The one who was watching Sakti and Ambar at the moment was Regan, the man accidentally flashed in front of the shop where Ambar was working and then he saw a figure that was like Ambar. To make sure what he saw was true, Regan walked up to the store and apparently it was true that the figure he saw was Ambar but apparently Ambar was not alone in the store but together with Sakti. There is anger in Regan when he saw Ambar close to other men even though the two brands are now officially divorced but he still imagines the memories when he and Ambar were still together.
