The next morning, Wilma is seen walking towards Lara's room. He knocked on the door as soon as he arrived at Lara's doorstep.
TOK TOK TOK ...
Lara who heard the door was knocked straight towards the door and opened it. Lara looked at Wilma who was standing in front of her.
"Mr Silas was waiting at the dinner table" Wilma said flatly.
"Yes, thank you," Lara replied and walked following Wilma behind her.
Lara came down the twisting stairs that looked so fancy. Arriving at the dining room, Lara stood at the end of the dining table.
"Sit down" said Silas.
Then Lara sat down and the waiter served her breakfast. A sumptuous breakfast that Lara had never felt before.
"Eat a lot, you'll come to my company today" Silas said.
Lara simply nodded and started eating what was served in front of her. Lara ate pretty well. She's really hungry because Lara didn't eat last night.
After a quiet breakfast, Silas and Lara headed straight to Silas' company.
Lara wears the clothes in her closet and she doesn't care what clothes she wears. Lara wears a dress that is just above her knees and makes her look younger than her age.
He's still like a schoolboy who joined his grandfather to the company.
As soon as they entered the company lobby, the employees looked towards Lara whom they had never seen before. They just thought maybe Lara was a relative of the boss.
Lara follows Silas behind her and she has no idea what she's going to the company for.
Arriving in a room that looks like a meeting room, Lara saw there were several Silas employees gathered there.
"Sit there" Silas pointed to the far end of the chair.
Lara felt like she was about to be in court because all eyes were on her.
"Yesterday you said your name was Lara Tafetta, right?" ask Silas.
Lara nodded again.
Then on the projector screen, Lara's profile is very complete. Lara was surprised by this.
"I don't carelessly accept someone to be around me. So I have to know your history in as much detail as possible" Silas said casually and smilingly looking at Lara's astonished face.
Lara read all the details about herself including the bullying and slander that Davina had committed against her. On the projector screen it also informs how many times Lara was in prison and all the causes.
Lara was inexhaustible, how could Silas know about her in just a single night.
"I love to see your journey. You're a very tough girl. And you have nilail plus. You're so smart, I'll take advantage of that from you. You don't have a problem, do you?" silas.
Lara turned her head towards Silas and saw seriousness in her eyes. He immediately knew that Silas was the type of person who did not like being stale and never messed around in making decisions.
"Yes, I don't have a problem. You can hire me if you hire me. I will not receive a salary from you before my tuition debt is paid off" said Lara firmly and seriously.
Silas laughed at hearing that.
"I don't like to owe anyone. I prefer to give and use the people I have helped" Silas replied.
Silas' words did sound sneaky but not to Lara. He doesn't have a problem with that. He has no problem being used because it means he is still useful to others and there is a mutual benefit from both of them.
