Arfan ran over to Anisa and carried her.
"Eh?! I'm fine" said Anisa misbehaved.
"Be quiet and submissive", Arfan said coldly but his words this time had deep meaning.

Over time they also fell asleep together and the doctor Angga who saw it was happy.
"Hello" said Angga's doctor as he picked up the incoming phone.

Later that night, Arfan and Anisa are having dinner.
There was no conversation between them after they got home from the hospital.
Anisa had finished eating as well as Arfan.
Anisa initially intends to wash the dishes but is prevented by Arfan.
"A-what is Ar?", asked Anisa nervously because the distance between them was quite close.
"Say" said Arfan.
"Eh? Say what?", asked Anisa confused.
"Say who pushed you? I'll make him tormented" said Arfan coldly.
Seeing Arfan's side that was so cold than usual made Anisa frightened.
"Z-zaen-a" said Anisa stammering in fear of looking at Arfan.
Arfan who was in front of him was really scary Anisa felt very scared.
Arfan hit the wall so hard that it left a mark as a result of his punch and his hand that had hit bloody.
"Arfan hurt your hand" said Anisa worriedly.
"Please promise" Arfan said as he leaned against Anisa's shoulder.
Of course Anisa was surprised but she tried to calm Arfan so as not to be emotional anymore.
"Please promise me that you will not abandon me and endanger yourself and your children" Arfan said.
Anisa is silent at Arfan's request not knowing what to do Anisa is only replying with a hug.
"Yes I promise forever this is our promise of a lifetime and let's wake up our little and warm family Arfan" said Anisa softly as she hugged Arfan's body tightly.
Silence enveloped them for so long that Anisa fell asleep in Arfan's arms.
"Based on the innocent little wife but thank you for tonight good night" Arfan said softly as he held Anisa towards their room.
In the room Arfan put Anisa's body on the bed carefully so as not to wake her.
"Our journey is still long, dear" said Arfan slowly.
The next day at school
"Zaena looks like the village girl has not deterred what do we need to do?", asked Laras, a friend of Zaena's gang.
"Good idea Laras let's put him to shame in public" Zaena said.
Tiara, Zaena's best friend since childhood only kept quiet she knew who Anisa and Arfan really were because Tiara was a distant relative of Yahya's family.
"Stupid you don't know who you're dealing with" Tiara warned Zaena and Laras.
"If you don't want to help keep quiet, let's go Laras" said Zaena arrogantly.
"You'll regret it later but I need to find out why Arfan and Anisa are here? Aren't they in Jakarta?", thought Tiara confused.
Day after day Zaena and Laras do the action to Anisa but Anisa always fights him in various ways while Tiara finds out what really happened but before Tiara contacts Dwi she is caught by Arfan.
"Don't they know where we are or do you want me to destroy your entire family?", Arfan threatened as he stared intently at Tiara.
Tiara who is aware of Arfan's existence is terrified.
"Please don't do young master Mahesa" said Tiara stammered with fear.
"I'll do everything as long as I don't destroy my family", please Tiara while kneeling before Arfan.
"Well, but you have to keep quiet lest they know even the world about my relationship with Anisa" Arfan said and walked away.
"Wait", prevent Tiara from stopping Arfan's move.
"What?", asked Arfan coldly without looking at Tiara.
"What does the young master have to do with the young lady Rahman?", asked Tiara.
