A few months later. 

The eight-month-old Clay is now able to crawl and babble though it is unclear what the boy's babble is. Zifana and Jason never missed every moment of the boy's development. They really loved Clay like a kid. 

Almost every day too, Rere makes video calls to see his son. If there was anything new that his son could do, Rere would cry. I can't wait to get home soon. Carrying the boy and showering him with many kisses. 

If Rere had been stubborn and stubborn, leave Clay to Zifana, but now Rere would love to be next to his son and go through some wonderful moments with Clay. 

"How's the development going on there, Re? Is Nicky's business almost done?" jason asked while they were still making voice calls. 

"It's almost done. Nicky can solve everything well. In fact, it could've brought Aunt Gracia to her knees and handed Nicky's parents home back." 

They also breathed a sigh of relief. Saying gratitude because there are no complicated obstacles.

"I can't wait to go home. Nicky said in two weeks we'd be back in Indonesia. I feel like hugging Clay, but I'm afraid he can't accept me not even recognizing me." Rere's eyeballs are glazed. It was clear that the woman was harboring deep longing and sorrow. It is possible, regret for having left the baby for a long time. 

After being satisfied, Rere said goodbye and turned off the call because Nicky had gone home. When the call was cut off, Zifana's face, which was full of smiles while chatting with Rere, now looked sad. 

Jason knew exactly what made his wife's face change in just a few seconds. 

Never mind watching Clay's development and raising the baby with affection, making Zifana feel heavy if she had to separate from the boy. Just by imagining it already makes Zifana feel sad especially if that time comes. 

Time that stays a while. Zifana's not sure if he'll be able to take Clay off. Moreover, until now he has not received sustenance in the form of a line two. Even though they keep trying, but God has not been willing to give them trust. 

Jason kept his wife calm. Convince that all will be well and one day they will get something beautiful. If Rere takes Clay then Zifana has to take it because it's his right. 

Zifana was weak. He is spreading his own heart.

The more time passed by, the closer Ruby and Joshua became. Every day Joshua took Ruby to work at a famous boutique because the boutique happened to be located not far from Joshua's office. In addition, Ruby also does not have any vehicles. To be more precise, the woman had not dared to ride her own motorbike. Especially the atmosphere that sometimes gets stuck. 

Every day together with the woman makes Joshua start to 'get used to' and will miss the woman if they don't meet. Same with what Ruby felt. There was no man close to her other than Joshua. 

Ruby didn't like that atmosphere. Really, he felt like there was something missing from Jason. 

"Why are you quiet? Am I wrong with you?" ruby asked to break the silence created since then. 

"No!" Joshua answered briefly, densely, clearly. 

"Then? You don't usually shut up like this. To be honest, I feel like you're a stranger." Ruby really could not cover up the thing that made her heart uneasy. 

"No papa. I was lazy to just talk. Oh, yeah, when you get home from work, you go home with my men. I told him to drive you safely to the apartment" Joshua said. 

Ruby looked at the man in great astonishment. "Why is that? I don't want to go home with strangers. I'm scared." 

"Why should I be afraid? When we first met you weren't afraid to come with me at all." Joshua still spoke in a cold tone. 

"That's because I believe you're a good person." Ruby answered softly. This is really unpleasant. It was precisely creating anxiety when Joshua's attitude completely changed. 

"My men are also good people. You just calm down. If he dares to hurt or just touch then I will teach him a lesson," Joshua said with firmness. Making Ruby nod in agreement and believe in the man's words. 

"Em, if you may know, where are you going?" ask Ruby between curiosity and kepo. 

Joshua stopped his car in front of Ruby's workplace. Then looked at the woman who was currently still sitting in her chair without intending to go down. 

"You don't want to come down?" joshua asked because until a few seconds had passed, Ruby was still unmoved in her place.

"I'll get off after you answer my question." Ruby is upset. 

"Which question?" Joshua really wanted to test Ruby's patience.

"Where are you going? Why did you tell your men to pick me up and take me home?" Ruby repeated the question.

"Oh, that one." Joshua glanced at Ruby at a glance then sat up straight and faced forward. The man took a deep breath and exhaled quickly. "I'm going to propose to a woman who's been able to take my heart."
