...The most painful thing in my life, when I was just a disgrace to my own biological mother. ...
...~Humaira Khema Shareen...
...🌴🌴🌴...
A woman is standing in front of a large mirror. He was looking at his appearance from top to bottom. His outstretched hand touched his face which had always been a disgrace to him in the eyes of the college friends.Â
His hands touched his rough skin. The acne that had appeared on his face and his marks were very clear, making him always feel ashamed. It's not like he's been closing his eyes and ears all this time. But every time he was alone. So judging his own figure is his habit.Â
Do not want to be more tormented and forget how to be grateful for what God loves him to this point. He immediately grabbed his backpack and immediately walked out of the room.
"Slow down, Humaira!" said a woman who was preparing food on the table.
"How did you know I was Humai?" humai asked as he pulled out a chair for him to sit on.
"From your footsteps. I can recognize him" said Shadiva, Humai's birth mother.Â
Humor can only be silent. He placed his bag under the seat while waiting for his sister to arrive.
"How was your lecture, Humai?" shadiva asked his daughter.
Humaira took her breath so deeply before replying. "Everything's fine, ma'am."
"Don't say it well. Example of your sister. Rein was always the class champion because he was diligent in his studies."Â
Humaira's heart felt slipping. He lowered his face as if he wanted to hide the look he always displayed when his ears heard his own mother always praise his sister.Â
"Yes, Mom. Humaira is learning every day. I know for myself, don't you?"Â
"Mom knows but you're less diligent. If you are diligent it can be like Rein," said Shadiva not to lose.
Humaira could only shut up. He could not argue with his mother. This kind of thing is not once twice scattered in his ears and brain. However, he lived almost 21 years like this.
Prosecuted, driven and forced into what his own mother wanted. Humaira seemed to have no right to determine her own life. Everything was within his mother's grasp. Even the course of his lectures, all of it at the behest of his mother.Â
Silently, Humaira wiped away her tears as her sister's footsteps sounded. He was trying to neutralize the emotions that had gathered from him.
You are strong, Humai. You certainly can, Humai murmured inwardly before raising his face.Â
"Good morning" Rein said with a big smile.
"Morning, Honey. How did you sleep last night?" shadiva asked as he rubbed his second son's head.
"Very good, ma'am," Rein replied quickly.
"Your job is done?"Â
"It has. Last night I worked on it until it was over," Rein replied as he was.Â
"Smart kid. Take your sister Humai!"Â
"Yes, Mom!" humaira replied with a deep heartache.Â
Before long, Shadiva came up with setoples of peanut cakes in his hands. The woman placed the bean cake on the table which distracted Humai and Rein.
"Cake beans!" they both scream at the same time.
Humaira and Rein held out their hands to grab the cake. However, unexpectedly, a pat on the back of Humai's hand made the girl look up.
"What's up, Mom?"
"You're acne. Don't eat more beans, let's not eat more" Shadiva said in a firm voice.
"But, Mum. Humai likes peanut cakes" he said with a lethargic face. "Let Humai eat just one cake, ma'am."Â
The girl's face was full of pleading. However, instead of pity, Shadiva shook his head.
"So I'll let your acne heal!" shadiva said with a sharp look at his daughter.
"Lady…"
"Once in a while not staying. You're a girl, Humai. You have to take care of yourself and take care of your face and body" Shadiva told his daughter.
"Yes, Mom." Humaira finally could do nothing.
He immediately took one loaf of bread and started applying chocolate jam. Then the last touch, he was about to give a sprinkling of beans but was immediately taken by his mother.
"Don't eat sweet, Humai! Why are you so careless" said Shadiva, distancing the bread that had been smeared by his daughter.
"Return Humai's bread, ma'am!"Â
"No!" his mother said firmly. "You eat this."Â
It certainly made Humaira's eyes teary. But he can't do anything. Finally he could only eat the bread by holding back the tears that were about to flow from the end of his eyes.Â
"After your bread has finished drinking this collagen, Humai. Let your skin be a little brighter and white!" his mother ordered while giving a glass containing water a little reddish. "Remember drinking and don't throw it away!"Â
Humaira nodded as her head lowered. She wiped her tears violently without the knowledge of her mother and sister.
What standard of beauty always comes first for you, ma'am? And the ugliness of my face is it a disgrace to you? he murmured in his heart with a very wounded heart
...🌴🌴🌴...
Finally after a long drama. Humaira arrived at the school. His smile immediately expanded upon seeing the figure of his best friend standing near the front gate.Â
"Tumben you came first?" humaira asked Sefira.
"Yes. My dad had a meeting and the usual driver anterin I was sick again. So I went with Papa."Â
"Oh." Humaira rounded her lips. "Have you had breakfast?"Â
"Already," replied Sefira while holding the hand of her best friend. "Why? You haven't had breakfast?"Â
"I only have breakfast bread and my stomach is still hungry" Humai replied honestly. "You want to go to the cafeteria?'Â
"You're.mau!"
Eventually, the two walked to the campus cafeteria. Sefira is one of the many students who want to become close friends Humai on this campus. The friendship that intertwined made Sefira not look at Humai from treasure or face.Â
Their friendship is pure friendship. Sefira was always there when Humaira was alone and vice versa.Â
"You want meatballs?" tawar Humai to Sefira.
"Yes, Mau. Please order me too."Â
The two immediately took a seat to wait for the cafeteria mother to deliver her order. The atmosphere of the cafeteria was quite crowded and as usual, Humai always got a dislike gaze from some students and students there.Â
"Good meal, Mai!" sefira said with passion.
"Good meal too, Fir!"Â
The two began to eat quietly. Too focused on the food. Both are unaware of the arrival of a woman who is the most feared figure because it becomes the prima donna of the campus.
A group of women walked over to the table where Humai and Sefira enjoyed their meal.Â
Brak!Â
The two women were shocked. Sefira and Humai looked up until their eyes were fixed on the figure who was the culprit of the problem.
"What's up, Rachel?" humai asked with his voice.
"You're still asking why?" rachel asked looking at Humai sharply. "I'm disgusted to see your face here. You're ruining my food taste!"Â
Humai can only bend. This is not the first case he has faced. She had been a victim of Rachel several times and ended up horribly.
"Go from here!" expelled Rachel looked at Humai with a look of no pity. "Basic girl spotty. Face is broken again!"Â
Humai is still not moving. He stared at the bowl of meatballs that still left a lot.
"Let me eat meatballs for a bit, Rachel. I'm so hungry!"Â
"It's none of my business!" rachel exclaimed furiously. "Quick per…!"
"No. I'll stay here and…"Â
Byurs!Â
"Aghh hot!" humai screamed while standing up.
Rachel actually doused Humai with a bowl of meatballs. There was no pity there and plus the laughter of all the students sounded so loud that Rachel was completely satisfied.Â
"I told you, but I didn't get hounded. So that's the consequence you have to accept, Acne Girl!"
