Grandpa's request

When she arrived at her grandfather's house, Olivia immediately ran into his grandfather's house, she already seemed impatient to meet his grandfather.

"Grandfather." Olivia screamed as she looked at her relaxed-looking grandfather along with her grandmother.

Upon hearing his grandson's call, Michael Smith immediately looked at his granddaughter.

Her aged face looked happy when she saw her granddaughter as well as Xiau Yu, she also looked happy at the arrival of her sweet granddaughter.

"Olivia, I miss you so much." Xiau Yu stood up to her grandson and hugged him.

"I miss my grandmother too." Olivia returned her grandmother's warm embrace and kissed her grandmother's cheek gently.

"Olivia come here." call her grandfather.

Olivia let go of her embrace and walked towards her grandfather along with her grandmother, Olivia sat down next to her grandfather and gently nibbled her old arm.

"How are your grandparents doing, are you in good health?"

"Of course Olivia is dear, but we are old and it seems like it won't be long" his grandfather said.

"Grandfather, why do you talk like that?"

"This is already the law of nature dear "said his grandmother anyway.

"Grandfather, did grandfather ask me to come to listen to grandfather say something like this?" Olivia looked down while her face was radiating sadness.

She has already lost her grandparents once and she is not ready to lose her grandparents again anytime soon.

Xiau Yu got up to her feet as well as Olivia, they walked towards the kitchen to make a shrimp dumpling while waiting for the arrival of her parents.

After a few moments of sound Jhon entered the house with his wife and son, Jhon immediately looked for his old father.

"Dad, how are you?"

"You guys came too." Michael Smith seemed so happy to see the arrival of his only son with his family.

"Grandpa where's Olivia?" Jacob pulled out a chair and sat there.

"Being making food with your grandmother."

"So you know what you should do later?" ask Jacob again.

"Of course." replied his grandfather excitedly.

"Hey isn't it too much to do it like this?" Samantha began to feel sorry for her daughter.

"Mom, she deserves it so mommy don't worry, this is just so she grows up." Jacob tried to convince his mother, anyway his sister should get a reply to his pity.

"Geez you trio Smith, I can't see it." Samantha passes away to find her daughter and mother-in-law.

Olivia stops her job when she sees her mother coming.

"Mom, when are you coming?"

"Just now, baby." Samantha approached her daughter and mother-in-law to see what they were doing.

"Olivia, I'm gonna help grandma so go out because there's something your grandpa's gonna talk about."

Olivia looked at her mother for a moment, she also wondered what her grandfather wanted to talk to her.

"Okay mom." Olivia washed her hands and immediately came out of the kitchen to meet her grandfather.

"Mom, is this okay?" Samantha asked her mother-in-law.

"Don't Sam, can you prevent the Smith trio out there?" Xiau Yu asked anyway.

Samantha thought for a moment and answered her mother-in-law's question:

Samantha nods and starts helping her mother-in-law to make shrimp dumplings, as long as they are busy in the kitchen Olivia hears her grandfather's request out there and is shocked.

Because her grandfather wanted to match Olivia with her best friend's granddaughter and of course it was immediately rejected by Olivia.

She tries to resist and asks for help from her father and brother but no one helps her, they instead ask Olivia to hear her grandfather's old request.

"Grandfather, I don't want to." Olivia persuaded her grandfather.

"Dear Olivia, grandfather has promised to grandfather's best friend if grandfather has a granddaughter then grandfather will match granddaughter grandfather with granddaughter friend grandfather" said Michael Smith.

Though he never promised it that way, it was all the idea of his grandson Jacob Smith to teach his little brother a lesson that was too late for fun.

So Michael Smith went to see his best friend and expressed his intentions and fortunately, his best friend also had the same intention to match their grandchild.

"But grandpa?"

"Hey Olivia, you're all grown up and you only have to stay 30 days with her, if you don't like her until then" said her brother.

"So Jacob was silent" said Olivia annoyed.

"Daddy, please." Olivia begged her father.

Olivia clasped her hands, her eyes glanced at her brother, for some reason she suspected all this was her brother's plan to return his frown upon bothering her brother with Alice.

"Olivia baby, listen to mommy. You're just being asked to stay with Grandpa's friend's granddaughter for 30 days, aren't you?"

"So for those 30 days use your intelligence and you have to take care of yourself."

"But mom?"

"Olivia my granddaughter." Xiau Yu approached Olivia and held her grandson's hand.

Olivia could only take a heavy breath when she heard her grandmother's advice.
