Finally Arul arrived at the company gate.

There are a lot of kids training there. All training children wear white shirts and black pants. Arul also mingled with the others.

"Alright, all training participants please gather here first" said security there

Everyone gathered in the training room. They were given first lessons and instructions for work procedures in the field.

Material after material delivered by training officer. And finally they were introduced to the field to see the work atmosphere and work procedures there.

This is Arul's first experience. He was very enthusiastic looking inside the factory.

Officers opened the factory door. And they went into it.

One by one he introduced the machine and how it works. He explained how to operate the machines.

"Yes sir."

"So far, you all know how this machine works and what it uses?"

"Unclear sir." replied Arul's group

"Well..then you all take a break, after the break please return to the training room for the next material."

"Good, sir."

Arul's group immediately disbanded, they went to the factory cafeteria. There was already rice, side dishes and milk prepared by the company.

They also queue one by one to take the rice box. They sat in the cafeteria, and ate there together. It was the turn of groups two and three that went into the factory.

After eating, Arul's group returned to the training room. They're waiting for the other guys there. The time when it was already showing at 11:00, only one group came, just waiting for another group.

"Because group one is still in the factory, then the group that has come here, please go to the mosque first because the time is soon at 12.00 Dzuhur prayer time, please return at 12.30 ya." Obviously one officer who went into the training room

"Good Sir."

They also went to the mosque to wait for the time of Dzuhur.

That day Arul was happy, the first day was very relaxed feeling like he was studying at school.

The voice of Adzan zuhur was reverberating, Arul and his friends immediately rushed to take ablution water and congregational prayers in the mosque.

It did not take long for Arul to get acquainted with his training friends because his age is not much different.

"Alhamdulillah yes relieved if you have prayed" said Arul to his friends

"Yes Alhamdulillah." replied Obi Arul's new friend

"Yes, we have just returned to the training room, we wait for other friends there." invite other Arul friends

"Yes, come on."

They also walked to the training room.Not long intervals some friends immediately entered the room.

Now time has shown 12:30.

All participants are ready in the training room and the material provider immediately enters the room.

"Good day everyone." said the material giver

"Good day sir." answered everyone

"Well, today I'll give you material on safety at work."

All training participants pay close attention to what is conveyed by the buyers of the material including Arul.

"Until here understand everything?" ask the materialist

"Understand Sir."

"Well, now that we're back in the field, we're going to go straight to the safety of working there."

All the trainees walked back to the factory.

"Everybody here understands, right?"

"Then we go back to the training room for the next material."

After the last material is delivered, Arul and other training participants are allowed to go home.

"Remember everything, tomorrow has started training on the field, will not be given any more material so tomorrow directly practice on the field with seniors and I will keep an eye on all participants." explained the material giver

"Good Sir."

"Then today came here first and time also showed at 14:00 so you can all go home."

All the trainees disbanded, they returned to their homes.

Almost all of Arul's friends have motorized vehicles, they all go home and go to work by vehicle while Arul he is just walking from the contract to work and vice versa. But Arul never complained because he really understood how his father was. Arul also continues to swing his steps towards the rented alley of his house.

Suddenly there was one motorcycle stopping in front of Arul.

"Let's Rul go home where he went together" said Obi, his new friend who had participated in training together

Arul went straight into the toilet to clean up. His father prepared food for them to eat.

"has Rul finished?" ask his father

"already sir."

"we ate here first."

while carrying rice and side dishes his father asked Arul.

"How does the first training feel?"

"Seru Pak, the first training is like a school again so given new material to the field, given new material to the field" explained Arul very enthusiastic
