"You've improved, Iris?" ask Lara to her best friend.
"Hm ... I've improved, miss," replied Iris who was still a little limp.
"Oh yes, please don't let my family know about this, Miss," Iris replied.
"Don't worry. I'm not going to worry Aunt Lorris" Lara replied.
"I'm sorry. It's all because of me" said Lara holding Iris' hand.
"Oooh, you're saying that again. I did my best for you, Miss. At least I've done my job well and Gonza won't nag me anymore" Iris replied.
"Tell me if Gonza scolds you. I'm going to tell my husband to beat him up" said Lara, who was greeted with laughter by Iris until Iris held onto her stomach because the laughter made her stomach hurt.
"Don't laugh, your stomach will hurt" Gonza said firmly.
"Look, Miss. He did that to me for 24 hours. She's meaner than my mother" Iris said.
Lara laughed at hearing that. He was quite relieved to see Iris's already much better state. Moreover, Iris is closely guarded by Gonza.
Gonza's ability can not be doubted for this. He was very disciplined and it made Iris tortured to follow the rules.
"When did the doctor let you go home?" ask Lara.
"About a week away, Miss," replied Gonza as Gonza was aware of it.
"You're gonna move in Lara's apartment. And we'll be in my apartment. Lara wants to be able to keep an eye on Iris more closely later" Phoenix said.
"Well, sir," replied Gonza bowing respectfully.
"Can you take care of it after you get home from the hospital, Gonza? Or I need to call the nurse every time she changes the bandages in her stomach" Lara said.
"No need, Miss. I'll take care of him" replied Gonza, which of course made Iris a little surprised because it meant they would interact more closely.
"Yes, Sir. Don't worry about this. I used to do that when I was in the military" Gonza replied.
"Well, thank God, I'm relieved to hear it" Lara said as she winked at Iris.
Iris does like Gonza but being that close with Gonza later, will definitely make her nervous.
"Alright, we'll go home first. Lara was allowed to go home by the doctor. Gonza, please take very good care of Iris because she is the savior of my wife and my baby" Phoenix said.
"Yes, Sir. Don't worry, I'll take very good care of him" Gonza replied with great confidence.
"Bye, Iris. Tomorrow I'll see you again." Lara kissed the two cheeks of Iris.
"Take good use of this, Iris," whispered Lara in Iris' ear.
Iris did not respond to anything because she did not know what to do. Two days guarded by Gonza has made his heart not care especially if Gonza took care of him for 24 hours without the help of nurses?
Then Lara and Phoenix came out of Iris's treatment room. Galy and Velvet had gone home first to the mansion with Damon.
"You don't want to take a wheelchair to the lobby, Baby? Because it's a long way away." Phoenix took Lara's hand.
"no need. Walking makes me healthy" Lara replied.
"But it's too far" Phoenix said.
"Stop that exaggerated attitude of yours, Honey. Please," said Lara.
"Alright, tell me if you're exhausted." Phoenix and Lara get into the elevator.
Lara stopped her steps and then turned to face the handsome man and kissed Phoenix's lips as they entered the elevator.
