Lara approached Davina and looked at her cynically then laughed.
"You're so funny. I'm the one who suffered here and you're the one who got hurt? Your attitude remains unchanged. You're doing this because you don't want Robert's family to hate you and make your position safe. I know your cunning brains, Davina. You want me to forgive you? Give me your company" said Lara.
Davina was silent because of Lara's words.
"You can't do it, can you?" said Lara.
"You're fine, Lara. You're even rich and happy. What I did to you didn't affect your life right now, did it?" it was Davina who made Lara angry.
Lara pushes Davina's body to the wall and Lara grabs her hair until the bond is broken.
"Aaww ..." cried Davina in pain.
"You forgot that you've been making me pile a grudge on you since we went to school? You bullied me, kicked me, hit me, insulted me and you even made me almost lose my honor, Davina. You're a dirty man, Davina. You're so dirty and your disgrace it's only me who knows it. I could have made you hate this family but I wouldn't have done it because it didn't hurt me too much" Lara lirih said hatefully in front of Davina's face.
Then Lara threw Davina's head down until Davina's head hit the floor and bled.
"Well!! Stop that!!" yelled Galy who happened to be going into her room with Rey.
Lara retreated and still stared intently at Davina who seemed to be holding her bloody head.
"What are you doing, Lara?" said Rey who was still calm unlike Galy who was worried about seeing the blood on Davina's head that began to drip into her face.
"He tripped my leg, didn't he, Davina?" said Lara.
"L-yes that's right, Aunty. I fell because I didn't see Lara in front of me" Davina said.
"I'm going to treat your wounds" said Galy, who clearly saw Lara deliberately throwing Davina's head on the floor just as she entered the mansion and Rey.
"What's this?" ask Phoenix.
"He fell down when he passed Lara" Rey replied.
"You did this to her on purpose, didn't you?" phoenix asked with her eyes.
"Tell her yourself," replied Lara flatly.
"No, Phoenix. I really fell down" said Davina who was now standing and Galy tore her inside to treat her wound.
Phoenix was still looking towards Lara and Lara flicked her shoulders casually then exited the mansion towards the direction the party was going.
Lara didn't care if the Phoenix family thought her a bad person. Who care? That's what Lara had in mind.
"Phoenix, call the doctor" Rey ordered.
"Yes, Dad," Phoenix answered and called the doctor using his phone.
Then Phoenix followed Davina who is now in the guest room where Davina slept there while in New Jersey since yesterday.
"Are you okay?" phoenix asked in a bit of panic.
"I'm fine" Davina replied.
"I can't figure out why Lara was so mean to you. I know that he did it to you on purpose" Phoenix said.
"I really tripped, Phoenix. It wasn't his fault" Davina said.
"Davina, aunty saw what happened earlier. Lara accidentally threw your head on the floor. Why are you covering up his deeds? Is it because of your guilt towards her? And make you accept all his evil treatment of you? You can't be like that, Davina. Stay away from him so you don't get hurt anymore. What if we didn't go into the mansion? He could've done something even worse to you" Galy said.
"But what I did to him was very evil, Aunty. I'll accept whatever he'll do to me. I deserve it" Davina said.
Phoenix becomes lost respect for Lara for her actions to Davina this time.
