اَقِمِ الصَّلٰوةَ لِدُلُوْكِ الشَّمْسِ اِلٰى غَسَقِ الَّيْلِ وَقُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِۗ اِنَّ قُرْاٰنَ الْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُوْدًا
(Erect the prayer from after the sun slips) means from the sun slips (until dark night) until the darkness of night arrives; this is the prayer of Dzuhur, Asar, Maghrib, and so on, Isha (and the reading at dawn) is the dawn prayer (indeed the reading at dawn/the morning prayer is witnessed) by angels who watch at night and angels who watch during the day.
Narrated also from Mu'adz bin Jamal, Rasulullah Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam said
مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاَةً مَكْتُوبَةً مُتَعَمِّداً فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ذِمَّةُ اللَّهِ
"Whoever leaves the obligatory prayer intentionally, then the promise of God is released from it. " (CHR. Ahmad no's. 22128).
