Episode 9 Meet Salsa

"You..." Nabila was surprised when he saw a woman standing in front of him

"You're Nabila, right?" the woman asked Nabila and she was very surprised.

Coffee cafe

They both sat in a coffee shop. It is still near the park. They looked at each other with puzzling and indecipherable gazes.

"For a long time not to meet. How are you?" They even started a conversation between them.

"I'm fine. You're still the same as before you haven't changed much. How's yours?" The woman smiled at Nabila.

"My situation is not good after what happened in the past." Nabila smiled bitterly.

It turns out that who sat with Nabila was Rafa's sister named Salsa. Nabila has known Salsa since she dated Rafa.

"It must be very difficult for you. But you have to accept the facts and live your life as usual again. Maybe it's so painful for you." Salsa looked at Nabila with a look of pity.

"Not only does it hurt. It left me barely able to start a better future. Because the past always haunts me." Nabila also looks very sad.

"I feel so sorry for you but sometimes fate says something else. But, I'm still happy to see you still want to sit here with me. And it doesn't look like there's a grudge." Salsa laughed a little.

"It's not all your fault so I don't have any feelings of resentment towards you." Nabila spoke while laughing.

"I'm just afraid you hate me and won't see me again." Salsa laughed too.

"Not only you but everyone, I never hated you even though I was sad because of that. But, you guys still I consider my family." said Nabila

"Do you mean they're my family, my mom and dad, right?" Salsa asked in confusion.

"You're right." Salsa recalled that incident.

5 Years ago

"Today I'll pick you up, you wait for me at the front stop of your house." Rafa talks to Nabila on the phone.

"I told you I can go alone you don't have to bother picking me up." Nabila let out a long sigh as Rafa persisted in picking her up.

"No way, you know Erick's house is far away. If you get on the bus it'll take a long time." Rafa explains with great confidence because today they are going to Erick's birthday party.

"Alright, I'll obey you this time." Nabila was only resigned because he knew Rafa would not want to lose if his desire was not fulfilled.

"Smart kid hahaha." Rafa laughed with satisfaction because he won this time.

"So what time are you going to pick me up?" Nabila asked rafa.

"About 20 minutes I'll pick you up. Get ready and dress up pretty." Rafa laughed again.

"I look beautiful every day." Nabila also spoke very loudly.

"I admit your beauty." Rafa said with a sweet smile.

After preparing ready Nabila was waiting at the stop. The place that Rafa said earlier, Nabila looks very happy because today he wears a necklace that was given Rafa when Nabila's birthday.

However, there arrived someone who nudged him and caused the pearl in the necklace to fall and roll towards the road.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Said the person who nudged Nabila earlier.

"It's okay." Nabila can only smile because he can not also blame the person because the parents were not intentionally.

"Ah that's him." Nabila also walked towards the road to take the pearl.

"When you go?" It was Rafa. He has arrived to pick her up.

"The pearl fell across the street. I'll take it for a minute." Even nabila answered.

"I'll take it you wait in the car." Rafa got out of the car and walked towards the pearl.

Nabila walked back and let Rafa take the pearl. Not long after that Nabila was happy to see Rafa managed to get the pearl.

However, a second after that the look on Nabila's face became panicked and surprised when there was a car that drove quickly towards Rafa.

Nabila quickly called Rafa to immediately avoid because there was a car that drove towards him. However, fate cannot be avoided, the car had already hit Rafa which made Rafa's body thrown very strongly.

"No!!!!!!!" Nabila shouted and cried loudly when he saw Rafa had been hit by the car. Rafa also shed a lot of blood, especially in the head area.

Nabila also ran as hard as he could towards Rafa.

"Rafa, wake up !!! Rafa's up!!" Nabila also shouted and resigned to see Rafa had fainted and shed blood. After that, an ambulance came and took Rafa to the hospital.

Mother's Hospital

Rafa and Salsa's parents came to the hospital after getting a call from the hospital that Rafa had an accident and is now undergoing surgery.

After arriving at the front door of the operating room, Rafa's mother saw Nabila who was sitting limp while crying.

"It's all your fault!!!! you caused our son an accident, you shouldn't be here!!!" Rafa's mother is very angry with Nabila because she feels the accident that befell her son is one of Nabila.

"Already, you can't do this to him." Rafa's father also calms Rafa's mother who looks very angry with Nabila.

Nabila could only be silent and resigned he was like a nightmare. He wants to quickly wake up from this dream because he still does not believe in what happened with Rafa and himself.

1 Week after the accident

Rafa is still unconscious and Nabila is still always loyal to accompany Rafa.

"I want you out of here." It turned out that it was Rafa's mother who spoke in an angry tone to Nabila.

"No, I'll wait for Rafa to wake up." Nabila.

"You think you have the right to do that, if Rafa doesn't walk down the street and take the pearls, none of this will happen. It's all your fault." Said Rafa's mother.

"But I also didn't know that any of this was going to happen." Nabila said sad and crying.

"I want you to go too! my brother should feel this kind of pain, and also have not been aware of it all because of you!" Salsa.

"I agree with what he said. For the good of all of us it's better that you don't stay here and leave." Rafa's father also spoke with a look of pity.

"But why, why do I have to go!" Nabila was crying hard

"Because you're no longer needed by Rafa. Do you think Rafa's feeling will be the same as before. When he finds out that he's in an accident to save your useless pearl!" Shouted Rafa's mother furiously.

"Rafa will definitely stay away from you and hate you. Because because of you, his life was ruined like this." Said Rafa's mother.

Nabila did not know why his fate would end like this. What mistakes Nabila has made until finally he had to experience this scary thing.
