The sound of footsteps continued to reverberate throughout the room, Chloe speeding her steps into the kitchen space. He searches for Aiden's whereabouts for help.

The red sliced Netra caught the figure of the man she had been looking for since she was cleaning the dining table, with a sense of relief mixed with pleasure. Chloe rushed to Aiden.

"Sister Aiden!"

Chloe's gleeful shriek drew Aiden's attention from her activities, For a moment her gaze was fixed on the girl.

"What?"

"Sister, I need your help," Chloe's expression turned serious, She stared fixedly at Aiden's light purple net. "My mom suddenly fainted, I'm asking you to check on her. I've asked Mr. Rea for help, but he won't,"

Aiden chose silence with a flat look, He turned his gaze to the table. "What can you give me if I want to do it?"

Chloe flinched for a moment, She let out a small sigh. "Do all members here always ask for rewards when other members ask for help? Don't they want to help so willingly?" Thought Chloe was puffed up.

Really he was astonished by the attitude of the members here, Are they really unable to help for free without reward?

Aiden continued his activity, He wiped the table while cleaning a few glasses. For a moment glanced at Chloe who was silently pondering. "If you want me to help you, you'll have to give me a reward that's worth it,"

"Can you do it willingly? Come on, just check it out, "Please persuade Chloe with a clear look.

"Nothing is free in this world," Aiden focused his attention on Chloe back. "If you can't, please leave here or ask for help from another member" He said flatly.

Chloe bowed miserably after hearing Aiden's reply, She clenched her hands together. He was already desperate with the attitude of the members he met, They all seemed to care about him except for Justin, Rion, and Felix.

"Why...Why would no one help me at all?! What am I wrong here? Though I only asked my mother to be examined, but why can't such a simple request be made?!" Chloe Netra glazed over, She bowed before Aiden while holding back the tightness in her chest.

"I just want to know my parents' condition," Chloe took a deep breath to calm her near-peaking emotions. "Always, you don't care, so do you hate humans?! To the extent that there is not a single one of your conscience to help each other?!"

Aiden was still standing quietly hearing all the tones of emotion Chloe put out on him, Her flat expression had not changed at all.

"Yes,"

Instantly Chloe was glued to the spot hoping for her to mishear, her Netra widened for a moment.

"Indeed my conscience is gone, that is the reason why I am not merciless to my enemies and I also do not care about any human being. Other members might as well, so don't get your hopes up!" Aiden said, He put a few empty glasses into the sink and washed them.

Chloe shook her head slowly, She can't be there. Now that he realized, no one really cared about him in this dorm. Chloe feels she is in the wrong place, Salah for meeting people who are different races with her and wrong for only realizing it now.

"So that's how you've looked at me all this time. All right, I get it now. In this dormitory no one really cares about me, you all must just consider me a burden and a bully,"

Disappointed, Chloe stepped away from the kitchen. Now the goal is just to go to the guest room to see his parents.

"Chloe, where are you going? Have you met Aiden?"

Chloe stopped her steps right in front of Neil, A gloomy expression clearly visible on her face. He stared for a moment before answering the man's question.

"Udah, But..," Chloe was slightly bowed. "Sister Aiden also does not want to, He only wants to be rewarded,"

"Then what's the problem? Just a little reward won't make you die, will it?"

Chloe looked up quickly at Neil, He clenched both his hands. "Son Neil doesn't understand! Always have to give a reward when asking for help, is there no sense of helping voluntarily for a little!? Every time I ask for help, you all always do. I just asked for a little help,"

He was bowed again, while Neil stared in silence listening to all Chloe's annoyance. The man's smile faded away replaced by a serious expression.

"This is because we are different from you, so for us humans are enemies, and should not the enemy be killed?" Neil looked at her calmly, Letting Chloe continue to look at him. "But since you are one of the members here, you will be treated differently,"

Neil came a little closer leaving a distance of 100 cm between them. "As before, when you ask for help from other members then you must give rewards. That's the different treatment I'm talking about. Because here the average member doesn't like humans, you know?"

Neil again showed his friendly smile, while Chloe silently pondered after listening to all Neil said.

"You are completely different from Mr. Justin, Mr. Justin just doesn't mind which race I am from! But you're the members–"

"If you hadn't been a member in the past, he wouldn't have taken you to this hostel either!" Cut Neil fast still maintaining his smile.

Chloe froze silently after, her Netra then widened in surprise. "In the past? What do you mean Neil's brother?!"

"I have no right to tell you this, ask Justin. He knows better" Neil let out a heavy sigh. "By the way your scent tastes good but you're so distressing, I don't taste it anymore to taste it,"

He steps past Chloe, he wants to see Aiden in the kitchen. Chloe who was passed by was still frozen before staring ahead.

"So it's true that in the past I've met these members?" Chloe muttered still guessing.

He rushed to Justin's room to ask about it, He couldn't wait any longer to find out all the truth. The reason why Justin took him in as a member in this vampire-infested dormitory.
