Season 3 - Part 34

Alvian and Cecil kept quiet on the way home after checking Cecil's contents at the hospital. Alif's request to call Cecil 'mama' actually makes Cecil and Alvian awkward.

Alif is very happy because he will get a younger sister. The results of the USG examination showed that the fetus contained by Cecil was female.

Arriving home, the three of them were greeted by Arini who had been waiting since. He immediately ordered the baby sitter to bring Alif to play.

"There's something you need to talk to" Arini said.

Alvian and Cecil looked at each other. Then they sat together in Arini's study.

"What's up, Ma'am?" ask Alvian.

Arini looked at Alvian and Cecil alternately.

"Do you know how Nayla is doing right now?" said Arini.

Alvian's face turned irritated upon hearing Nayla's name.

"I don't have anything to do with him, so..."

"But after all Nayla is Alif's birth mother."

"What happened to Nayla?" Cecil asked.

Arini breathed. "Nayla was discovered by an ODGJ activist. They have a community to help people with mental disorders who are stranded on the streets and bring them back to the middle of their families."

"Astaghfirullahaladhim's chat. So what do you mean by Arini, Nayla has a mental disorder?" Cecil was shocked to hear about Nayla.

"Then what should we do, ma'am? Nayla and I are divorced" Alvian said.

"Nayla is still part of our family, Alvian. She's Arif's daughter, my sister."

Alvian.

"I'll contact the activist who found Nayla and ask her to bring Nayla to this town. Or we could put Nayla in a mental hospital in Magelang."

Alvian was silent.

"Maybe this is a reply for Nayla because she always hurts Cecil. But as a brother, we still have to help him." continued Arini.

Cecil did not answer because he felt that this was not his territory to speak.

"alright. It's up to Arini" replied Alvian in the end.

Alvian strengthened his heart to see the condition of his ex-wife. Honestly, he didn't hear from Nayla after their divorce. He also did not know if Nayla was depressed to have a mental disorder.

Cecil wants to meet Nayla. However, Cecil has forgiven all of Nayla's mistakes even though he now has to part with the father of the baby he contains.

Alvian stared at a room Nayla was filling inside. He looked at Nayla's empty gaze and just looked ahead.

Alvian's approaching Nayla.

"Nayla.." call her.

Nayla's figure did not respond in the slightest to Alvian's call. But unexpectedly Nayla turned towards Alvian who was bounded by iron bars.

The look of their eyes met. Alvian looked at Nayla with pity. Indeed, he did not expect that the woman who once filled his heart was now slumped in the bars of a mental hospital.

"Mas Alvian..."

Nayla still knows Alvian.

"Well?!" Alvian was stunned to hear his name called.

"You recognize me, Nay?"

Nayla's figure ran and held the iron bars that separated them.

"I'm sorry, Mom. Ii'm sorry... Ii'm sorry... Please forgive me.." shouted Nayla who made Cecil and Arini hear Nayla's voice.

Soon Cecil and Arini approach Alvian. They were stunned to see Nayla's condition with disheveled hair and blackened eyes. Nayla apologizes to Alvian. But Alvian did not respond to anything so surprised.

Netra Nayla was then fixed on the figure of Cecil who was distended.

"Sir Cecil..."

Nayla also recognized Cecilia. Nayla apologizes to Cecilia. Cecil's heart miris saw Nayla who was messed up by continuing to rummage.

Cecil closed his mouth then walked backwards leaving that space. He couldn't see Nayla's condition any more than this. It's all punishment for what he did in the past. Still Cecil still has a heart and can not bear with what happened to Nayla.
