Henry decides to lead Alfredo's company on the advice of Alfredo's personal lawyer who asks Henry to lead the company, because Henry is the only right person to continue leadership in the company because Alfredo's son who is none other than Ayara does not understand the business world so inevitably Henry did it because he is the son-in-law of Alfredo.
