As Rachel's doctor cleans and treats the wound on Ayara's left arm deep enough, Henry looks not calm at all. Time and time again Henry paced around doctor Rachel and Ayara making the two women feel a little disturbed.

"If you can't calm down, you better get out Henry, see you like it makes me more dizzy" Ayara said.

"No, I won't get out of this room until Rachel's doctor has finished treating you" Henry replied quickly, shaking his waist.

"If you don't want to go out you better sit down, I'm dizzy to see you like that Henry. You're already similar to a hot iron, "Ayara grimaced with pain as Rachel's doctor began to stitch her wound.

"Sorry madam, it's about to end" said doctor Rachel slowly, knowing that Ayara was in pain because of her activities.

Ayara nodded her head slowly responding to Doctor Rachel's words with a smile, allowing Doctor Rachel to finish her work. Henry was only speechless when he saw Rachel's doctor slowly inserting her sewing needle repeatedly through Ayara's clean white skin that had been flushed by blood, he knew that the wound on Ayara's arm must have been very painful to see from her deep and elongated tear.

Thirty minutes later Ayara's wound was sewn neatly and bandaged by Rachel's doctor very well, he was asked to sit down after taking antibiotics given by a doctor to avoid infection. Henry then invited doctor Rachel to come out for a while, there were many things he wanted to ask his personal doctor who had served him for almost 10 years.

"Does my wife suffer from Congential Insensitivity to pain doctors?" ask Henry to worry.

*Congential Insensitivity to pain \= diseases disorders and deterioration of the nervous system that makes the sufferer lose taste or sensation from the outside.

"No, your wife does not have a dangerous disease sir," replied doctor Rachel quickly.

"But he didn't feel the wound, doc, if I hadn't told him the wound he probably wouldn't have known it until he had taken a shower" Henry said.

"Congential Insensitivity to pain is a hereditary and congenital disease from birth and cannot be cured, for the case that befalls the mistress it cannot be categorized in this type of disease sir. Madam Ayara could still feel pain, she was even seen clasping her right hand very firmly while enduring the pain as my needle pierced through her skin, sir" said Rachel's doctor with a smile.

Henry breathed a long sigh at the words of doctor Rachel, he looked very relieved when he found out that Ayara did not suffer from the dangerous disease. Doctor Rachel who had not fully understood the direction of Henry's conversation looked confused.

"Actually what makes you think madam Ayara has the disease sir?" ask Dr. Rachel slowly.

Henry then tells in detail what has happened and how Ayara can get such injuries to Rachel's doctor.

"It is likely that there were two masters, the first lady Ayara indeed really did not feel any pain at that time because she was being overwhelmed with emotions and the second was that she had been used to receiving such injuries since childhood, so when he had the same injury his brain received the pain sensor too late so that it made him feel late pain," said Rachel's doctor trying to explain to Henry.

"But the wound was as deep as that doctor.how could he..yes Lord Yara.." said Henry with a trembling voice.

Doctor Rachel understands that Henry was surprised to find out Ayara's condition, he then gave advice to Henry to take extra care of Ayara.

"Either what he experienced as a child, that trauma clearly makes him what he is today. You have to take care of him wholeheartedly sir, he may look strong on the outside but trust me on the inside he is very fragile sir," whispered doctor Rachel trying to give him a little secret.

"Thank you doctor, I'll definitely take care of him. She is my everything," Henry replied softly as he glanced towards the bed where Ayara was asleep due to the effect of the medicine he received.

"I know you love her very much, sir" said doctor Rachel teasing Henry trying to melt the tense atmosphere.

Henry smiled at the words of doctor Rachel, he then massaged his neck which was tense because he thought of Ayara. Shortly after, Rachel's doctor gives instructions to Henry to help Ayara take her medication, after all Rachel's doctor's duties are completed she then say goodbye to Henry because he has to return to the hospital.

Henry just drove Rachel's doctor up the stairs, he didn't want to leave Ayara alone in her room. After Rachel's doctor got into Henry's elevator, he returned to Ayara's room and sat down on the chair beside the bed, looking at Ayara with a sad look.

"What a small time you have passed by Yara" said Henry gently as he stroked the face of Ayara who was sleeping.

Henry then suddenly recalled how Raisa gave advice to him to take good care of Ayara as she was about to leave Spain one day ago.

"If what caused my wife to suffer since childhood was you Ryuichi then I will not be disinclined by you, even if you are my wife's real father" Henry murmured softly. His eyes flashed remembering what Yamashita Ryuichi had done all this time to destroy Alfredo, where he had been protecting Alfredo secretly.

"I've been keeping your lunge all this time from my wife Ryuichi, but if you're trying to hurt my wife then don't blame me for acting more cruelly on you than I warned you yesterday" Henry said.
