After Marriage

After Marriage
CHAPTER 15

"We just need to accept each other, the rest we live as it is." said Aslan when he finished kissing the lips of the wife.

Finding Kiran who was sculpting made her smile small. Last night, he remembered vividly if Kiran asked him to do that with her care. As if he was really ready.

But now, just being kissed like this, Kiran was already like losing her life.

"One more time, I've been trying so hard not to call you Ma'am, so don't call me just by name, call me Mas." explained Aslan again.

Kiran tried to wake up, but because it was still gamang, she finally could only nod.

"Good." said Aslan, he even raised his hand and stroked his wife's head.

But Kiran's hand even reflexes to pull the hand.

Instantly also the atmosphere became awkward, returning cold.

"I'm sorry" said Kiran Lirih, though apologizing but she turned her face away.

Aslan was only able to sigh.

"Melan ..."

"There is always a good reason why something can happen Ran, Maybe now we feel sick, angry and do not accept. But believe me, God cannot give a futile ordeal." explained Aslan.

He tried to continue to give understanding, just so that his household became harmonious. Don't want any discrepancy that would hurt either side.

Now Kiran is his responsibility, his sadness is his responsibility.

Kiran turned her head, all of Aslan's words were indeed always true. He's aware of that.

"But I can't accept you fully." replied Kiran, she looked back at the husband who was looking at her.

"Why? because Maya?" asked Aslan and Kiran nodded, that was exactly how she felt.

"Ran, Maya and you are now the same. No matter who is first and who is second. You are my wife."

"But still Lan_"

"Mas! call me Mas."

Kiran bit her lower lip, it felt so awkward to say that one word.

While Aslan continued to stare at him sharply.

"But still, Mas. I can't, I've been in Maya's position. And I know it hurts."

"Yes, you're right. Perhaps among us, Maya was the one who suffered the most. So don't make the sacrifice go to waste. Let's build a household together." Aslan explained.

Kiran was silent, all this time she only cared about her own pain.

"Then touch me, do it now" Kiran said sure, don't they want a child?

The two stared at each other intensely.

"Why? why are you asking me to do that, what's your reason?" asked Aslan, without letting go of the gaze.

"Didn't you want children? so let's make it, either Maya or you'll be happy again."

Aslan fell silent, for some reason he really did not like to hear those words. Even though this is the goal.

"I don't want you to do that because you want to give me or Maya a child. But because you want to fulfill your obligations as a wife." Aslan explained.

After saying that he got up and folded his own alphabet. Put it on a small table special prayer equipment.

Kiran was stunned, she did not even notice all of Aslan's movements. Like being shot right in the deepest recesses of his heart.

Aslan's words were really piercing.

"I'll come out first" Aslan said coldly, but Kiran was still sitting and sculpting. He just heard he wasn't trying to prevent.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

Aslan came out and stood in front of the door of the room. Her chest tight, it felt so hard to go through all this. Especially when he was close to Kiran he always remembered Maya.

The feeling of berlah is still nesting even though he has repeatedly tried to get rid of it.

"Maya." he muttered softly, only being caught by his own ears.

Astagfirulahalazim, astagfirulahalazim.

So, Aslan is very famous. After being quiet enough, he again decided to go into the room.

Chequek!

The door opened, and immediately his gaze met Kiran's shady eyes. He saw the wife who had just finished folding face.

He walked up and approached Kiran.

"Is there anything left?" kiran asked, he broke his gaze and got busy again by folding face and prayer mats.

Aslan did not reply, he immediately hugged Kiran from behind. Until making his wife back pecking.

Kiran's hands suddenly limp, the prayer mat just fell on the carpet.

"Sorry." said Aslan right in the ear of the wife.

Only one word but able to melt everything, also the cold heart of the wife.

Kiran melted, she took off Aslan's embrace and turned to look at her husband.

"I should apologize, I was wrong, I was selfish. Always made Maya the reason for my own unpreparedness. I'm sorry." said Kiran honestly, this is the only time she's really telling the truth about her feelings.

His love is still clear to Alfath, Aslan is so, his love is only for Maya.

But Aslan and Kiran just need time. A time for love to blossom between the two.

Slowly, Kiran moved closer, she closed her eyes and ventured into hugging her husband. Hugged tightly, Aslan who was now no longer a stupid man or a cute boy. Except her own husband.

Aslan smiled, while returning the hug was no less tight.

Although love will never be whole, they decide to take it.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

After breakfast, Aslan and Fahmi chat in the living room. Fahmi took a day off to accompany his sister-in-law, while Aslan and Kiran took a 1-week leave of absence.

Currently Kiran and Tika were tidying up the kitchen table, while Nur was already washing clothes back there.

"Ran, I'm so happy today." explained Tika, her hands were busy piling up the dirty dishes while her lips smiled wide.

"Why?" ask Kiran who followed the smile as well. He took a quick glance and passed to the sink with a few dirty glasses.

"Bak is happy, because this morning saw your face and Aslan was equally happy. Ma'am thinks your face will be tangled when you come out of the room." explained Tika who put on a tangled face, describing her own words.

Kiran did not immediately reply, she even gave a smile.

At first he thought it would be so, at first he thought Aslan would only annoy him. But like finding the right person, Aslan just made him calm.

"According to Mbak, Aslan was the right person for you and came at the right time" explained Tika.

Kiran did not answer, but her little heart confirmed.

"Mbak just hopes that you will not only accept Aslan, but Maya as well."

Both of Kiran's hands that were washing the glasses instantly fell silent upon hearing those words.

"You fellow women. What you feel, Maya feels too. So not only did Aslan try to be fair, but you also had to be fair."
