After Wedding

After Wedding
Refusing

In the Gavindra family residence, Devan was sitting leaning in the family room while enjoying a cup of warm tea and accompanied by a snack. To the extent that he did not realize that Vando and his wife and Tantenya had just entered the house. In fact, Devan did not hear at all if there was a sound of footsteps.

I don't know where his mind is, Devan wasn't so perceptive when someone came home. Upon turning his head, Devan is shocked by Vando, his mother Vando, and his ex-wife who just returned home from the wedding reception.

With a reflex, Devan put down the snack pack, then he got up from his position.

"Eh-you guys are home. That means, Auntie too." Said Devan who suddenly made a reflex.

"Yes, we just got home. I'll stay, brother." Answer Vando who has now changed the call with the name of brother.

Devan nodded. His direction now turned to Liyan his ex-wife. Shamed Liyan, Vando led her into the room. Jealousy, hurt, disappointed, sorry, now mixed he felt. How painful it is to see the woman he loves with his own cousin.

Wanting to curse at Vando, that was impossible. Wanting to get angry at his ex-wife, that was also impossible. Devan only noticed the shadows that flashed in his view alone.

"You're jealous, aren't you? forgive Vando for being the destroyer of your household. Here, Aunt brought you some food for dinner. Oh yeah, Auntie wants to talk to you later. Meet Auntie in the back garden, yeah." Vando's mother.

"Yes, Aunt." Devan replied lethargicly, also uninspired.

Vando's mother, who could not bear to see her nephew heartbroken with the woman who is now her son-in-law, could not do anything at all. Plus there is Savan, it is impossible also to hurt the feelings of a small child who does not know about adult problems.

Devan who felt tight to breathe, he tried to win his mind so as not to be swept away in his sadness.

'You can do it, Devan. Forget Liyan, she's not your match. Remember, happiness you create, so does sadness. You better focus on your next step in life.' Inner Devan tries to encourage itself.

Not wanting his mind to get messed up, Devan immediately went to the kitchen to pick up the dishes and others for dinner.

In the dining room, Devan is alone enjoying dinner without anyone accompanying him. He returned to his mind with his ex-wife who is expected to be a friend for the rest of his life, now all like his hallucinations.

"Let'soo!" shouted Liyan who stumbled over something that was near the door.

Right then, Devan caught Liyan's body and held her back from falling. Nahas, the two looked at each other.

With a reflex, Devan let go of his hand.

"Sorry, I'm just holding your body back from falling. Next time be careful." Devan said trying to be indifferent.

"Thank you. Sorry, it's been a hassle, Brother Devan. I'll get you some water, excuse me." Liyan replied half groggy because she felt foreign to her ex-husband.

Although years were once very close, now both are just like shy like they do not know each other.

Liyan, who was afraid of being discovered by her husband, hurriedly took some drinking water and returned to her room. Unwittingly by the two, apparently Vando had been watching his wife.

Not wanting to be caught by his wife, Vando quickly returned to the room. While Devan continues his meal which was delayed because of Liyan.

"Oh yes, I forgot. That was, Auntie said that I told her to meet Auntie in the back garden. Thankfully I remember." He murmured while chewing food.

Devan who did not want to make his Tantenya wait for a long time, he immediately finished his food even though it felt bland because his heart and mind were out of sync.

Liyan herself who had just entered the room, suddenly she immediately got a hug from her husband who was quite tight. In fact, Liyan herself had difficulty breathing. Also, the glass filled with drinking water almost spilled.

"sorry. I got carried away. It's getting dark, your hunt's taking a shower. Or ... We take a shower together, how?"

Liyan, who received an invitation from her husband, only realized that she had come to the moon. Her memory returned when she was just married to Devan, remembering when Devan asked for her right as husband, but instead the painful sentence had escaped through her uncontrolled mouth.

Liyan's face suddenly pale, she herself daydreamed as her husband teased her. Vando who felt strange with his wife who seemed to think of something, he also remembered if his wife had just met Devan in the kitchen.

'What is it, Liyan is thinking about her ex-husband?' his mind was wondering, also harboring curiosity.

"Dear, baby. Why are you daydreaming, honey?"

Intentionally, Vando waved his hand right at Liyan's face, to break his daydream.

The surprised Liyan, too, realized.

"sorry. I have pain, my stomach hurts. Stop, I put the glass down first." Liyan replied misbehaving, also being groggy.

Either nervous, scared, anxious, or something else. Liyan was really like a person who had just woken up from her sleep, which was confusion when she immediately got a question.

Vando who does not know for sure his wife reasoned or was right with his words, he tried not to suspect her too much.

After putting down the glass, Liyan fell silent as if she was thinking about something.

"Why are you, baby? that feeling is not gini. Is your stomach still hurting? I'm taking you for medication, how? I'm afraid you're okay."

Liyan tried to smile, and showed that she was fine.

"I'm fine, just a pain in my stomach. Biasalah, women if the moon comes this is how it feels. The inn is sensitive, wants to be angry, cakes a lot of thoughts. Not really, because of hormonal changes. Yes yes, I want to shower first. You see, let the pepper meningan if the bath uses warm water." Liyan tried to convince her husband.

Vando who is not suspicious, and believes in the explanation of the wife, did not think strangely.

Liyan, who did not continue to be inundated with many questions from her husband, quickly went into the bathroom to clean up.

While in another room, Devan who just finished eating, he remembered if asked to meet his Tantenya in the back garden. Not wanting his curiosity to continue haunting his mind, Devan soon meets his Tantenya.

When he was in the back garden, Devan approached his Tantenya and followed her by sitting next to him.

"Tante what's the need to ask me here?" devan asked curiously.

"Tante just wants to chat with you. We haven't been like this for a long time. Oh yeah, Auntie wants to talk about moving house. If you can, you don't leave this house."

"Why, Auntie?" devan asked, wanting to know why.

"Vando's moving out of this house." Reply Tante.

Devan shook his head, it was too heavy to survive in a house that was already painful enough for him, Devan thought.
