Waiting call

The day has changed again. Today is the fourth day Arul lives with his father.

This morning Arul did not go anywhere. I hope tomorrow there is a work call. While Zikri (his father) early in the morning was getting ready to go to work.

In the early hours of the morning, he cooked rice and washed clothes.

So he went to work already available rice in the rice thermos, just buy the side dish. Zikri said it was done to save expenses.

"It's half past seven, you go to work first yes Rul, rice is available, later you just buy the side dish in Bu Asih ya Rul." Said Zikri while wearing his work shoes.

"Yes sir." Reply Arul who is feeding the cat

Zikri also went to work. Today he returned to work with Mr. Ilham.

Turns out Mr. Ilham was already at work. Today is over shift with Pak Budi and Pak Yanto who are already on night duty.

In rented Arul feel bored, there is nothing he does, he just watch TV and play mobile phone.

Then he took the money from his pants pocket that his father had given him this morning.

"I bought food to Bu Asih ah to eat" said Arul while holding 10,000 money

Bu Asih also wrapped Arul's order.

"Waalaikumsalam." replied Bu Asih

Arul also brought two packets of food to the contract.

I take two dishes and open the food packages and put them into the container.

He brought a barrel of rice and side dishes as necessary. He thought the side dish was quite a lot so he could make his father eat later coming home from work.

Then he went to the kitchen to wash the dishes he had used.

Because of boredom, there is no activity in the contract finally Arul went to where his father worked.

"Assalamualaikum sir." said Arul while sitting in front of the guard post

"Waalaikumsalam why even here Rul?" ask his father

"Yes sir, at home bored there is no cement" replied Arul

"Have you eaten yet Rul?"

"Udah Pak. Arul already bought it to Bu Asih."

While sitting, Arul plays games on his mobile phone. After a few minutes, a message came to his phone.

Arul opens it immediately and turns out it was a job call message. Arul looks sumringah.

"What's Rul?" ask his father

"Arul got a work call sir."

"Oh, thank God, then."

"Tomorrow Arul was told to come for an interview."

"Alhamdulillah then, hopefully there is a solution yes Rul "

"Yes, Aamiin."

Arul can't wait to be tomorrow.

"Yes already if that Arul back to the contract aja yes sir" said Arul still seen sumringah

"Yes, you've been there so you can watch TV so you're not saturated."

"Yes, Arul said yes sir."

"Yes." Yeah."

"Assalamualaik."

"Getishalight."

Arul returned to the contract.

"Kok Arul is only a moment sir here?" ask Mr. Ilham

Zikri and Ilham returned to work.

"Where is the call to work?"

It was late afternoon, visible from a distance Zikri was walking towards the rented.

Then Zikri opened his shoes.

"Capek sir?" ask Arul

"Yes good, the name of the work must be tired" replied his father

"Yes, I ate first." Say Arul again

"Father clean up first, then eat."

And Zikri went into the house.

After cleaning, Zikri opened the lid of his tiny meal.

He saw there were vegetables and tempeh served there.

It turned out to be the food that Arul bought this morning.

And they eat together.
