Mark laughed in the way Marco asked if Serena saw Marko's scary look then she would run away from home..

''Why is his name Mark why you keep quiet.'' Marco asked very curious.

Mark moved his body to look at his twin brother..

Marco finally steps into the car and leaves the parking lot while Mark freezes where he stands shortly after Elena's doctor approaches him holding a suitcase...

''Why didn't you tell him you were going abroad today..''

Elena nodded understandingly...Marco looked more impatient and cruel, while Mark looked wiser..

''We'll be there for a year Doctor Mark.I hope you'll be ready to accept Marco's anger on you..''

Mark laughs..now he will leave this country on a humanitarian mission.Hopefully Serena waits for him..a year soon is not it...? He hopes to get home safely and proposes to Serena...
