Faintly Chloe saw a large hand-shaped shadow trying to reach her in the corner of the room, The girl stared at the horror as well as panic. He tried to get out of bed as much as possible. The shadow could have tried to harm him.

At the same time the door of the room opened, showing the figure of a man in black with a red-colored netra carrying a bag of food in his hand.

She stared coldly at Chloe who was just trying to get out of bed.

"What are you doing? You just woke up, Don't be weird" said Ian coldly as he approached Chloe's bedside.

"Sister Ian! There! In the corner of the room was a large hand-shaped shadow. That hand wants to reach me!" Chloe pointed to the corner of the room where she saw the shadow, frantically fearing Chloe pulling the blanket trying to cover her gaze.

"Don't Ian know where my favorite food is?" Chloe stared at the package that covered her favorite food.

"Eat it! Don't ask too many questions!" Ian glanced sharply, Without saying anything else he picked up the light novel he was carrying and started reading it in silence.

Chloe blinked for a moment, She noticed Ian then took a sitting position and started eating the takoyaki slowly.

On the sidelines of her meal, Chloe opened the chat to melt the rather awkward atmosphere.

"Thank you, Ian, you helped me and bought me food. If you and Livian weren't on time, I wouldn't know what happened to my family next," Chloe was a little down, she was sad to have her family hurt.

"Once again thank you..," He went back to eating his food, Waiting for Ian to answer.

But after the food ran out, there was no answer at all from Ian. Chloe could only smile wryly, That's it. At least Chloe was relieved because she issued her curses and thanked him. It was like talking to a wall.

The girl took a drink, clearing her slightly dry throat.

Chloe looked at Ian before a relieved smile rose on her lips, Her mouth opened again wanting to thank him again but was directly interrupted by Ian.

"Now I want us to talk seriously. That guy named Herry, do you still like him today?"

"Sister Herry?" Chloe blinked, wondering why Ian seemed to want to know about Herry. Chloe answered anyway.

"No, not anymore. I have nothing to do with her," Chloe shook her head softly. "Sister Ian...Don't you like it when I'm friends with him?"

Ian closed his eyes for a moment, A flash of memory of the chatter between Chloe and Herry as it flashed in his mind. He re-opened his eyes, staring right at Chloe's netra.

"I don't forbid you from being friends with anyone, but specifically for him. Just keep your distance from him, Don't be too close friends" Ian climbed up from his seat.

"Why? Something wrong with Herry?" Chloe's still confused.
