AMNESIA: Return My Own

AMNESIA: Return My Own
Thanks

The sun rises behind the Roila Gate. Arek looked at the beautiful sky above him. Bal helped him wake up. It seemed like the man's body had improved.

"Lixe?"

Arek looked at Lixe in wonder. Lixe slept in front of her eyes. His expression was not friendly.

Bal had been holding back the laughter of seeing her for the past four hours so as not to wake Arek up, not to take it anymore. Bal laughing. Lixe blinked her eyes.

"Are you okay, buddy?" ask Arek with a smile.

Lixe sat down. Spit his cheek. Lixe turned her face away. Nodding loudly. Finally, Bal stopped laughing. But it looks like the kid is getting weird.

"What about you?" Lixe distracts.

"The bad dream. It's so bad," replied Arek began to walk on his own. He's headed for the balcony railing. He was grateful that everything was back to how it was. That means the technology is improving again. But not with the lives of many people who could not return to his body.

His people this morning agreed to wear mourning clothes. All lined up on the side of the road. They then sat there. Some cried, then prayed for family and friends buried down there.

"It's all, my fault," murmured Arek with teary eyes. He's coming down. Paying homage to those who have fallen. Some moments. Arek turned. Entering the room of his palace which instantly recovered completely.

After Dira saluted the guests who spent the night on the emergency stairs, they went home to each other.

Except, of course. Zenith and Ague are brought before Arek and Dira by the control center's cave guards. Both hands are handcuffed.

Lixe gulped. They looked at both of them in disbelief. Zenith's face was pale and Ague also looked exhausted.

Lixe glanced at Bal. Unfortunately, Bal suddenly became strange. He looks a little different. Bal who could answer even before being asked, was only silent. I don't know what he's thinking. Lixe nudged Bal's arm while calling his name.

Bal. He looked at Lixe with a question mark. Lixe put on an anxious face. He nodded, not asking. Bal looked at him probing. Started to read his mind, curious about what Lixe wanted to ask.

Zenith and Ague kneel before Arek and Dira.

"They were caught in the control center cave. Miss Zenith allegedly copied all the data that was there," the bodyguard's head explained.

Dira looked at Zenith in disbelief. Face brightens. He turned to Arek, hoping Arek would forgive Zenith.

"Does he recover the data there?"

The head of the guard nodded.

Arek took a deep breath.

"Take it he has atoned for his sin."

Dira looks happy. He sat down and hugged Zenith. The girl fell unconscious.

"The zenith!"

Lixe ran over with a stagger. Bal led him though expressionlessly. Lixe dropped down, sitting on her knees beside Zenith. The guards spontaneously retreated in shock.

"He brought you here?" ask Arek.

Lixe nodded. Bal had fallen because his neck was pulled by Lixe when he dropped himself.

"I'm a criminal. He could have claimed to be my friend. You idiot!" Zenith cursed Lixe in her heart.

"You're still conscious, aren't you?" Lixe whispers. Seeing Zenith's eye movements.

"Shut up!" inner Zenith.

"He's good at pretending," Inner Lixe.

Arek change to see Ague. He crouches. Looked carefully at Ague's face.

"Then you, who?" ask Arek to Ague.

Ague raised his head. He looked at Arek and Dira alternately. Looking back at Arek. Letting the four eyes meet.

Arek's breath tight. Also Dira.

Really it? He covered his mouth with both hands. "Dad? Uncle Ague?" he said it with a stammer.

"You'll see for yourself." Ague took out a hologram screen. Displays the file he just received last night from Lixe. With trembling hands Arek accepted it. A video from Aden, his father?

Five years ago, in Aden's private workshop. Aden as always busy struggling with his workshop tools. It was with a break in Ague.

"Can't you see it?" ask Ague, then sit on any chair. Aden glanced at him stifled. That guy always makes a noise in his workshop. Destroys his favorite peaceful atmosphere.

"Did you call me here to wait for you to work. You know I'm not interested in any of this, right?" ask Ague again. Five minutes of waiting there, really made his patience recede quickly.

"You're saying, Zecda declared war?" aden asked without quitting his job.

"That's it, if you can't come. You don't have to come. We know the condition of your body" replied Arek casually.

"I'll follow whatever he does. Don't I have to do it to repay all your help? Is that right, our promise first?" This time Aden stopped. He turned to Ague who could not keep quiet. Ague plays tools nearby.

"Promise it, easy. Don't think to death. Why don't you just respond casually?" Ague throws a device in any direction. But Aden was silent. He had already memorized the deeds of his god-level brash friend.

"If it were anyone else, I would have cut off your hand earlier," Aden said. Arek doesn't care about Aden's feelings. Grab another thing and play it.

"Oh. Even if I'm your son?" Arek glanced at Aden.

"No. Do you really think I don't love them?" Aden standing. Arek just nodded. Still sitting relaxed.

"Are you going to love them if you were me?" Aden's approaching Ague.

"Sure!" ague answered with confidence. He looked at Aden who was already standing next to him.

"When I die tomorrow, replace me as king and father to them. Please, love them. I believe you."

"You're crazy!"

At present...

"Warfare happened. Aden died there. What I should do. That day I went into his private workshop. I can't believe a device electrocuted my body. In some time, I had the same face and body as him. I've almost gone crazy. Luckily, I can go back to being myself." Ague who had been down since lifted his head. Staring at both.

"I'm sorry" he said, half in doubt.

"That's hard. It's very hard." Dira tightly hugged Zenith's body in his lap. She cried.

Zenith ended her acting. He hugged Dira with a limp body.

"You'll still be punished, Uncle," Arek said with disappointment, but he was relieved. "And after that, it's up to Uncle. Me, thank you," he continued.

Lixe laughed happily in her heart. He was satisfied Ague could say everything.

Dira helped Zenith stand up. Lixe stood alone with great difficulty.

"You want to stay here for a while?" tawar Dira friendly.

Zenith was speechless. Lixe would not refuse either. Dira took the two men away. Leaving Ague and Arek as if in a cold war.

"This palace is so sophisticated!" Lixe was fascinated to see the lights floating on the ceiling. The servants standing beside the passageway were robots.

A little robot stopped in front of them. He handed me the Zenith pepper flash. With my eyes Zenith accepted it. He looked at Dira.

"Gift for you."

The robot then pulled out a compass.

"Little gift to Lixe."

Lixe accepted it happily. Now he won't be called primitive anymore because he doesn't have a world map, right?

"Thank you."
