Part 101s
As usual, Sandra waited for Sky's arrival to pick up the food she had prepared earlier. The food he made was specifically for the son-in-law who was pregnant with Dwight's offspring.
"Why hasn't he come yet?" Sandra walked back and forth in the dining room while staring at the circular clock on her wrist.
Not usually Sky arrived late, even up to half an hour. Sandra was afraid that her daughter-in-law and future granddaughter would starve.
"Dear sit! I'm dizzy to see you like that" protested Dwight who had since seen his wife like an iron running back and forth without pause.
"Try calling Sky, ask him where?" sandra said without caring about her husband's words.
Dwight, who did not want to argue with his wife, took his cell phone to contact Sky. But the sound of someone entering the room made him undo the intention.
"Mom..."
"Sky, finally you—" Sandra fell silent, her mouth suddenly unable to speak as her neutrals stared at the figure walking behind the son, a figure that was none other than her son-in-law.
"Well..."
Dwight who was also surprised to see the arrival of the son-in-law to stand up from his seat. He looked at Alana while praying in his heart that there would be no debate between his wife and daughter-in-law, given Alana's pregnant condition.
"Mom, Alana wants —" Sky fell silent as she saw Mom Sandra's hand hinting to keep her quiet.
He knew the arrival of his daughter-in-law must have been because he knew that his son often came to visit, also knowing the food that Sky had been carrying was the cuisine made by him. Because only that reason alone made an Alana to want to come to the Dwight Mansion, considering that the woman hated her so much.
Sky who wanted to straighten out the intention of Alana's arrival to Mom Sandra, did not do so when his wife signaled that he was silent. Yes, the two women he loved so much told him to shut up.
"I know that, Mom."
"Mom...?" lirih Sandra with surprise and disbelief. Alana calls him Mom, which means Alana is no longer angry with him. "What did you call me?"
"Mom..." Alana repeated what she said, walking closer to Mom Sandra who looked surprised.
"Well..." Sandra, who was so happy that her daughter-in-law called her Mom, immediately hugged her with haru feeling, hugged the daughter-in-law she had hurt and injured in such a way just for the sake of a woman who claimed to be pregnant with Dwight's offspring. "I'm sorry dear Mommy," she cried without letting go of her embrace
"No Mom, I should have apologized." For whatever reason, Alana shouldn't have separated Sky from her parents. He should have forgiven his mother-in-law from the beginning, because it was not good to hold hatred in his heart.
Sky and Dwight smiled full of joy at the sight of the two women they loved so much hugging each other. They feel happy because finally Alana and Sandra can forgive each other.
"No dear, Mommy's guilty of you." Sandra was still hugging her daughter-in-law for fear that all this was just a dream. "Mom promised never to do evil to you again."
Alana nodded her head with tears dripping down her cheeks. She felt very sorry for making Mom Sandra apologize repeatedly, and regretted ignoring her mother-in-law's sincerity.
