101. The sorrow that never ends.
Ervan and the security guards immediately drove the car to Almira hospital because they were afraid something would happen to Leon. Arriving there Leon was immediately handled by several doctors and nurses. Ervan never found the figure of Almira there, he immediately called Almira.
"Where are you, man,?" ervan asked in a hurry.
"I'm on the road, what's up,?" almira asked Ervan.
"As soon as you go to the hospital, your brother's condition gets worse and unconscious" Ervan replied quietly.
"I went there with the others immediately and immediately disconnected the phone." replied Mira.
" Adri fast we have to go to the hospital now" said Mira with a bangtung.

Two hours later they arrived at the hospital. Ervan and the security guards were waiting for Almira outside the hospital with anxious faces.
The entire Zahra family came down and looked confused but they were so shocked when they found Ervan standing in front of the hospital entrance with several employees.
"Ervan where's brother,?" almira shouted from a distance making everyone look panicked.
"Mira, you're from anywhere, just take care of Leon, right now he needs you in there." Ervan explained in tears.
Almira literally left Adri and his extended family without saying anything and immediately ran towards the Operation room.
"What happened to Leon, then,?" ask Fahreza.
"I'm sorry, but I can't answer your question, Za, because I promised Leon I wouldn't tell anyone, including you" Ervan said.
" It's like this you still want to cover it from us, say." cried Fahreza while pulling Ervan's collar.
"Za stop it" said the uncle.
"Just don't make a fuss here.!" strictly speaking, Mr. Laksmana said.
" Want to explain what really happened.?" asked Mr. Laksmana and made Ervan finally tell him everything.
"I'm sorry Uncle, actually Leon is innocent in this, he broke off his relationship with the Madam because he did not want the Madam to know about his illness that was so severe that he chose to break with the Madam and say if he was married to the woman in the love." Ervan explained with sadness.
"Was his illness so severe that he was willing to let go of the woman he loved dearly." asked Mr. Laksmana again.
"Actually Leon has advanced blood cancer" Ervan explained.
Hearing that was like the biggest blow to the Zahra family, everyone immediately ran towards the operating room.
Almira was so afraid that the first surgery would not be successful and would most likely take her life. Seeing Almira standing at the door made the entire Zahra family remove the clear details.
"Mira rest assured you can save Leon, you're our only hope, strengthen your heart we believe you can cure Leon." said Ommah as she kissed Mira's hand.
"I'm afraid Ommah, if anything happens to my sister, I might not be able to forgive myself." Almira replied and quickly the Mother walked and hugged Almira tightly.
"Honey rest assured, do not disappoint us because you are our only hope." explained Mother
"Well Mother, I will do my best for you, but you promise not to say anything to your sister-in-law about your current condition" Almira said, pleading.
"We promise we won't say anything to him." replied the Uncle.
Almira came in and started the operation. Nearly 7 hours passed and several nurses rushed out from the operating room and made the whole family look panicked.
"Doctor, what's going on, man,? is Leon okay,?" ask Mr. Laksmana.
"Mr Leon's condition is weakened and it will take us longer to get Mr. Leon out of his critical period" replied the Doctor and left the extended family.
"Oppah, what happened to Deddy,?" ask Aggrita.
"Darling you don't think of the macems, you help Deddy with prayers so that Deddy can be with us again." explained Mr. Lakshmana.
"Alright Oppah. God heal Deddy, Grita is very affectionate and misses Deddy, Deddy is a good man, give Deddy God's health." Aggrita Prayer to Leon.
