99 Days Wedding
The Part 10
After Alana is introduced to the Dwight family, the two no longer meet or ask each other for up to a week. They meet again when Alana brings Sky with Mr. Dwight and Mrs Sandra to her residence to discuss their wedding preparations.
"Are you sure you're going to marry Sky?" Aluna pointed with her chin at the handsome man who had a firm line on his face. The man was trying on the clothes to wear on the wedding day with Alana. Yes, Aluna is currently accompanying her twin sister fitting a wedding dress. "Don't Sky ever harass Alena, and if it's not wrong to ever like her, right?" Aluna asked to know.
Actually, the whole family was very happy when Alana reported she was getting married. But when they found out who the male candidates were, they were a little surprised. Because it is common knowledge that a Sky approached Venus, Baby, even including Alena, even though everything ended in failure.
"I'm not sure." Alana answered, but only in my heart. "Surely or not you shouldn't be making a fuss, don't you all want me to get married quickly." Talk to the sarcasm.
"Yes, but Al aren't you afraid that Sky still loves Venus, Baby, or even Alena. I don't want you to end up like Alena, married to a man who still loves other women."
Alana took her breath. "I don't care if he still loves them or not. Even if you want to get close to him I don't care." Not without reason Alana said that. Because ever since Sky came to their mansion to get acquainted with Mom Daisy and Dad Antoni, Aluna looks interested in Sky, perhaps even since Aluna first met Sky at the wedding of Abian and Alena.
"You're crazy huh, where might I approach my own sister-in-law's candidate." Ketus Aluna with annoyance.
Alana herself does not care about Aluna's annoyance, because honestly she still feels hurt to her sister that has caused Abian and Alena to sleep together. Not because Alana is still lamenting her failed love story with Abian, but she does not like the way Aluna used to make Alena and Abian unite. It was as if his sister didn't care how he felt.
"Please let Miss come with us." The words of the boutique waiter roused Alana from her daydream.
He immediately walked into the dressing room to try on his dress, regardless of Sky who had been busy until not looking at him at all.
"Well, my daughter-in-law is beautiful."
Sandra looked at Alana with a look of admiration, as did Mom Daisy and Aluna. While Sky looked at Alana with an unreadable look.
Until Sky and Alana now stand side by side with occasional staring at one and the other.
"Why are you throwing such a fancy wedding?" alana whispered with restraining her frustration. Yes, since one Week ago actually Alana wants to protest, because the Dwight family prepares their marriage very luxuriously, even though the marriage they will live only ninety-nine days.
"I am from a distinguished family and so is your family, it will be a common conversation if we get married in a simple way." Sky replied in a whisper.
Alana was speechless did not want to argue because the reason that Sky explained there was a point as well. But after thinking about it, won't they still be a public conversation when divorced later? Because they were married only ninety-nine days.
"But Sky —"
"What are you talking about? Why whispering?" ask Daisy and Sandra.
"No Mom, we're just negotiating how many kids." Sky replied with origin without seeing the surprised look on Alana's face.
"Oh. If you don't have to negotiate, you have to and must have many children." Sandra said with a happy smile. "When it is necessary every year Alana should get pregnant and give birth." Because Sandra wants her mansion to be crowded unlike now which is quiet because she only has one child.
"Mom is Alana's cat who gives birth every year." Sahut Sky's.
Everyone in the room was laughing, but not with Alana who was desperately holding back so as not to shed her tears with their talk about the child.
