While Nizar's circumstances can not be saved.
"NIZAR" Ryan said while helping Nizar walk to find another way out because the area was already filled with fire.

Suddenly Nizar gets up and pushes Ryan's body through the window.
Fire spread around the hospital and Nizar smiled at the night sky.
"Angel, sorry and thank you for everything", muttered Nizar and he exhaled his last breath as the fire devoured him...
On Ryan's side before her
