After a few days I didn't come home now it's time for me to come back, a lot of things happened to me for a few days, but why should I? getting involved with the nobles who I have absolutely no idea what my fault is then being in the place of the Crown Prince which makes me dizzy and relieved. Relieved that I will soon breathe the scent of freedom and dizziness due to his promise request.
The chirping of the Kinari Bird greeted my morning which looked bright from the outside. Last night the Crown Prince brought me a change of clothes because ever since I realized I had not changed clothes at all.
"Thank you but why is it only now that His Highness the Crown Prince is giving me a change of clothes?" ask me before he leaves this room.
His steps stopped hearing my question. "I'm sorry .. I did want to change your clothes when you were unconscious. But I don't want people in the palace to know the existence of strangers in this tower and I'm not the type of man who takes a chance in the narrowness of so—" his words were interrupted by me.
"You mean the man who took a chance in the narrowness .. changed my clothes with your own hands and you can see my body?" ask me was-was.
"True, that's why I didn't do it."
I smother my own mouth with both my hands, if it's done it means the man in front of me is one of those dickhead dong! fortunately, God met a good man like him.
Waitaminute! okey? it seems like my judgment about him has changed.
"Te— thank you Crown Prince," I said nervously.
"Aksa, call me by that name," she said.
"Yes, Aksa."
Remembering last night somehow made me feel a little happy about her, in this unknown world I am grateful to be able to meet Wasa, Aksa and Ol.
ttookk!!
ttookk!! ttokk!!
A knock on the door rang out, it must be the Crown Prince. I walked towards the door, the knock was actually he who proposed as a sign that the one who came was him. So, I don't have to worry or worry like the incident at the Chalya residence traumatized me.
"Good morning, Beryl," he greeted her with a tray of food in both hands.
"Good morning also Crown Prince aahh sorry .. I mean, Aksa."
I'm still not used to calling her by her name unlike Wasa, but honestly to me her name feels soothing.
"You should get used to it more .. This is me bringing you breakfast," she said thrusting the tray she brought in.
"Thank you, let's eat together" take me.
"I've had breakfast, you just eat and finish. I'll be back in a minute and then I'll take you home" he said.
"Is there some important business?" ask me.
"Not really, I'm going for a minute" she repeated.
But before he actually came out of this room he rubbed my hair that had not been shampooed for a few days, somehow I said it but this guy treated me really well and tried to get along with me which was so awkward as well. One of them rubbed my head before he came out of this room.
I sat in one of the best spots in the room, I admit this window that leads out to be one of the things I love because from here I can look outwards so wide. As I chewed on the food brought earlier from a distance I saw some people who were crowding, if I am not mistaken position they are at the gate outside the palace, right?
To confirm it by taking a binocular under the bed belonging to the Crown Prince I accidentally met the day after he asked me to promise. Using these binoculars I can see and resolve my curiosity but something that is not wearing attacks my feelings.
"What do I see wrong? why is Chalya there?! have I been found out? he even brought quite a number of Knights ... did the Crown Prince inform me of my whereabouts on him?!" said I was restless.
"No! i— it can not be Beryl .. where the Crown Prince may tell your whereabouts to him, I will not tell the story out of where and choose silence when asked," said I convinced myself.
Hhujh ...
Hhaahh ...
I took a few breaths to calm myself down and didn't think about the trauma, but I was still worried. With courage and curiosity I looked back at what Chalya would do here, she walked haughtily among the Knights who stood up to protect her. Step by step he stepped and then stopped when in front of someone, I pointed this binocular towards that other person and he was the Crown Prince.
My heart rate is beating fast, those who are talking and I can't hear them make me worry even more. After talking for a while they began to enter the palace and my vision stopped there.
I finish my food now I no longer have a taste for food because I think of the negative possibilities that fill my head. Should I just leave here? ta— but he promised to take me home. But can the Crown Prince be trusted?
My doubts were coming back, I didn't like this feeling but I couldn't stop this unpleasant feeling and chose to follow it.
I went back to pick up the binoculars and went to places where I might be able to escape, a few minutes of monitoring but I found nothing. The only way out is that main gate and anyone who goes in and out will be checked by the security of the Palace.
I walked back and forth, thinking about how to get out and unknown to the security soldiers down there until a desperate idea emerged to get out of this room.
I tidied up my clothes and rushed out, maybe this could be my only chance to get out but when I was about to open that door someone already opened it. My shock caused my body to fall to the floor, I reflexively covered my face to hide the tears that started coming out.
I'm afraid ... very afraid if the person who opened this door is Chalya's man.
"Beryl! why you?!" The heavy voice of a man was heard.
Crown Prince!
I pitched up and displayed the masked man, my tears dripped back and over time my cries grew louder.
Fucking fear feeling!
I again cursed this feeling of not wearing and only realized the worry of the man before me. His hands stretched out to me, speechlessly he hugged me, rubbed my trembling back, gave a warm feeling to me and let me vent this damn feeling through crying.
I was swept away in her arms, to be honest I felt at ease as she hugged me, somehow describing what I felt when she hugged her but felt like something I really missed.
A few minutes had passed in this position, as I smelled the scent of Lavender and Iris from this man's body I realized what I had done. As if he knew, he loosened his embrace and gave me room to settle down.
I wiped away the remains of tears on my face, it felt too embarrassed to see her in my condition like this.
"You feel calm?" ask her in a soft voice.
I nodded without saying.
"What are you afraid of crying like that? you're making me worry.
I was silent, confused as to what to answer to her. In a long silence he was still waiting for my answer until when he suddenly stood up to frighten me, was he angry?
My reflex is pulling the tip of her clothes, trying to hold her back from leaving. "Ma— forgive me if my silence makes the Crown Prince angry. I— I just feel worried about the trauma that I experienced ja— so I am silent because I am confused to have to explain how," said I stammered.
"Come," he asked and stuck his hand out in front of me.
I grabbed that warm hand, in this standing position our distance felt very close. "Slow down, I'll listen to you" he said understandingly.
I began to tell what I was going through at the time, how I was kidnapped and sold like goods. How I was held captive without proper feeding, how I was humiliated to the point of almost taking my life and how I was punished for my right actions but was considered wrong by Chalya. To be honest I avoided this story very much because by revealing it would make me constantly remember the cruelty they did but only this once and to clarify it in front of the Crown Prince.
After telling me that without me reducing or increasing I was even curious about what expression he showed. Too bad I can't see it because it's covered in her mask.
"I didn't expect it to happen" she said in a cold voice that I first heard.
I accidentally saw him clenching both hands as if he was holding back anger. "I was stupid to know the bad thing that happened to you when a few minutes ago I met the cruel woman" he continued.
I wanted to ask you about that too but ....
"I know for a fact that you are still traumatized, that cruel woman came to the Palace today. I can't take you away frankly in front of others, let alone yourself, you have to do disguise" he said.
"If I have to disguise myself but disguise myself as what? Knights? my body is too small to disguise itself as a Knight," replied me who followed the dizzy thought of his proposal.
"Or disguised as a waiter? I do have business outside the Palace, but if you only bring one servant let alone that woman will attract the attention of others," he was also confused.
I thought hard for the plan this time, if I get caught it will cause trouble for the Crown Prince even more so if one of Chalya's people knows me there will definitely be problems.
Tu— wait!! Doesn't Olaya work here?!
"Crown Prince!! ahhh! sorry I mean Aksa!" exclaim me with pleasure.
"What's Beryl? you got any ideas?" her question approached me by the window.
I nodded happily, "I have an acquaintance, he's one of the library assistants in this Palace. Her name is Olaya El Agave, do you know her?" ask me with hope.
"Ohmm Olaya El Agave? it seems I've heard that last name" she replied.
"But ... I have little doubt whether he is here or on holiday and ... if anything can he recognize me with a bruised face like this?" ask me sad.
"We have to meet him first, let's go before the King knows where you are" he said, pulling my arm out.
I followed her step by step, these steep stairs and the minimal illumination here turned out to be similar to the tower I climbed in the artificial Palace before the tragedy of moving in my mensi happened. If I hadn't climbed that tower, I wouldn't have ended up here with people I didn't know.
I don't know how many stairs I went down but strangely it felt so fast down these stairs. Until we got to a big door with graffiti containing swearing, it must have been this man so sure I am.
When the big door was opened by her clearly emblazoned with the scent of freedom in front of me, a faint smile came out from my lips. With the view of the Tristitia Tower is so quiet, I have observed it and all I see is the Crown Prince himself without any soldiers or the security of the Palace here, it's possible that this belonged to the Crown Prince so no one interfered.
This man still faithfully clasped my hand and with half a run he led me towards the library of the Palace. But before he got to the library he asked me to wait behind the bushes.
"Hide here first, I'll take some of the servants' belongings" he ordered.
"Please hurry back .." I whispered before he left.
I don't know where my current location is, this palace is also so vast that it can make stray people who have just entered it for the first time. But when viewed from the bright side it can confuse the enemies who want to seize this Kingdom, besides being so wide also because of the many rooms that I think can be deceptive and of course this Palace was built by smart people in its field.
"Beryl!!" call her near me.
"This .. wear it now!" her Pinta handed over the servant's belongings.
I took it but some have to get it off so ... "Hmm can you face the other way? sa— I want to change clothes," I ask, I hope he is not offended because he told her to turn around.
But it was as easy as it was that he obeyed my wishes and I smiled faintly with his mannerisms. "Thank you" I said sincerely.
"It's the Crown Prince" I said.
We continued on the steps that originally ran parallel until approaching the surroundings of the Palace Library she told me to walk a little slower behind her.
"This is just to outwit the library guards and don't act nervous because they'll know something suspicious about you just through posture. Remember to stay calm in any situation" she said.
I nodded in understanding, the only thing I have to do is to remain calm so myself please cooperate!
We have entered the Palace Library area, clearly displayed before me a library so large with beautiful carvings that surround this building. There was a lot of guard around every corner and it was true that a glance as I glanced at them the investigating gaze was fixed on me.
"I beg you not to be discovered .." I whispered.
I lowered my head no longer daring to look at the library guards, I continued to follow him until it stopped in one of the rooms.
The moment the man was about to enter the room before me and I was about to enter a voice made me stop stepping.
"Stop! lamu cannot enter this room with the Crown Prince!" yell that guy.
"What's this?" ask the Crown Prince.
"I'm sorry, Your Highness the Crown Prince, but this servant doesn't know the rules to follow you into—" he said.
"I told him to follow me, is that a problem?!" press the Crown Prince.
"Ma— forgive me for being this stupid," he replied and bowed 90 degrees in front of the man.
Turns out to be the Crown Prince okay too!
"Come on!" his orders to me.
Inside this room I smelled the smell of Cinnamon, smelling this scent made me somehow feel a little relieved from my fear earlier.
"Greetings of peace to the star de Ramor" said a familiar voice.
"There's a need for what noble Crown Prince came to—" his remark was cut off when he saw me.
Bena! the person in the same room as me and this Crown Prince is Olaya, she looks surprised when she sees me.
"Sounds like you know him?" ask Aksa to Olaya.
"Right, your honor" replied Olaya.
"Good! now I ask for your help because I cannot bring only one servant so you will be with me and Beryl to get out of this Palace. Beryl will be your assistant and we will go to the Ottorox Library but when we get to Vlavia we will be separated. I have prepared my best knight for the plan this time and you should be quiet when you get there or come back here again, do you understand?!" obviously this guy with a little emphasis.
Olaya just nodded, thank goodness she understood.
"However, if I may ask you one thing, why is Beryl here in a maid outfit and why is her face bruised?" her question approached me.
"You don't need—" said the man I cut off on purpose.
"Sorry Crown Prince but he's my friend" I told him.
"Olaya, I'll tell you the full story but in general I was kidnapped and treated harshly but due to limited time we should move faster" I said.
"I keep your promise" replied Olaya.
To cover my bruised face, Olaya gave me a piece of cloth and we moved according to Aksa's direction.
For some reason the closer I got to the Palace gate the more my chest gurgled quickly, my feeling was so unpleasant as if something bad was about to happen.
"Well! Crown Prince, do you want to take me to the carriage?" the sound that traumatized me.
Oh God!!! why do I have to meet Chalya here? I'll definitely be found out! I deserve that I felt bad.
"Be calm, Beryl." whispered Olaya.
"Is my attitude obvious?" ask me to doubt.
"Yes, you look agitated," she replied slowly.
"It's a pity that I have Miss Chalya's business so let the Knights of the Palace deliver you" replied the Crown Prince.
"Come on!" continue her.
We followed Aksa's footsteps and as my body position aligned with her I could feel the unpleasant look Chalya gave me.
Please God, I hope he doesn't recognize me!
The thought that frightened me into filling my head at this moment made me not realize that we had reached the Crown Prince's carriage.
"Ril ... Beryl ..." call Olaya.
I flinched and looked towards her, "Aahh yes ... Olaya?"
"Conscious! your view looks so empty" he said.
"Are you okay?" ask Aksa.
"Sa— I'm fine," I replied lying.
And the man didn't say anything or maybe he knew I was lying. During this unknown journey, I was still thinking about those frightening things. Whatever I tried to get rid of it, but the negative thoughts did not go away.
"We're here, let's go down."
I who was still blankly stares when a hand clasped my hand, I turned towards Aksa who was so cute then glanced at Olaya who seemed to be shocked at the Crown Prince's attitude towards me.
I hope Olaya doesn't misunderstand this.
We descended in a forest that looked strange in my eyes, in front of me were three Crown Prince guards and a chariot without a coat of arms. Then as I turned my gaze toward the west, I saw a bright white horse.
"Well!!" just say me.
The first time I saw such a beautiful horse, even Wasa's horse lost beautifully. I'm sure it must be expensive care let alone the body of his horse contains and looks healthy.
"You likey?" ask her.
I who was still amazed by what was in front of me just nodded.
"I'll give you that," he said.
"Auhh? whahuh? eehh .. I don't mean that!" I said, suddenly given a horse makes me very awkward.
"I'll give you what you like" she explained, which made me even more awkward.
"Sa— I am not good at riding so I can not accept it," I refused but he did not say anything and pulled my hand towards the white horse.
The closer I got to the horse, the more I fascinated myself, the fine and clean feathers I wanted to touch. With a single stepping of the Crown Prince on the horse, he looked gallant as if two comboes were destined together. There was a white horse and a man riding on it looked cool like a painting like a story I had read before.
Aahhh .. I would love to photograph it with my camera phone, too bad there is nothing here.
"I was born cool, Ryl!" his words seem arrogant. "Let's go home .." continued and reached out before me.
If only I were a noblewoman who yearned for a romantic tale and then came a prince who reached out his hand to take me away with her would be happy to welcome her. But what a pity, a man like himself must have a fiance and I do not crave love.
I welcomed her outstretched hand, she lifted my body with one hand as if I were light as cotton. He placed me right in front of him carefully as if I were a glass that would be hurt if it was placed in the wrong position and with a single blow this white horse drove so fast splitting the forest.
For me this is the second time I've been riding a horse with a man other than Wasa, somehow explaining it but I feel comfortable riding a horse with this man, it's weird right?
"It's my first time riding a horse with a woman" he said suddenly.
The deg!!!
A strange feeling just appeared.
"But thankfully it is with you," he whispered right in my right ear, I felt both jolted and amused by this man's words.
"I— that's impossible ..." reply me.
I just want to get off this horse and walk if he does that to me again, I beg you to stop!
My journey felt fast until the usual road I went through with Wasa was seen, it was nice that I would be home soon.
Wasa how is it? he must be worried about me that I haven't seen in the last few days. Will he be angry at me? how would he react if he knew I was kidnapped and treated harshly by Chalya? should I tell her what I've been through these few days? what if his anger just overflowed like that time? even so, he is still my friend.
Right in the old house that still looks the same it's this guy laying off his horse, just like when I got on this horse he also lowered me so carefully and this treatment made my smile come out a little.
"Thank you for sending me the Crown Prince, I will repay your kindness one day" I said heartily.
"Aksa, did you forget? I just want you to call out my name without the frills of the Crown Prince" he said.
"Allah ... Aksa thanks," I said give up.
I took off the cloth that covered half my face and intended to return it to this man but a familiar voice called out to me so loudly.
"Beryl!!"
A man riding on his dark horse stopped right in front of me. Wasa came down with a single leap and then without cue hugged me so tightly. I was shocked, I never imagined she was hugging me this tightly and being hugged by a man for the first time.
"Thank God you're back .. I keep looking everywhere for you until my mind is filled with worry. Where the hell have you been? why don't you go tell me nothing?" ask her questions.
I'm not ready, I'm not ready for this awkward situation let alone another man seeing this. As if she understood with my awkwardness, Wasa started to relax her embrace.
"Sorry Beryl .. I'm too happy to see you" said Wasa.
"Geeh!!" aksa Inturption.
Wasa who had only seen me now turned her gaze to the Crown Prince and her surprised face could not be hidden.
"Crown Prince?! why is His Majesty here?" tanya Wasa was confused then glanced at me asking for an answer.
How should I say, huh?
