your business network gets wider. Later if there are other women who are more profitable you will also add your wife again. It's always like that, until you become King, not Prince anymore" Amora said.
"Amorah!" granny Tara Exclamation. "Talk politely don't interrupt people's conversations."
"Grandmother, your grandson will be made a second wife. Is money more important to you than your own grandson's happiness?"
"I'm not that stupid to be the result of your greed. I can get another man who is richer than Prince" said Amora arrogantly. Just because his parents are gone, no one is defending him. Even if I want to drop it.
Prince kicked the table unhappy with the sentence Amora had uttered.
Luna who was sitting next to Prince seemed to be enjoying this scene. Seeing it makes Amora sick. How could a woman from a noble family be willing to accept another woman in her husband's life? Like there's no other man. Think Amora.
"Amora, you won't be the growth. Our status will be the same as Prince's wife later, we only need to marry together and then the status of the first wife is only on paper," luna said in a style that looked meek and graceful. It is very different from the frontal Amora style.
"I don't know why you want us both to marry one man. Though you can choose the other Prince and you are also born from a distinguished family. If it's love, then which love makes you blind and willing to be combined or honey."
All were struck by the words of Amora. All this time no one dared to speak harshly to the descendants of the Mighty family. Luna was born to the richest family in the East.
"Is there no other man besides Prince, so you insist on marrying him even if you know that Prince is going to marry me? But if you really like her and want to marry her then I'll leave Prince to you" laughed Amora boldly, grinning triumphantly. He did not care when everyone looked at him sharply.
Prince's hands seemed to have clenched tightly until the muscles surrounding him appeared to look enlarged around the sleeves of his short shirt. His high jaw seemed to twitch quickly.
"In reality Prince won't let you go" continued Luna glanced at Prince. "I can what? I love her so much that I'm willing to share my husband with you."
"Unfortunately I didn't fall in love with her, so I was willing to break up with her" Amora said, leaving Prince's patience gone.
He was like a worthless item to the little girl. The girl he left behind was still snot has now turned into an adult.
The woman had been heartbroken but she still had a self-esteem that no one else could step on by herself. Even though she likes Prince does not mean that the man can insult her to be second.Amora, I can not let go of Luna. She's pregnant with my son, I'll never let you go to marry another man, either" Prince said. It made a noise at the dinner table.
At once Amora's heart felt like it had been slashed by a sharp knife. Pain that felt pierced from the front to the back of his spine. His long wait and loyalty were like a joke to Prince.
"If so marry her, I don't mind. I'll refuse if you want to have both of us. I'm not your collection woman," she said rawly and in a low voice, full of assertiveness.
"Until now I won't let you go, Amora. Our marriage will continue this month" Prince said.
"Whatever, to me you're dead!" avalanche Amora left Prince alone.
