Yuxian shouted for help for Melissa to quickly deal with, as the wound on her face was really quite deep in her incision, so the blood kept flowing. Melissa could no longer bear the pain on her face, so she fainted in her best friend's arms.

Shortly thereafter Dr. Luciano came with some sisters and took Melissa to the IGD room to deal with. "Dok, please save my best friend, I beg you." Yuxian pleaded with Dr. Luciano. He doesn't know if Dr. that knows Melissa.

"I will do my best to help Melissa, please wait outside." Dr. Luciano walked into the IGD room and closed the door.

Meanwhile, Yuxian frowned, Dr. Luciano knew Melissa's name, and he didn't tell her. Yuxian could not stand by, she had to do something to get her best friend's husband punished for what he did. He ran towards the basement and went towards Melissa's house.

On the way, Yuxian calls the police to report Danny to the KDRT he did to his wife. It didn't take long to reach Melissa's residence. Yuxian has arrived at his best friend's house. He got out of the car and how surprised he was to see the many people who had already gathered at Melissa's house.

Yuxian broke through the crowd, he went into the CCTV room to copy the footage at the time of the incident. Then Yuxian will make the CCTV footage as strong evidence. Suddenly Nazira and Danny's family come with anxiety on their faces.

"What is this, these nights gathering in front of my brother's house?" ask Nazira.

"Don't you guys know if Danny tortured Melissa's wife? Melissa is being rushed to the hospital" said one of the residents.

"What!" Tullia jumped in shock with her eyes round as if out of place.

"My son can't do that! Danny's a good husband, he never tortured his wife. All of this must be my daughter-in-law's reason to get sympathy from all of you" protested Tullia always Danny's biological mother.

"My mom was right, were there any witnesses who saw the torture?" ask Nazira.

"I testified! Not only me, but the CCTVs in this house also filmed Danny's crimes on Melissa. If only I had come sooner, my best friend would not have been seriously injured. Get ready, the cops are gonna come and get Danny!" yuxian sternly with a look that showed her anger.

"If it's true my son did that, then where is he? Hadn't he been on vacation with his boss, Danny couldn't have come home so soon. You must be conspiring to drop my son's name!"

"Are you sure Danny went on vacation with his boss?" Yuxian smiled at Danny's family.

"Danny doesn't go on vacation with her boss but rather with her affair, Yobelia Zuri Nandita! You guys must know who that cheap lady is. A depraved man like Danny doesn't deserve my best friend! You must be wondering, why did Danny torture his own wife? That's because, Danny's rotten deed is known to Melissa. He even knew that a few days ago, Danny had an illicit relationship that a married couple should have. But, he could betray my best friend by sleeping with his ex-lover himself. Absolutely disgusting! Look, I'll take care of Melissa's divorce papers with your useless son! Prepare to lose it all!"

"J-so .. What Melissa said about Danny's affair was true? I can't believe Danny's done something as embarrassing as this" Tullia said. His face looked so shocked upon hearing Yuxian's explanation.

Shortly after, the police car arrived. The whole community invited the police to enter Melissa's house. "Is this Melissa Jordan's house?" ask one of the police.

"Truly, this is his house. Sir, the KDRT perpetrator is inside, please arrest him and give the appropriate punishment for what he has done to my friend," Yuxian said with annoyance.

"Okay, leave everything to us. We'll investigate the case. Oh yeah, was there an eyewitness here who saw the incident?" ask police.

"I. I saw the incident very clearly. I even have strong evidence of CCTV footage" Yuxian said.

"Well, are you willing to go to the police station to explain the chronology of the incident?"

"Of course, I'll explain. I'm going to the police station" replied Yuxian.

Luciano's doctor has now finished treating Melissa. He is currently lying limp unconscious with multiple cuts to his face, neck and hands. Dr. Luciano doesn't understand how Melissa got hurt this badly, what happened to her and who was the man who took her?

"It's a shame for your fate, Mel. Who would do this to you?" Dr. Luciano looked at Melissa.

Even now the man is still in the IGD room accompanying Melissa. He could not have left the patient alone without someone accompanying him. A few hours later, Yuxian arrived.

"So, how's my best friend doing?" yuxian asked after being in the IGD room.

Dr. Luciano who was currently sitting on a chair near Melissa's bed immediately got up and turned to Yuxian. "Melissa is fine, maybe for the wounds on her face will take some time to heal. The incision on his face was quite deep. But, you don't have to worry, he's fine. He'll be human soon. Excuse me." Dr. Luciano intends to leave Yuxian.

"I'm Luciano, call me Luci." Dr. Luciano shook hands with Yuxian.

"Good, nice to meet Dr. Luci. Thank you for helping my best friend." Yuxian smiled kindly.

"It is my duty to help people. It was nice to meet Yuxian. Then, excuse me. There are still patients I have to deal with." Dr. Luciano left Yuxian.

After seeing the Doctor leave, Yuxian walked over to his best friend. He was sitting on the chair that Luci had been sitting on.

Yuxian gently stroked Melissa's head and clasped her best friend's right hand. "Mel, I promise. From now on I will always be by your side. I won't let you get hurt again by Danny. I will teach him a lesson in what he has done to you" said Yuxian.

Suddenly Melissa began to open her eyes slowly with a small movement in her fingers. Yuxian's eyes fiddled feeling Melissa's finger movements and saw her eyes begin to open. "Gege," called Melissa after seeing Yuxian's face.

"Yes, Mel. I'm right here."

"Where is my husband? Is she okay?" ask Melissa.

"Don't ask that lecherous man! Remember, you're hurt because he doesn't care about her anymore!" Yuxian.
