10 Minutes ago while I was talking about Olaya's work and our palace came the arrival of a customer who had been standing by the door without me or Olaya noticing.
It is still morning and this market is not open especially the store where I now work but because a customer we have to open this store ala ratenya. And Olaya showed me how to serve customers.
"Welcome to this shop. Can anyone help?" olaya.
Okay, the first thing I have to do to welcome customers is to be friendly like Olaya.
The customer walked in twelve o'clock and sat at a table that had not been cleaned, I was quite worried that the customer was not comfortable if eating at a table that had not been cleaned. But Olaya first acted and told the customer than me, it's okay Olaya will show me the second way to serve the customer.
"Sorry but this table has not been cleaned, would you like to move places on the table that we have cleaned?" olaya is friendly.
"Yes." replied this customer briefly.
This customer moved quickly but between the tables that were cleaned he chose to sit at the table right next to me standing.
"Hallo, welcome to our store" I said awkwardly, I'm still not used to it.
I slightly bent my body in front of her with both hands held parallel to my stomach, like Olaya.
Just as I was about to re-establish my body and look at her my net was locked, as if drugged by her eyes in a moment my focus was sidetracked.
The beautiful amber eye color combined with almond eyes and thick eyebrows, in my heart was amazed by this creation of God.
The first time I saw the color of amber eyes like this, the pantesan from far away his eyes looked radiant and when looking up close his eyes were really beautiful.
"It's so beautiful" I said unconsciously.
"Beautiful?" ask someone without noticing who is asking me.
"Yes, the color of her eyes is so beautiful." exclaimed I'm happy
"Then look at it as a whole" said the man again.
I ignored the man's words but this customer in front of me opened the hood of his robe and showed me his face.
The smooth oval face with her Comma Hair hairstyle as well as her sparkling gaze fascinated me, this person is very handsome.
"Oh my God, this creation of yours is so perfect!" I reflexively screamed.
The first time I saw a handsome man like this even Wasa lost to him, what genes did he have to be beautiful.
However, I don't know why his face feels familiar.
"Ryls... Beryl's.. Hey." said Olaya and patted me on the shoulder.
I was shocked when Olaya patted me firmly on the shoulder. Her face looked displeased and Olaya glanced at the customer in front of me. I remembered the thing I had unconsciously done.
Ah Beryl!!!
Why the heck must be that sophistication, but the mouth likes to talk suddenly. Where this male customer in front of me was staring at me from earlier.
I'm ashamed, so ashamed. If there was a hole, I would've stuck in there.
I hid the look of my embarrassed face from Olaya and this male customer by looking down at the wooden floor, I really did not think about what I said earlier.
Just like when I met Wasa back then and this male customer, it turned out that I was weak on a handsome face.
"My face is on this wooden floor, right?" ask this male customer.
He tilted his head and looked at me from below, just as my face and his face were facing off against only a few centi meters away our faces would stick.
I straightened my head and looked up at the ceiling of the tavern, that messy position! My chest ... is beating twice as much because of this guy.
"Why? Now my face's on the ceiling?" ask her again.
He stood up and followed my current position with the sides of his hands and my hands clinging. I pulled my body quickly and moved away from this male customer.
"Did I make a mistake?" ask her again and sit down at her place.
I quickly shook my head.
"No, you're not wrong, but I'm wrong. I'm sorry sir." I told him because I'm not polite especially to the customers of this store.
No response, he said nothing. Does he not forgive me? If this was known to the store owner's grandfather, I would be angry, just thinking about it made my face moody.
"Sir, forgive for being disrespectful. He's still a new kid and needs to learn more." Olaya said help me.
Olaya, I'm sorry to bother you on my first day at work.
"Alright" replied the male customer.
"Thank you sir." said me and Olaya together.
Thankfully, this male customer generously forgave to my disrespect. I promise next time something like this doesn't happen, I can't be weak on a handsome face anymore!
"Then what message do you want?" olaya again.
I did not approach Olaya or the male customer, I just stood still like a statue not far from them. All I did was pay attention to Olaya as she had earlier.
"Information." said the male customer.
The information? What kind of information does this male customer want, right?
"It's a pity that the owner of this shop is not here" replied Olaya firmly, now Olaya's voice was not as friendly as before.
Is this the third way to serve customers? Reply firmly when a customer orders information?
"Oohs... Then one Tuna Sandwich and Lemon Tea." he said again.
"Alright, please wait for a moment sir." said Olaya kindly like that and turned towards the kitchen.
I followed Olaya into the kitchen and helped prepare the food that the male customer requested. But Olaya grabbed my arm.
I knew something like this would happen, I must have been scolded like I used to when I was working in the office.
"Can you be like that?" ask Olaya.
"I also don't know why I have that reflex but next time I won't be like that to other customers." I replied, I promised and I won't deny it.
"I'm surprised to know you're like that, he's handsome but we don't know if he's dangerous or not. Moreover, he had an informational message, how to try if you are the one being targeted?" olaya.
A stake? Me? Suddenly I got goosebumps hearing Olaya say.
"But.. But I'm sorry about him when he wanted to target me, maybe he wanted to know something. Just think positive, Olaya." I said.
Actually, I was afraid of what Olaya said, but bad things wouldn't happen if I thought positively, I'm sure.
"Hopefully not" said Olaya.
"Let's make the order" said Olaya, I nodded in agreement.
We halved the work to finish quickly, Olaya made a tuna sandwich while I prepared lemon tea. There was no conversation between us, only the sound of a knife clashing with a wooden cutting board and the sound of a spoon clashing with a wooden cup.
It was not until 10 minutes that the food was ordered and Olaya escorted her to the male customer's desk. And I'm now tidying up the newly used equipment avoiding that male customer.
At first Olaya told me to deliver her order but I refused on the grounds that I wanted to clean up in the kitchen, it was true that I did not lie to Olaya.
I'm still thinking about what happened. First I experienced dejavu, second I was fascinated and third I felt familiar, strange I experienced all three things to a man.
Did I ever meet her? But where?
I racked my brain to recall the memories in my past body but all I got was a headache.
Why can the memory suddenly like that time return when I did not ask for it and when I want to ask for my memory back did not appear.
What was with me in the past? To the point that my memories overlap.
I let out a rough sigh, if I force myself to think even harder maybe my headache will add up many times over.
I who was busy thinking and cleaning tools did not hear the call from the grandfather of the owner of this shop until a pinch in my hand made me complain of pain.
"It hurts.." I cried.
"That's punishment for young people who don't listen to what their parents say." said the grandfather behind me.
I turned my body and looked towards her who was standing with both hands folded to her chest, at a glance I saw a grandmother who stood exactly like the grandfather of the owner of this tavern.
Grandma must have calmed down there.
"What's wrong? Why daydream?" ask grandpa.
"Eeh there's nothing, cake." I replied.
"Correct? Olaya said you made a mistake with that customer, right?"
Olaya said yes..
"Yes, the customer is also not satisfied" said grandfather.
"In the near future, the market has already started to open." he continued.
I just nodded and felt guilty, although it was not a big and deliberate issue, but still my image was bad on the first day of work.
After I finished cleaning up in the kitchen I went outside, the first thing I saw when I came out of the kitchen was the table where the male customer was sitting. But now the man was walking away from this tavern and I kept watching his back go away.
"Kok quiet?" ask Olaya beside me.
"It's okay, I'll finish the table first." I said and walked away from Olaya.
I cleaned up the table where the male customer was but when I lifted the dish I found a wooden bead bracelet on the inside of his bracelet that read OL.
Who's it got? Did you have any male customers? Has he gone far?
I ran outside the store and looked around to find the male customer but I couldn't find him in the more crowded people. So I decided to go back and keep this bracelet.
Maybe I could meet her again, who knows if this is her bracelet.
"It's very fast to go." I said softly.
"What's outside, Ryl?" asked Olaya to come over to me.
"I was just looking for something, let's go inside" I said and walked ahead of Olaya.
Shortly after Olaya and I cleaned up the store, several other customers came in and ordered food and information.
Grandfather also helped my work, for customers who want information will be given direction as Olaya waited in one of the rooms behind this store.
I still pay attention to the fourth way to serve customers from Olaya if there are customers who want information.
"Every customer who wants your information takes them straight to the back huh, grandpa's behind." Olaya said to me earlier.
I do not feel my work time is finished, right during the day I have been given home by the grandfather of the owner of this store. I feel like time goes fast when I work.
"This is your salary for today." Grandpa handed me 1 silver coin.
"Why so fast, cake?" I asked, I still haven't taken the salary that my grandfather gave me because I think this salary is too fast.
"Take it or if it is not taken today your salary will be forfeited" he said casually.
"Where can it be, cake." said I'm worried, it's impossible for me to work but the salary money is forfeited because I don't take it now.
"You can work with Grandpa. Take it or not?" continued grandpa.
"Yes cake."
I immediately took my first salary from grandfather's hand with a feeling of pleasure even though my intention was to take it once a week so that there were 3 silver coins I received.
"Yes, go home" said grandfather, but grandfather's hand landed on my head and stroked gently.
I feel shocked and unfamiliar with Grandpa's good treatment with my body reflexes retreating away from him.
"Haha... Grandpa used to stroke Olaya's head, you must be surprised" she said awkwardly.
"Yes cake, then I go first." I said politely.
I announced the treatment of the shop owner's grandfather, especially if it's his habit to his grandchildren, just like my grandmother used to be.
"Be careful!" grandpa was behind me.
I nodded and continued my way out of this market, my plan was before I went home I would stop by to buy groceries but Olaya gave me five slices of ground meat sandwich on me.
At first I refused but said Olaya who told is grandfather then I accept. I feel both Grandpa and Olaya are good people.
I came out of the market according to Wasa's direction at that time and met the Oak Tree, from here I began to have a fever because I waited for Wasa and the rain.
I continued walking after going through the Oak Tree but suddenly the weather changed, the clouds were white to gray which indicated it would rain. And sure enough after the lightning struck the rain was falling with a rush then I ran from the rain that attacked suddenly.
I ran in the mist to find shelter but as far as my eyes could see there was no shelter until a big shadow behind me drove the rain to drench myself in a shade cloth.
I saw who this man was and how shocked I was that the person who protected me from the rainwater was the male customer in the tavern.
My God, why would I meet her again in a situation like this?
"Walk soon, we'll find shelter." whispered near my ear.
As if hypnotized I followed her just like that up to an empty, uninhabited hut.
"Sit down here." pinta. After he told me to sit down, I remembered something.
"Why are you here?" ask me.
"Yes, he's in the shade just like you." he said casually and then sat down beside me.
The robe she was wearing was in her sunbathe on the wood that was right above my head and her self.
"Aren't you cold, what's that robe?" ask her.
What's with my robe?
I tried to feel the robe I was wearing and it was wet on the back and knees. I quickly let go of her and sun her as this male customer beside me did.
My warm robe is wet with rain and the cold wind that blows in the rain makes me feel cold and the only way I can do is rub my hands and stick on my face.
"You cold? I can help you warm up." she said casually but I heard her feeling ambiguous.
"What do you mean?" ask me, I don't want to misunderstand her words.
"Hahaha.." Laughter.
This guy in question laughed.
"I'm serious" I said annoyed.
"I mean palms, I can rub my palms and then channel them to you" he explained.
"Thank God then but thank you I can be alone" I said.
Although his intentions are good but he's a stranger I don't know him either. I shifted my sitting position slowly so that he would not be aware but he suddenly turned to me and made me surprised. But he didn't say anything just staring at me long enough.
Oh no, I'd be wrong if he stared at me any longer.
"What's wrong? Why look at me like that?" I said staring at him sharply.
Relax, his face is handsome but please don't pound.
"Beryl.." she said softly.
I flinched when he mentioned my name even though it was small but I could still hear his words, I stared at him confused.
How did he know my name?
"I'm OL, you're Beryl right?" ask her.
OL?
Wasn't that the writing on the wooden bead bracelet I found in the tavern? Got him?
I immediately took out a wooden bead bracelet from my pocket and pointed it at her.
"This is yours?" ask me.
He shifted his seat closer to me to see something I showed him, but please don't get too close!
"Well, where did you get it?" answer her.
"I found it right under your dinner plate earlier, this is me back." said I then gave up the wooden bead bracelet on him.
"My question hasn't been answered yet, are you Beryl right?" repeat it again.
"Yes, but how do you know my name?" ask me.
The only ones who know my name here are Wasa, the shop owner's grandfather and his granddaughter Olaya.
How did he know my name? Or maybe just like Olaya said? I'm worried, what is he doing ?!
"You relax, I have no bad intentions. I know your name from what your friend said earlier, didn't he call you Beryl?" Answer her.
Aah who was yes, it turns out I have misunderstood and thought negatively about her.
"I'm sorry." I said sincerely.
"Let's be friends and then I'll forgive you, how?"
Her voice turned softer, her eyes that were staring at me quietly with her blooming smile made my focus sidetracked.
There's nothing wrong with that, am I adding a friendship connection? I also did not feel the evil intentions of his speech added again with the way he saw me, strange indeed but my feeling said he was harmless.
"All right." I agree.
"Call me OL only from now on and don't talk formally like that to me." he asked and I just nodded assuring his request.
I gazed towards the rain vying to fall to the ground, my feeling for why it had improved after agreeing to his request. I felt a fresh breeze blowing towards me, slowly a happy feeling greeted me.
"Now I can meet again." O. L. O. who of course I did not hear because it was covered with the sound of rain.
