Resigning

The next morning, Areun opened his eyes and did not see Jaemin next to him. His eyes looked at the digital clock on the nightstand next to the bed showing it at seven in the morning.

"Yes God! Is it 7 o'clock? I have to go to work now." Thought Areun rushed to the bathroom and put on his usual clothes.

Areun pressed the help button, Vienna came shortly afterwards.

"I want to play at my sister's house, can anyone take me?" Ask Areun.

"I'll ask the driver now Miss." Vienna left. Areun walked slowly following Vienna.

"Where are you going so early, Areun?" Jaemin asked who had just entered the main door after his morning run.

"I-I miss Kasi, I want to go to her house." Answer Areun stuttering.

"Jay's leaving school soon, I want to see him before he goes to school."

"You're crazy, huh?" Pekik Kasi noticed Areun changing into his office clothes. "Just stop working, how about Jaemin find out you're working."

"I've applied to resign but the company has asked me to keep working until the end of this month." Areun answered using his briefcase. "He won't know if you helped me say I'm here."

"You go home, while your wife isn't home every day." Jaemin's mother quipped when Jaemin came home from the office when it was noon. "Mom doesn't understand him.
