"After a thorough examination Miss Keira's condition has improved and Miss can go home tomorrow."

"Also just in case please keep his diet before completely recovering and do not do some strenuous activities or sports."

"Okay, thank you Doctor." Keira obediently listened to the advice of Dr. Keenan was accompanied by a serious nod. 

Seeing his patients listen to him so much Keenan nodded in satisfaction. It is rare to see a patient who is obedient and seriously hears the advice of a doctor like him. 

"Then I go first, if you need anything just press the bell later there will be a nurse coming here."

"Thank you" Keira said with a polite smile. 

But before leaving Keenan reached into his suit pocket, and gave Keira a cute-looking pink star hanger. 

Keira stared at the hanger in her hand with a complicated and puzzled expression, what did this mean.

Looking at Keira's complicated gaze, Keenan cleared his throat awkwardly and said, "Don't misunderstand this hanger isn't from me, this is Lucas's for you. He hopes you'll get well soon."

"Ah... like that, then please convey to her my thanks and say I really like her gift."

"M." 

Now that only Keira was left alone in the ward, Xavier who accompanied him was out on a very urgent matter. 

"Huh.the boss." Keira picks up the idle phone on the table then activates the power mode. For a long time she had not seen her phone after waking up from a coma.

Keira will ask the news of the development of his cafe to one of the employees when he is in a coma. 

After waiting for a while the phone was on, many missed call notifications from some familiar people.

Keira read 4 unread messages from her subordinates that reported the current condition of her cafe.

It didn't take long for a quick reply to come from the opponent.

[The boss finally answered my message after a week more!]

As Keira replied to a message from Rani, the door opened from the outside. Without looking up he had already guessed it must have been Xavier who had returned from the outside. 

But after a long time there was no sound of approaching footsteps or greetings. Keira suspiciously raised her head and looked at the person in front of her with widened eyes full of surprise. 

The man walked over with a smile then gave the flower in his hand to the still shocked girl. Max patted Keira's head gently before sitting on the chair. 

"How are you?"max said in slightly fluent Indonesian. 

In this one week he worked hard to learn Indonesian assisted by Asher. Although a little difficult but with perseverance and patience, a little bit he can speak Indonesian. 

"It's been quiet, but why did Big Brother come early instead of 1 month away" Keira asked the handsome man before her. 

Max is a guy who always helps him when he's in trouble while abroad. She was also the one teaching all the skills she had, if not for Max maybe she remained a weak woman who was easily bullied. Max is like family to him. 

"That was the plan, but hearing you crash Brother flew straight here."

"Why did you know I was in an accident?"keira asked in surprise, knowing where this man news he had an accident.  Asher couldn't possibly tell him because he didn't have his number contact. Unless this guy sends people to spy on him. 

"Don't tell anyone to spy on me huh," Keira accused of squinting her eyes suspiciously. 

Although Keira already knew the answer but she wanted to hear his confession directly and certainly guessed. 

"Yes." Yeah." There was not the slightest guilt on his handsome face, Max even smiled innocently when he heard Keira's accusation which was true. 

"Huh, so when are you coming back to Italy?"

"No idea, maybe a little longer" Max said after thinking for a long time. He is still at home here and misses this little girl all the holidays refresh his mind. 

Max had no idea what Keira was thinking after hearing she would stay for a long time, through her innocent face that was harmless to humans and animals, a cunning light flashed in Keira's beautiful eyes. 

"If so Brother works in my cafe as a manager, about the salary Brother does not need to worry I will pay Sister according to the procedure."

"What the fuck ak-"

Keira pinches Max's mouth which will continue to miserocos and end up rejecting him. 

"Ssttt. Brother don't have to refuse, I know you definitely need money for living costs here." 

Max threw Keira's hand in his mouth in annoyance and anger. This little girl had always been like this, her nature had never changed at will.

"okay." With a warm smile Max rubbed Keira's gentle mane full of attention. 

Coincidentally, Max's actions were seen by Xavier who had just returned. His heart instantly heated to see a foreign man touch his wife, his long legs began to step quickly and throw away the hands of the bastard who dared to touch Keira's head. 

"Who are you!" Xavier brought Keira his hug, and shamelessly kissed Keira's friendly cheeks in front of the foreign man as if declaring his possession. 

"Mas!"keira protested that her face was flushed with shame not to accept the behavior of Xavier who smelled as delicious as his face, especially in front of his brother, wanted to be put where his face was. 

Xavier ignores Keira's protest, his ink-like black eyes staring at Max sharply like a knife. 

While the person concerned casually retired on the chair with erlang legs as if not afraid of the sharp gaze that was cast towards him. His slender fingers knocked on the chair several times before standing face to face with Xavier. 

The atmosphere released by the two handsome men made the room feel like it was in the North Pole very cold. 

With a careless look Max reached out his hand to shake hands with Xavier. 

"I'm Max Keira's brother."
