Chapter 54

When Keira was walking down the river side, his gaze accidentally saw a woman in white dress not far from her position was weaving a flower into a crown. 

"It turns out there's someone other than me in this place." Without hesitation Keira immediately walked towards the woman.  

When the distance was just a few steps away his body immediately froze to see a familiar face and he always missed day and night. 

"Mother..," said Keira, her eyes began to glaze over at the familiar woman in front of her. 

As if hearing what Keira said, the woman turned her head towards him. Her beautiful face could not hide her surprise. 

"Why ka-" 

Without waiting for the woman to speak, Keira immediately plunged her body into the warm embrace of her mother and cried as she could. 

"Mom.. Mother.. Mother."call Keira repeatedly as a child. 

The woman calmed her daughter down by gently patting her daughter's back which shook violently, then said quietly, "Why can Rara be here, hm?"

"Because I'm dead" Keira said after stopping crying. He reluctantly let go of his mother's embrace and sat down at the side.

Alena tidied up her daughter's messy hair then put on a flower crown she made on Keira's head. 

"Beautiful," she smiled gently. His gaze looked at his daughter's very pretty face. 

"It turns out my little daughter has grown up."

"But baby you're not dead yet, you need to quickly return to your original body. Everyone is waiting for you to come back." 

"Why? I still want to stay with Mom, I don't want to go back." Keira put her head on Alena's lap and looked at her mother's pretty face from below. 

Keira never thought that a place like this would be the first meeting between them after so long they had separated. 

"I guess I'm just here, but I'm here, too."

"If it's like this I don't want to go back, I just want to be with mom here forever."

"Darling this isn't the time, you need to get back to your world soon." Alena looked at her stubborn and reckless looking daughter. 

"If not, your husband will be sad."

Keira seemed hesitant and indecisive, if she could choose she actually wanted to stay with mother here. But if here what about Xavier, he'll be sad. 

Alena stroked her daughter's fine hair looking confused and with a warm smile she said, "What are you thinking? You can't stay here, you have to leave immediately, everyone is waiting for you to return."

"But I want to continue with Mom, I can't bear to leave Mom alone in this place. I don't know how to get back, either" Keira said, rising from her sleep. 

"Mom doesn't need your anxiety because here I'm happy. You don't have to worry about Mom, now you just have to get into that light to get back." Alena pointed towards the light that was the size of a door not far from where they were. 

Keira caught a glimpse of the light then at her mother. For a long time Keira did not speak or move, her gaze fixed on the beautiful woman in front of her. Carefully engrave that beautiful face in her heart that she will long for eternity. 

"What's wrong?"alena asked gently as she saw her daughter standing still like a statue. 

"Can't I just stay here with Mom, "please Keira with a weak tone, her eyelids drooping down concealing her sadness. She doesn't want to go, she still misses her mother. 

As if knowing what her daughter Alena was hiding took Keira into her arms and said warmly, "Wherever you are Mother will always be in your heart and watch over you from here. If at night Rara misses you, just look at the brightest stars among those thousands of stars, okay." 

"En."

"Well let's go now, everyone's waiting for you." 

Keira did not immediately let go of her mother's embrace, she greedily inhaled the fragrance of her mother's body that she would miss. Once satisfied Keira then let go, and for the last time she looked at her mother's face. 

"I'm leaving, goodbye, Mother." After that Keira reluctantly turned around and walked towards the light without looking back. 

"Don't be sad Mother is always by your side" cried Alena in a hoarse voice seeing her daughter had already entered into the light. 

When he heard his mother's screams slowly his tears gradually fell. The defense in his heart instantly collapsed, Keira immediately turned her head back but a powerful force immediately pulled him away. Before actually going a glance she saw the face of the mother who was smiling gently and waving at him. 

"Yes I know."

In the VVIP ward a woman who was rumored to be in a coma opened her eyes. 

"Why is this why my body is crying too." Keira hurriedly wiped her tears violently before someone saw her like this. 

Keira then wakes up and notices the room around her which is dominated by white paint and a pungent disinfectant smell. 

"It turns out I'm alive and I'm in the hospital, but where is everyone? Doesn't anyone take care of me." After Keira finished speaking suddenly the door of this room opened and a small head appeared looking inside. 

For a moment those big and small eyes stared at each other, Keira could see the shock in those small eyes and before she said a shrill cry sounded in this room. 

"Mother!"

In the basement, Xavier looked at the men and women who had fainted on the ground with cold eyes without any temperature. 

"Go bring cold water, "command Xavier on his subordinates. Then take off the gloves stained by their dirty blood and throw them in the trash. 

It didn't take long for the subordinates to come carrying a bucket of cold water. Then poured it on the two people who had fainted under his master's orders. 

"Ukh…." The two of them immediately woke up with a body that shivered with cold and stinging wounds from being splashed with water. 

Karina looked at the cruel man in front of her with a look of fear that could not be hidden. 

"I-I beg you to let me go, I'm sorry, I was wrong. Please let me go." Regardless of the dignity she always held in high regard, Karina immediately prostrated indiscriminately. 

"I was wrong, I'm sorry. Please don't torture me like this, I'd rather kill myself." After that Karina immediately proved her remark by hitting her head on the ground. 

Xavier's expression was immediately grim, he immediately ordered the bodyguards to foil the woman's plan. 

"Let me go! Off! Please let me end my life!"shouted Karina desperately while rebelling from the hands of the bodyguards. 

"Want to commit suicide? Don't hope! I won't let you die so soon!" 

His gaze swept over the two people with a ferocious and cruel light, then said with a sly grin on his lips, "Since you want to feel dead then I kindly grant it."

"Take him to the back garden, let him play with my pet. Watch over him, lest he die," Xavier said viciously in a commanding tone to his subordinates. 

"Good sir." The bodyguard immediately dragged Karina. 

"No! I don't want to! Let me go! I beg you."

After the woman left now his attention was on Alaric who shrank backwards. 

"W-what are you going to do! It's a state of law if you dare to do something a-me…"

"I what!" With a crazy expression Xavier strangled the man with a strong almost fattening Alaric's collarbone. 

"Damn it! I'm gonna kill you!" Xavier adds to his power with a lot of hate. 

The basement door slammed open, Kenzo running towards his boss with a happy face. 

"Mistress is conscious!"
