20. Dinner

The sky began to turn black and sprinkled with many stars that twinkled with great beauty. Plus the wind was so calm watered at night this time.

"Is Anna okay? Why not eat together?" Now Jeano who asked, after hearing what was said by Bi Julia made a moment of negative thoughts appear about Zeana.

"Miss is fine Den, maybe Miss just wants to eat in the room."

Unwilling to hear what Bi Julia had to say, Jeano immediately stood up from his chair and walked towards Zeana's room. He will make sure himself the state of his girl by looking at her directly. "Can't I come here?"

"Not so, I'm just a little surprised you're suddenly here."

"I don't think you want me here."

"No Jeano. Oh, yeah, what brought you here? Is there something you want to say?"

"Why not eat together?"

Zeana's body suddenly stiffened, and Zeana spontaneously looked down unwilling to look at Jeano.

Jeano looked at the astonished tone Zeana spoke that looked nervous and felt dislike when talking Zeana did not look at him.

"Look at me Anna!" Jeano nodded her chin to look at him. "Why?"

Zeana begins to dare to look into Jeano's eyes and convince the teenager that she really wants to eat in her room.

"I want to eat here while reading a book. You see, the book was so exciting, so I intended to read over dinner so as not to be missed."

Jeano, the looker, couldn't believe the reason Zeana gave him, but he knew what the girl was hiding. Because after a careful look Jeano knew that both of Zeana's eyes appeared swollen from crying, and a flushed nose strengthened the reason.

"You can continue reading after eating, right?" Sounds more like a command than a question.

Zeana shook her head softly, "No Jeano, I want to stay here."

"No rejection, anyways this is an order. And don't you know that Daddy's been waiting a long time to have dinner with you?"

That was one of the reasons to be able to persuade Zeana to eat together, because Jeano knew that Zeana did not want to disappoint her loved ones.

"Yes Daddy," Zeana replied softly as she returned her Daddy's smile.

Jeanopun began to stretch his scale towards the dining table, and helped Zeana to sit comfortably when she was about to eat.

"Why don't you want to eat together?"

"I just want Dad, but it doesn't seem to be. I'll just eat with you guys."

"Well then, but don't repeat again? You made Daddy worried about not eating together."

"Yes Dad, I'm sorry."

"It's okay. Let's eat!"

They started eating their own food in silence, no conversation at dinner now. Zeana who was eating with her head down focused on her food, was unaware of the sharp gaze from Zero who from earlier saw all of Zeana's behavior.
