Night*

After finishing dinner, Saerin went into his room. He walked towards the balcony beside the bed. He looked at the sky that was filled with stars that illuminated the night. He closed his eyes, feeling the night breeze hitting his body. And re-opened his eyes. He enjoyed the atmosphere that night. It seemed quiet and was only filled with the sounds of small animals. Like, crickets are creeping from below.

Suddenly a hand touched his back. Sontak Saerin immediately turned around, and saw that it was Huenangkung.

"Kai!?"

"Mian if I've surprised you" said Kai.

"Ah gwenchana" Saerin said with a smile.

"What are you doing here. The night wind is not good" said Kai who approached Saerin's side.

"So, I just look at the stars. It feels so beautiful to see so many stars dotting the night sky" Saerin said, looking up at the star from one side to the other.

Kai who had seen Saerin, now also turned to look at the star above him.

"Nee, you're right. They are so beautiful" said Kai whose eyes turned to look at the star one by one. And Kai's gaze turned to Saerin, who was still looking at the sky.

"Saerin!" exclaim Kai. Saerin turned to him.

"Waeyo Kai?" saerin asked, raising next to his eyebrows.

Instead of answering, Kai looked at Saerin's face.

"YES!!"

Sontak Kai was shocked to hear that.

"What's wrong with you?" asked Saerin who was confused to see Kai was daydreaming looking at him.

"Ahh. aniya" Kai said with a smile.

"Hmm. You're weird" Saerin said.

"Mwo!? what did you say?"

"Squeen!"

"Why did you say that to me?"

"Your color is daydreaming but smiling at me, I feel weird about your facial expression being like that"

"Does that bother you?"

"Mm. not really"

"Yes, then you should sleep"

"Wae?? it's not too late. I still want to see the stars"

"It's 9 p.m"

"Mwo?! that fast?"

"Sleep fast!" kai said firmly.

"Nee sir!" saerin said in the same tone.

Kai laughed a little at it. And Saerin laughed too.

"Good night" Saerin said quietly but could still be heard clearly by Kai.

"Nee, good night too". Kai first entered and Saerin followed behind. Saerin closed the balcony door. While Kai continued walking out and finally closed the room door quietly.

Saerin laid himself on the bed, he covered his body and closed his eyes.

The next morning, Saerin woke up and immediately cleaned himself up. When he finished, Saerin went straight down to the kitchen.

He sees Aunt Lee cooking, and Saerin approaches him.

"Hi aunt, what are you cooking?" saerin asked beside Aunt Lee. Not knowing Saerin's whereabouts, Lee's aunt is shocked.

"Saerin?! you just startle aunty" aunt Lee said as she tried to catch her breath. Saerin just grinnedly responded.

"Hihi, aunt mian. Is Kai awake?"

"Auntie doesn't know" he answered briefly, focusing on cooking. "You better have breakfast first Saerin. At the dinner table, I've prepared breakfast for you. Go have breakfast" he continued.

"Nee aunty. Khamsambnida" said Saerin who ran straight to the dining table. He sat down on one of the chairs and ate his breakfast.

"Good morning!" exclaim someone behind Saerin and with the sound of a leg.

Saerin turned around when he heard Kai say.

"Morning Kai" said Saerin whose mouth was full of bread. Kai approached Saerin and sat next to him.

"Slowly eat Saerin" said Kai, who saw Saerin's mouth full. Saerin looks at Kai from top to bottom, he wears his school uniform back. Saerin quickly swallowed his food.

"Kai, have you started going to school again?" tanyanya.

"Nee, I have to catch up on my delay. It's okay if you're here alone?"

"Hey, you think this house is just you and me. Take it easy, there's Aunt Lee with me. Don't worry, this house will be fine. I'm not gonna do anything to make this house a mess"

"Hhh, it's up to you" said Kai who continued his breakfast.

Kai has gone to school. While Saerin, he was helping Aunt Lee clean up the house. Although Lee's aunt refused Saerin's offer, Saerin insisted on helping.

Finally the cleaning was completed, and it was noon, the sun was rising.

Saerin is bored at Kai's house, and Kai hasn't come home yet. He decided to go out for some fresh air. Before leaving, Saerin asked Lee's aunt for permission first, so she wouldn't worry about looking for him.

Saerin stepped out of Kai House, he just wanted to take a short walk, enjoying the afternoon atmosphere in Busan city. He walked past a park, and Saerin paused for a moment on an empty chair near a shady tree. Staring at the park in the beautiful city of Busan, filled with trees and flowers. Sometimes there were people passing by in front of him.

Time passed, enough for Saerin to come out for a while. She gets out of her seat and goes home to Kai's house.

On the way, Saerin felt strange things around him.

"Looks like my feelings don't look like much fun? what's wrong with me?" muttered. Saerin tried to ignore his feelings. He tried to calm himself.

"Aisshh.I feel bad now" he murmured again. Feeling disturbed, Saerin turned to his right and to his left. And he occasionally glanced back, but there was no one behind him. Saerin turned his gaze again forward, and walked back.

"It seems, I feel like someone is following me behind" Saerin muttered again. He stopped for a moment and looked back for the second time. But still, there was no one there. Saerin turned forward again and continued on his way leisurely.

Shortly after, there was a hand gripping her arm tightly, making Saerin startled and immediately turned back to face back. A man with a face covered in a mask, and stared intently at him.

"What are you doing!!" saerin said in shock. "Take me off!!" he continued while shaking off the man's grip from his arm. But the more Saerin brushed him off, the stronger the man's hand held Saerin's. She panicked and was terrified, not knowing what the man was going to do to her.

"eehh.. LET GO!!" scream Saerin. Because the road there looks lonely. No one helped him. Saerin tried hard to break away. Then the man dragged Saerin away, in the opposite direction to Kai's house.

From the opposite direction, look Kai who was driving a car, he just came home from school. He accidentally saw a girl being dragged away by a man in front of him. Kai quickly approached the man, and stopped his car. Kai immediately descended and stopped the man who was in front of him.

"Hey! stop sir, what are you doing to the girl behind you", because Saerin is behind the man who dragged him, so Kai can't see Saerin. But Saerin heard Kai's voice, Saerin immediately shouted at him.

"Kai!!!" saerin teras said.

Kai was surprised by the sound he heard, he widened his eyes to see Saerin behind the person. And it seemed, the man was also surprised to hear the two knew each other.

"Saerin!! hey mister, what are you doing. Release him!!" snapped Kai. Then his hand reached for Saerin's arm. Haven't had the chance to touch Saerin, the man brushed off Kai's hand.

Kai could not hold back his anger, he immediately sent a punch to the man, but managed to be held back by him.

The man removed his grip from Saerin's arm and advanced to fight Kai. Kai was pushed by the man, he was on guard. The man lays a punch at Kai, and luckily is captured by Kai. And he replied with a punch that led to the man's cheek, and managed to hit him. Outraged, the man returned the favor, until the two of them repaid each other.

Saerin could only see his second fight from behind. He was worried that Kai was injured, but Saerin could not interfere in their fight either.

The man again lays one punch at Kai, and manages to hit Kai's stomach. He fell limp but his left hand was still able to prop his body up. The man approached and prepared with one clenched hand. The man pulled Kai's collar and punched Kai in the left cheek, causing him to receive a bruise from the man's impact.

Saerin, who saw Kai tormented, could not stand still anymore, restraining his anger. Secretly Saerin stepped closer to the man, he had also prepared a fist from his right hand, which was already furious at what he was doing to Kai. When he got right behind him, Saerin immediately grabbed the man's arm that was holding Kai's collar and turned his gaze to Saerin. When he turned his head, Saerin immediately hit the man in the face with a very strong punch. And the man fell down kissing the street. Unable to do anything else, the man immediately stood up and ran away.

Saerin adjusted his breathing and turned his gaze towards Kai who was standing holding onto his stomach with a large bruise on his left cheek. Saerin walked over to Kai.

"Kai, are you okay?" saerin asked with an anxious face.

"Uhuk. gwenchana" said Kai who was in pain.

"Are you all right?" said Saerin who was holding onto Kai's bruised cheek.

"You..!!" yell Kai in pain.

"Ups! mianhae Kai, I didn't accidentally" said Saerin who took off his hand.

"Nee, kajja k-we're p-home" said Kai lirih.

"Nee". They both walked into the car.

At home, Saerin leads Kai inside. Then he splashed Kai's body on the living room sofa. Immediately Aunt Lee came hastily to them.

"Young master?! why are you being like this?" ask the surprised aunt Lee.

"Mmm.." Saerin's mouth closed but let out a sound.

"Ah... for a moment, auntie will bring her medicine first" said aunt Lee who rushed away.

Saerin who stood up, immediately approached and sat down beside Kai. A few minutes later, Aunt Lee returned with a basin of warm water, cloth, and a box of P3K. He put it on the table and began to clean the bruises on Kai's cheeks, with a cloth dipped in warm water, and gave him wound medicine.

"How's Kai? does it still hurt?" saerin asked who had seen Kai being treated by Lee's aunt.

"Sstthh a little bit" Kai said as he grimaced in pain.

"Young master why are you getting hurt like this?" ask aunt Lee who is still worried.

"Mm. There was a man who accidentally hit Kai. No need to worry about aunt Lee anymore, now Kai is fine" Saerin said with a smile so that aunt Lee no longer felt anxious.

"Young master, please be careful. Don't get hurt like this. Auntie was worried" said Aunt Lee.

"Nee aunty. Gwenchana, don't worry about me too much. I'm fine" said Kai.

"Nee, then auntie goes first"

"Nee aunty!" exciting Saerin. Aunt Lee took care of it and went to the back.

"Saerin, are you okay?" ask Kai.

"Nee, I'm fine" Saerin replied.

"How did you get dragged away by that guy? and why are you outside?" asked Kai again looking seriously at Saerin.

"I'm just out for a walk, I'm bored here. But when I wanted to go home, suddenly the guy came. Before I felt someone was following me and he was the one" Saerin explained.

"Aisshh. Next time be careful Saerin"

"Nee"

"But you're cool to fight that guy, too. You just paralyzed him in one hit that's all" said Kai amazed.

"Aahh, don't talk about it".
